"Case study" zaměřující se na dva hlavní okruhy problémů, totiž na vymezování se měšťanů nižší a vyšší právní kategorie v každodenním životě raně novověkého města a na obsah pojmu městská obec (v širším významu jako společenství všech měšťanů, v užším významu jako uskupení měšťanů nižší právní kategorie v opozici vůči radním či dokonce v nejužším slova smyslu jako vlastní vůdčí vrstva městské společnosti, usurpující si oprávnění zastupovat zájmy celého městského společenství). The "case study" focused on two main problem categories, i.e. on distinguishing between burgers of lower and higher legal categories in everyday life of a town in the Early Modern Period and on content of the term municipal community (in a larger sense as community of all burgers, in a narrower sense as grouping of burgers of lower legal category in the opposition towards councillors, or even in the narrowest sense as a specific leading force of the town community usurping the right to represent interests of the whole municipal community).
