The Bachelor thesis solves design of a stroke mechanism with rated capacity of 20000 kg. The calculations are determined by parameters of hoist, rope drum sizes, its bearing and stress analysis. Drive mechanism is designed and project documentation of mechanism assembly, welding rope drum assembly and the production drawing of head of rope drum are worked.

The thesis contains calculations of basic parameters of stroke (rope diameter, diameters of pulleys, overall dimensions of rope drum, calculation of electric motor, parallel gearbox, frequency inverter, gear couplings and brake of hoist mechanism), strength check of rope drum and calculation of drum bearing. Part of the thesis is assembly drawing especially assembly drawing of complete hoist mechanism and weldment drawing of rope drum.

This thesis deals with design of crane stroke mechanism with lifting capacity of 12 500 kg. At the beginning is research of different design solutions, their comparison and finally selection of the most suitable conception. Before calculation part of each unit is short theoretical part, which brings basic information about issue, whose result in choice of product from catalogues. On the grounds of calculations, firstly hoist parts are chosen, such as rope, pulleys, rope drum and main units of crane mechanism – electric motor, gear box and brake with coupling. Final part deals with strength calculations of rope drum and drum shaft and design of his bearing housing. The practical part of the work are assembly drawings of crane stroke mechanism and rope drum weldment.

Next the work includes custom design of semiautomatic mechanical clutch with the calculation components of which it is composed. Design documentation includes component drawing and drawing the rope drum.

The purpose of this bachelor thesis is the proposal of stroke mechanism of travelling crab with lifting capacity 25,000 kg. The proposal consists in calculations of the main dimensions of individual parts of the stroke mechanism, as the pulleys diameters, overall dimensions of the rope drum, rope diameter, then the choice of gearbox, brake, coupling and electric motor. There is a strength calculation of the rope drum and the bearing life calculation. Thesis includes assembly drawing of travelling crab and drawing of rope drum weldment.

This bachelor thesis deals with the design of the stroke mechanism of the crane trolley, maximum weight of loads is 16 000 kg. The work is divided into two parts: a written part and a practical part. In the written part of this work there are the main dimensions of lift and control cable drum strength solved. The calculation is subject to quantities that are given by assignment. Choice of the electric motor, gearbox and follow-up control of the stroke speed according to customer requirements is discussed further. The second part includes production drawings, in which are included the total set of the stroke mechanism and other assemblies and production drawings.

The theme of this bachelor’s thesis is overhead electric hoist, designed for lifting capacity 1,500 kg. It produced a technical report containing the calculation and design of electrical drives and lifting travel hoists including control of these drives. There are also carried out appropriate travel gear and travel, clutches, brakes and bearings and strength calculation of ropes and rope drum. Part of this work is to build the entire proposed drawing devices.

Purposes work was create technical documentation to an electrically driven tackle with actuated by hand undercarriage. Was booked up fundamental parameters like bearing, stroke and hoisting speed. First was effected calculation of load on pinion necks and an idle pulley. Subsequently was effected calculation for right election of a rope, an idle pulley, a rope drum and bearings for the rope drum. Up this calculation followed calculation for a right election of an electric motor and a shaft clutch. The documentation was complemented with pictures and tablets, that are seted near single decisive knots of the tackle. To the documentation was creationed how a suggested arrangement drawing so single subassemblies drawings.
