Create kopenogram editor

The goal of this thesis is the analysis of ways of graphic form of algorithms and their editors, design of editor for making kopenograms from source code and implementation of this editor what will work as part of plugin made for the NetBeans IDE. In the beginning of the thesis will be described a principles of structured programing, enlisted used ways of visualization of source code -- modeling language UML and other possibilities of graphic form of algorithm like flowchart diagrams, Nassi-Shneiderman diagrams, Jackson diagrams and especially not as well-known kopenograms. In the second part of the thesis is described creation of editor used to visualization of kopenograms. In the chapters is described structure of creating of application, the editors what are available for its creation, phase of creating editor and final testing for approve of the success. Part of the thesis is also a user guide for beginning with this program. Application what was made in this thesis is part of the plugin BJ2NB and will be used for education support of programming and algorithms on The University of Economics, Prague.

Analysis of current charter market in the Czech Republic

The bachelor thesis is concerned with the analysis of charter market in the Czech Republic and it notes all up-to-date changes and information. The first part contains the history of aviation and divides air transport into several categories. Next part deals with a specification and diversification of charter transport, explains differences between charter and classic airlines. There is also explained cooperation between charter airlines and travel agencies and creation of prices and tariff rates. In the third part is the real analysis of all big charter airlines, which are directly bounded with tourism and travel agencies- flights as part of holiday packages for holiday makers. In the fourth part of bachelor thesis trends of air transport are mentioned, their comparison and influence on air traffic. In the last part there is noticed meaning of building new Prague airport Vodochody and its impact for other expansion of charter transport.

The creation and use of income from operations, cash flow

The goal of this bachelor paper was analysed the creation of income from operations in hotel, which is situated in town Bechyně. The costs and profits were followed in this hotel. They were divided into the three main groups. The first is operational and the others are financial and extraordinary. The income from operations was also analysed and divided in the same three groups. The income from operations was also evaluated by indicators such as return on owner{\crq}s equity or return of sales and so on. In the bachelor paper was also analysed cash flow. Cash flow statement was prepared for the purpose of analysis. This statement is divided into three parts which are operational, investment and financing cash flow. At the end of the work is evaluation of results.

CREATION AND TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP IN COOPERATIVE Summary The theme of the thesis is Creation and termination of membership in cooperative. Cooperative as a legal entity is one type of an association of people for some specific purpose which is characterized by them. Any cooperative cannot be without its members. Therefore the legal amendment of membership's creation and termination in cooperative creates very important legal amendment part in cooperatives. The thesis, which has introductory and closing chapter too, is divided into five chapters which are arranged by way, whose goal is to give a systematic explanation of creation and termination of membership in cooperative in the Czech Republic. The thesis includes relevant decisions of the Czech courts and opinions from books and articles. The introductory chapter contains the main purposes of the thesis. The first and second chapters are a common introduction to the law of cooperatives. The first chapter provides a brief historical law sources explanation of cooperatives and valid legal amendment of cooperatives. The Analysis of the evolution of the banking portfolio's quality

The diploma thesis is focused on analysis of the banking portfolios quality evolution of the Czech market in observed period from 2004 to 2014. In the first part related regulatory rules and their changes are defined. The rules are listed for the categorization of the receivables due from customers, the creation of allowances, the portfolio concentration and the amount of capital. Next part of the thesis is focused on the analysis of the banking portfolios quality evolution of the whole banking sector. In this part are described factors, which influenced the banking sector in observed time period. In the last chapter the thesis examines quality of banking portfolio of three banks in related areas. For the comparison were used chosen financial ratios.

Bachelor's thesis is focused on a uniform beauty of women displayed in women's magazines Joy, Elle and Marianne. The introductory section describes the definitions of body image, marketing communication and legislative ethic elements of advertising in Czech Republic. The main part consists of content analysis of women's magazines and correlation relations of selected elements. Bachelor's thesis is enclosed by interview with the editor of Elle magazine, which is clarifying the creation of the magazine and contains answers to the questions about public relations.

Shares, their legal nature and classification according to their types The main purpose of my thesis is to analyse the legal nature of shares and describe their classification according to their types. Both issues are explained with respect to historical evolution and actual legislation. There are also illustrated legislative bills of recodification of private law. The importace of joint stock companies constantly increases with their higher number year after year not only in Czech republic. This fact was also one of the reasons for choosing this topic. The thesis is composed of five main chapters. Chapter One is introductory and provides theoretical basis for another chapters. The chapter is subdivided into three subchapters. Subchapter One briefly describes historical creation of joint stock company as one of the types of companies. Following subchapters provides basic characteristic of joint stock company and its share capital. Chapter Two focuses especially on classification of shares within securities. This chapter is subdivided into four subchpaters. Subchapter Two endeavours to find a definiton for securities which is also applicable to bookshares. Lease and ownership of non-residential premises Resumé The objective of my thesis is to describe in detail the current lease (sublease), and ownership of non-residential premises as well as their expected changes in the new Civil Code. Within my thesis I branch out into several chapters in which I try to provide a comprehensive view on the legal legislation of the concepts of a lease, sublease and ownership. I have analysed these terms and referred to the current as well as previous judgments where the legislation appears to be ambiguous, notably judgments delivered by the Supreme Court. Chapter One is introductory and defines basic terminology used in the thesis, non- residential premises. Chapter Two is subdivided into parts which I dedicated to lease of non residential premises. This part of my work is devoted to a brief historical overview and current legislation of lease of non-residential premises most notably in view of selected parts of the Act No. 116/1990 Coll, and Act No. 40/1964 Coll. It provides an outline about creation of lease, particulars of the contract, rights and obligations of the lease and termination of lease. Discourse analysis of Velka pardubicka steeplechase phenomenon

The thesis is focused on the discoursive analysis of the Great Pardubice Steeplechase phenomenon. The race, which is considered to be the most difficult and the longest hurdle race on the European continent. In the introductory part is explained the metodology of discourse analysis, together with the technique of data collection. The work also includes a brief history of Par force hunting, which was the cause of this race creation. The empirical part of this thesis is focused on the analysis of articles from local newspapers of the period from 1880 to 2011. For greater clarity was divided into four chapters - four different historic periods - that influenced the development of the Great Pardubice Steeplechase. There is also a chapter analysing interviews contents, which were conducted on this topic. The work introduces the reader with an unusual view of this race, as the previously released publications were dedicated only to outstanding personalities whose fates were linked with the race. This piece is on the contrary focused on important aspects in its development, both in historical and social point of view.
