Substituting circuit of an induction machine
Běloušek, Radim ; Cipín, Radoslav (referee) ; Patočka, Miroslav (advisor)
Although induction motors are the simplest and most working reliability machines, is the identification of the parameters of their substituting circuit very difficult. There is solved the identification of the parameters of the substituting circuit in the T-network and ? –network in this work. The work also includes the proposal of magnetic circuit of the induction motor, the calculation of magnetizing and leakage inductances and resistances of the machine. The conclusion of the work is devoted to the sensitivity analysis of current and torque characteristics of induction motor upon the change of the single parameters of the substituting circuit.
Simulation models of electric drive vehicles
Bílý, Lukáš ; Huzlík, Rostislav (referee) ; Havlíková, Marie (advisor)
The work deals with creating a DC electric motor drive. The model is composed of electrical power from the engine model and transistor pulse converter load, which are joined together and completed the anchor and regulate the flow control engine speed. Great attention was paid to the determination of losses in the load drive electric vehicles and create a model of electric power load. The real work was verified by an experimental model of an electric vehicle Car4 the available parameters.
Improvement Power Parameter of Small Induction Motors
Kuda, Roman ; Vítek, Ondřej (referee) ; Hájek, Vítězslav (advisor)
This master´s thesis treats of all asynchronous motor. The project is about type and distribution motors, about differences between three-phase and single-phase machines and efficiency. In one of the chapters describes a particular type of engine with all the parametersfrom the manufacturer. This engine is completely analyzed and it is measured in detail. Then the project deals with the division, the calculation of losses and subsequent possibilities to increase the efficiency of induction motor. In the last chapter is calculation of single-phase motors, based on the engine produced.
Calculation of parameters of induction motor using FEM
Pešek, Michal ; Skalka, Miroslav (referee) ; Vítek, Ondřej (advisor)
This project is focused on finite element method, for purposes of asynchronous motor modeling. Program FEMM is used here, which works with two-dimensional models. The model is based on an existing motor. Then was conducted a series of simulations that are used to calculate the parameters of the circuit model. Then was measured the existing asynchronous motor and performed the calculation of the circuit model parameters of the motor. Compared with data obtained from motor and models Then was compared their torque characteristics. Moments was identified at certain slip frequencies and voltage or current in circuit model.
Temperature measurement in electrical machine using Labview
Strmeň, Milan ; Makki, Zbyněk (referee) ; Janda, Marcel (advisor)
This work deals with using of virtual instrumental program LabView as a tool for thermal measuring at the surface of asynchronous engine. Its part is managing of problems of measuring by the aid of thermocouple, mainly conversion of thermoelectric voltage on temperature. The product of work is program which measures and displays required form and records values of temperature from four parallel branches of thermocouples.
Measurement of thermal field in electric machines
Dostálek, Martin ; Vítek, Ondřej (referee) ; Janda, Marcel (advisor)
Diagnosis temperature is one of the most important disciplines. We meet it in everyday life, but it is very important for all sectors of industry. This is a measurement providing an immediate state of the measured object. Contact measurement of different temperature sensors and contactless measurement using thermal imagers. The important part is the measurement of temperature rise of induction motor. Part of the work deals with losses in the electric motor. These losses are converted into heat, which affects from various parts of the machine. Correct identification of the temperature field is important in helping to design the cooling system of the instrument. Virtually the data obtained are compared with theoretical data. We will capture part of the device and realize thermal simulations in a suitable simulation program. We propose modifying the cooling machine and the resulting data from the simulation compares.
Modern Algorithms of AC Servo-drives Control
Hrnčárek, Martin ; Blaha, Petr (referee) ; Václavek, Pavel (advisor)
This master thesis deals with the modern algorithms of the asynchronous induction machine and permanent magnet induction machine. It focuses at vector control, direct torque control and input-output feedback linearization. It also describes a library creation and its usages in the Matlab – Simulink environment. The final part of this thesis contains an implementation of chosen algorithms on the DSC Freescale 56F800E family.
Robust control of electromechanical systems
Pohl, Lukáš ; Václavek, Pavel (referee) ; Blaha, Petr (advisor)
This thesis deals with the modern control approaches applicable to speed control of an induction motor. Historical perspective to the control theory and its evolution to the modern control will be presented in a short introduction. Basics of uncertainty modeling are presented along with linear fractional transformation (LFT) representation of an uncertain system. Two different approaches for robust controller synthesis are introduced - H-infinity loopshaping and mixed sensitivity H-infinity synthesis. Theoretical background is presented for both of these methods. Finally the robust controller for induction motor satisfying the control goals is designed using both methods. Design objectives are presented as transfer function weights shaping the sensitivity or complementary sensitivity function to desired shape. Several step responses were simulated to compare H-infinity loopshaping and mixed sensitivity H-infinity controllers with the conventional vector control approach.
Speed and Torque Automated Measurement Systems
Vávra, Josef ; Janda, Marcel (referee) ; Hájek, Vítězslav (advisor)
The objektive of this thesis is acquaint with ways of speed sensing and torque noment sensing in automated systems and apply to chosen instruments to the real laboratory work, witch sould by instrumental for education in laboratory of drives.
Shaded-Pole Induction motor
Žuška, Martin ; Koláčný, Josef (referee) ; Hájek, Vítězslav (advisor)
Single-phase shade-pole motor has easy structure, and i tis chlap. It can be used as a drive of electrical fans, drive of small household appliancesor as a gramophonic motor. Motor is rotating one way only. Direction of roteting is given by positron of shading ring. Motor is not very effective, and i tis not efficient.
