Bilingualism and language management in Czech minority in Croatia

This thesis attends to the issue of a Czech minority in Croatia, local bilingualism and language management on various levels: from the level of an individual, over the level of the entire Czech minority living there and local government, up to the state level and its laws. In the first chapter I have summarized the history of Czech migration to the territory of today's Croatia, mainly during the 19th century, and their gradual organization after they found themselves located out of their home country when the Austria-Hungary dismembered. The second chapter describes current situation in the minority - its organizational structure, cultural life, school system and its information and publishing activities. The safeguard of its existence by law and constitution is also of importance. The third chapter dedicates to the language situation in the Czech minority in Croatia: Czech-croatian and Croatian-czech bilingualism, differentness in dialectological origin of the language, language as a system and factors that influence both, the language and its users. The chapter is supplemented by the examples of spoken and written discourse of Czech fellow countrymen. Qualification and further education in the Czech republic

The goal of this thesis is to give a complex evaluation of the further education-situation according to the law No. 179/2006, as a form of further education in the Czech republic. To monitor applicants' possibilities in detail, the procedure of handing the application to taking tests by the authorized persons in order to certify the applicants' qualification. The main goal of this thesis is the analysis of authorisations certified by the Ministry for the regional developement of Czech republic, detailed summary of local procedure, partial qualifications belonging to the Ministry for the regional development, their development in the whole progress of the further education-law and detailed view of the current situation.

Despite that, implementing new means of education, progressive didactic methods and crossing the boundaries of study and self-study, is being obstructed by institutional conventional educational system and related methods. Even thought the system responds to the transformation of the labour market, it does not put the main emphasis on information technologies, which are great facilitators in achieving these goals. An Influence of Robert Schuman on Polictical and Economical European Integration after 1945

This work puts main emphasis on life and political career of French representative Robert Schuman and his idea of European integration. The thesis analyses the situation after 2nd World War in western Europe. I pursued the question whether the proposal of European Coal and Steel Community could have been approved by French government without the employment of nontraditional process of approbation. The relationship between Robert Schuman and Konrad Adenauer, French Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs and German Federal Chancellor, respectively was studied. Their relation highly influenced the progression of French-Germany reconciliation.

Art as a form communication with multi-handicapped children

Name: Art as a form of communication with multi-handicapped children (a proposal of a conception of a new pedagogical subject taking advantage of artistic creativity). The thesis objectives: An introduction into a problem of multi-handicapped pupils and a presentation how to take advantage of art forms, especially music, as one ofthe possibilities for education and progress in communicative abilities ofthe above mentioned pupils. Method: On the basis of research of available literature, and after compilation and analysis of the obtained pieces of information applications, for actual creative output, enabling development ofcommunicative abilities ofpupils with combined defects were suggested. In the thesis a method of a long-term observation of 42 multi-defected pupils from Specialized Elementa.ry School and Practical Elementary School, Starostrašnická, Praha 1O was used. Results: In the practical part ofthe thesis the results obtained by observing the above mentioned group ofpupils were processed. The main objective of my Bachelor Thesis is to assess the economic situation of the Company Petrof, s. r. o. during the period of 2007-2012 and then to identify strenghts and weaknesses of the company in connection with the competitors. The theoretical section of the thesis contains methodology of the indicators of financial analysis and the intercompany comparison. In the practical part of the thesis, the real numbers are aplicated to the methods mentioned in the theoretical part including the graphs and the comments. The emphasis is placed on the identification of causations, which influence the progress of indicators. Finally, there are the summary of the thesis with the recommendation for thesis's users including the identification of the strenghts and weaknesses.

Dependance of the fast population growth on budget management in a chosen municipality

This thesis discusses dependence of budget management on fast growth in number of population in chosen municipality. At first there are mentioned theoretical aspects to which budget management in municipality proceeds. It is about expenses of municipal budgets, position of municipal authorities within public service and theoretical aspects of municipal budget setting. In the next step this work puts mind to the chosen municipality, progress in number of its population, analysis of progress of its incomes, current expenses and capital expenses in context of the municipality growth and correlation analysis. Conclusion of this thesis is that just a few of them is fundamentally dependent on the municipality growth and majority of them is just slightly dependent or they aren't dependent at all.

Comparison of Investment Opportunities in the Collective Investment Funds

Bachelor work describes a comparison of selected funds of collective investments. The theoretical part explains principal of collective investments, describes its progress and introduces institutions dealing with collective investments and kinds of share funds which investors may put their money in. The practical part describes not only the comparison of chosen share funds according to certain criteria but also analyses share fund´s offer and Word financial crises impact on collective investment funds. The aim is to show investors all important criteria while choosing their share fund and to offer them recommendation when choosing their fund.

The aim of the diploma thesis is to determine the market value of the company AGRI-M, spol. s r.o. on the date 1.1.2009. Theoretic part of the work attend to the methodological appliance of company evaluation. Practical part applies these methods to the company. In the introduction there is an introduction of the analysed company. Then the strategic analysis follows, which consists of analysis of development of macro-environment and micro-environment. Financial analysis rates of performance of the company by using methods of absolute, ratio and global indicators. On the basis of the prognosis of the progression of the incomes a plan of income statement and also a plan of balance-sheet is put-together. In the final part the company is avaluated using two - phase discounted cash flow method in the version of FCFF. At the conclusion of the thesis there is the valuation statement.

The aim of this work is to analyze the process of recruitment and selection of employees in the company RADIOMETER Ltd., to evaluate the results of the analysis and recommend measures that will improve the process. The work is divided into four parts. Introductory, theoretical, practical part and conclusion. In the first part I will introduce the objectives and progress of the thesis. In the theoretical part are defined terms recruitment and selection of employees. In the practical part the company analyzed, displayed structure of employees in the company and analyzed the process of recruitment and selection of staff. The conclusion summarizes the results of the analysis and recommendations for the company.
