Title: System for Computer Network Management Author: Martin Lacina Department: Department of Software Engineering Supervisor: Mgr. Pavel Ježek, Department of Distributed and Dependable Systems Abstract: The goal of this thesis is creation of scalable modular application for small computer network administrators, which should facilitate the implementation of their daily activities. The first section focuses on detailed analysis of the structure of developed application, design of interfaces provided to extension modules and their interfaces. Next follows an analysis of functions, which are provided by basic application to extension modules and which core modules will be responsible for them. The second part contains information about structure of created implementation and basic summary of its individual components. The result of this work is a complete implementation of basic application and basic set of extension modules.

Projection of Population of the Czech Republic with Different Variants of Net Migration

The theme of bachelor thesis is based on the projection of population of the Czech Republic with different variants of net migration. The goal is to show whether and how migration is able to prevent population decline and possibly affect the aging of population. Besides the projection and description of its calculation, the thesis deals with the current development of international migration in the Czech Republic since 1993 and its institutional framework. Emphasis is placed on immigration to the Czech Republic, the structure of immigrants by sex, age and citizenship is analyzed.

The impact recognition of the modern organizational architecture on the business processes

Today?s dynamic world is full of changing. Companies which wants to be succesfull must react on the changes on the market very quickly. The main changes must be concentrate in the district of the organization structure. The organization structure is the building stone of every company. The aim of this thesis was to propose the optimal organization structure and the evaluate effectiveness and the economic contribution of these proposals. The analysed company is ALFA join stock company.This company is a longtime manufacturer of kitchen doors and currently produces fire boards, particle boards and panels, floor panels, foiled boards, profiles and vermiculite expansion. STEP, SWOT and financial analysis were used for the analysing this company. The changes were realized in manufacturing sector, strategic purchasing sector and in commercial sector. The company reaches higher competitive advantage with these changes. Design changes in the organizational structure were projected on the basis of the organizational chart, organizational structure, operating rules and other internal sources.

Složení a struktura plazmově stříkaných prášků chromové ocele

Chromium steel powder (13% Cr) was sprayed by a water stabilized plasma gun. The changes of composition and structure occurring during two plasma spraying stages were studied. To characterize the main features of the first (in-flight) stage product, the molten powder particles flying in the plasma stream were trapped and quenched in liquid nitrogen. At the second stage, the particles were allowed to hit a solid substrate and to form a coating. The composition of the feedstock powder and the samples resulting from both plasma spraying stages were determined by chemical methods and X-ray microanalysis. Significant Cr-depletion was due mainly to selective oxidation of chromium at the in-flight stage. At the second stage, the composition changes were less important. Some details of the structure, in particular the distribution of Cr-atoms in the nearest neighbourhood of a Fe-atom, were assessed employing the results of Mössbauer spectroscopy.

Physiotherapy options in dialysis patients

The aim of this work is to point the benefits of physiotherapy and the possibilities of its use in dialysis patients. It present basic information about the kidney disease, dialysis treatment and possible complications that may arise. It focus on the physical examination and possibilities to join the activity program, which takes place during the dialysis treatment or beyond. The exercises are divided into three basic phases. Each with a different structure of the excercise unit and different intensity of the given physical activity.

The bachelor thesis concerns external relations of the European Union and developed world economies. The first chapter dealt with the territorial structure of trade of European integration and the question of its place in global competitiveness. The main theme of the second part is a mutual agreement between the EU and the United States, Japan and EFTA countries. Finally, addressing the issue of mutual cooperation and improving the EU competitiveness.

Men vs. women - comparative analysis with using selected statistical data

The goal of the work is to ascertain the structure of employment in the Czech Republic in 2008 and its evolution from 1993 to 2008. And whether in the country, there is discrimination in pay between men and women. The introductory chapter describes some basic concepts relating to employment and other gender concepts further describes the types of data collection (survey) and classification according to which sort the data obtained. In the second, analytical part, the focus is on finding employment structure, its development over the past fifteen years, and the effect it can have on wage differences. In conclusion, the assessment of the situation of discrimination in the Czech Republic

Analysis of the balance of payment of the Czech Republic in a long term horizon - chosen problems

This bachelor work focuses on a theoretical approach to the balance of payments in the first part, particularly on a definition of the balance of payments, structure of the balance of payment and last but not least it deals with a choice of a suitable balance of balance of payments for assessing the external economic stability. Second, practical part is devoted to a development of individual items of the balance of payments between 2000-2007 and evaluates the balance of payments as a whole. The third part reports on the influence of direct investments on the balance of payments and rates teritorial, structural and branch orientation of foreign direct investment in the Czech Republic and czech investment abroad. In this part, there is also very briefly mentioned the influence of the exchange rate of the Czech Crown onto the balance of payments and evolution of the Czech Crown since its begining.
