Evaluation of anthropometric parameters in lactation.

The aim of this work was to find out how is the bodily structure of mothers changed after childbirth, what these antropometrical changes depend on and what they are determined by. The basic points of the work are the following: description of antropometrical changes depending on time after childbirth, looking for particular parametres correlations and their descriptions. We have found out that the difference of the weight after childbirth and the weight before gravidity is statistically important (ANOVA, p < 0,0001). Women who took part of the project reached the weight they had before gravidity (the average weight before gravidity was 61,52 ± 1,519 kg and 9 months after childbirth 61,71 ± 1,867 kg). . Although figures of BMI after childbirth go down lineary, the result is not significant. Thickness of skin folds reached maximum values in the third month after childbirth and since that time we have noted lineary values decline. The biggest values differences and simultaneously the biggest and statistically significant decline (ANOVA, p = 0,0019) have been noted by the skin fold in the middle of a thigh where the biggest part of nonsweat fat was placed. Jitka Vytlačilová The protozoal pathogens are causing asymptomatic and symptomatic infections. The risk of the disease threatens to almost every man, therefore it is very important the antiprotozoal therapy. Tetrahymena pyriformis is a unicellular organism, which we tested out under the action of three substances, albendazole, mebendazole and ornidazole. We used two methods applied to measuring the viability of protozoan. It is a basic method for testing the inhibition of growth of the organism Protoxkit FTM using the conversion of food biomass in suspension of infusorian and MTT method, which uses the reduction of MTT dye (3 - [4,5-dimethyl-thiazol-2-yl] -2,5-diphenyl-tetrazolium bromide). Spectrophotometrically from the measured data, we build tables and charts, optical density, depending on the time of culture and calculated percent inhibition for five descending concentrations of test substance. The Mechanical Interaction between the Toes and the Underlay in the Standing Position and Itś Relationsthip to the Elevation of the Instep The research is focused on the enquiry into the relationship between the measure of the force action of the toes on the underlay and the elevation of the instep. The basic theme was to verify, if the higher measure of the force activity of the toes correlates with the superior instep. Within filling the project of this work, there were suggested and performed original experiments. There was made a new method for the evaluation of the instep and for measuration of the force action of the toes on the underlay during the standing position on the dynamometric plates Kistler®. There were 5 probands involved in the experiment, aged 21-28years, without any expressive pathological determination of the movement system. Each proband was subjected to the investigation of the elevation of the instep, and to the experiment, which found the measure of the force action of the toes on the underlay during the standing position. Etruscan and Greek chimeras of the archaic period

This work describes the presence of an archaic view Chimera time in Greece and Etruria and development of mixed beings. I will follow the creation of basic types and predominant tendencies. Chimera is a popular theme in předovýchodním, Greek and Etruscan art. Although it is perceived as a three-part monster, its varied forms depending on the time and place of occurrence. My intention is to consider this issue and evaluate the iconographic significance, which was display attached.

Comparation of Software Process Maturity Level of Enterprises in Czech Republic

There are many software developing companies in the Czech republic. However the quality of their software processes is almost unknown. The thesis provides insight into the maturity level of the software processes and finds a relation between the maturity level and a size of the company. The survey of the maturity level was performed at fifteen companies developing the financial software. Additionally, a bank and a foreign company teams were chosen for a comparison. Collected data were represented in a graphical format and a description was provided. A correlation between a size of a company and the maturity level rating have been detected at five out of eighteen process areas and at two out of four process area groups. A possible explanation for those correlations was offered.

Innovation processes in the Czech and Bulgarian language situation (based on media language material)

The problems of the innovation processes in the present-day language systems have been essential to the current linguistic research. In general, this thesis is focused on a synchronic contrastive description of the types of innovation processes producing and inf1uencing the lexical dynamics of the Czech and Bulgarian languages. Doing so, it stems from the generally accepted view that, depending on the criterion applied, the individual innovation processes may be made correlative with various dynamic tendencies of a more complex and universal nature, L e. with signs of intellectualization and democratization, intemationalization and nationalization, terminologization and de-terminologization ofthe Czech and Bulgarian literary languages. Chapter I presents the methodological and theoretical starting points of the research. By means of a model designed by B. Havránek and developed by A. Jedlička, the following parallels between the Czech and Bulgarian language situations are being set in it: a) political and social changes in both societies and new orientation of interests of the members of the "language (communication) community"; b) widening the spheres of use of colloquial and non-literary linguistic devices; c) increase in the number of users of foreign languages, especially English; d) spread of new...

The analysis of the novel "The Promise" and of three film adaptations with the same theme

In der Einführung meiner Diplomarbeit habe ich drei Hypothesen gebildet, die ich jetzt in meinen Abschlussworten verifiziere. Ich habe interessant gefunden, dass Dürrenmatt ein Jahr nach dem Film "Es geschah am hellichten Tag" den Roman "Das Versprechen" mit dem Untertitel "Requiem auf den Kriminalroman" geschrieben hat. Dieser Ablauf war für die damalige Zeit ziemlich untypisch, in den meisten Fällen hat man zuerst ein Buch geschrieben und erst dann hat man davon ein Drehbuch geschaffen. Von dem Film war Dürrenmatt ein bisschen enttäuscht, man hat sich dem Geschmack des Zuschauers anpassen müssen. Der Film mit der pädagogischen Wirkung sollte als eine Warnung und zugleich Veröffentlichung eines unangenehmen Themas des Kinderverbrechens dienen. Den Roman kann man als einen Gegenpol des Films erklären. Der Autor stellt Matthäis Geschichte dem Leser in einem breiteren Kontext vor. Der Erzähler Dr. H. schildert die schon vergangene Geschichte, mit allem was voranging und was folgt. Die Figuren werden in einem anderen Licht wahrgenommen. Im Gegensatz zum Film erfährt man auch einige Informationen über die politischen Umstände in der Schweiz. Der Schriftsteller bietet hier philosophische Veranlassungen, die im Film nicht erscheinen. Analysis of interconnection of selected European stock markets and their tendency towards integration

This article compares the stock exchanges in Vienna, Budapest, Frankfurt and Milan. It settles basic information about their development, the subject of exchange and the classification of market segments. This work also characterizes the trade system of each of the stock exchanges and the liquidity of spot market, with particular emphasis on stock market. A part of this analysis is the comparison of markets based on aspects such as market capitalization, trade volume or the quantity of trade. Last chapter is devoted to the interconnection of stock markets, which is explored by the means of correlation coefficient among different indexes. These indexes show a strong link of the markets and through splitting the timeframe into periods of (2000-2004 - before Hungary's EU entry and after - 2004-2009), a stronger correlation was discovered during the period of index growth (after the Hungary's EU entry). By creating a more autoregressive model VAR, which describes individual processes among stock indexes and the direction of dependency, the hypothesis of strong interconnection of stock markets was proven. VAR model verified one-sided reliance among indexes and the rising level of integration of world markets.

Dependance of the fast population growth on budget management in a chosen municipality

This thesis discusses dependence of budget management on fast growth in number of population in chosen municipality. At first there are mentioned theoretical aspects to which budget management in municipality proceeds. It is about expenses of municipal budgets, position of municipal authorities within public service and theoretical aspects of municipal budget setting. In the next step this work puts mind to the chosen municipality, progress in number of its population, analysis of progress of its incomes, current expenses and capital expenses in context of the municipality growth and correlation analysis. Conclusion of this thesis is that just a few of them is fundamentally dependent on the municipality growth and majority of them is just slightly dependent or they aren't dependent at all.
