Experience with exercising the new Health Insurance Act.

The Bachelor's work is called "Experience of the application of the Act on Health Insurance". The work describes targets and principles, concept and structure of the new Act on Health Insurance. A separate part deals with health insurance benefits, obligations of employers, insured persons and social security authorities. For comparison the work presents the health insurance system before the new enforceable health insurance legal regulations came into force, i.e. before 31st December 2008. The aim of the work is to describe experience of the application of the new Act on Health Insurance, its pros and cons from the perspective of insured persons, employers and employees of social security authorities; to find out if the reduction of expenses for health insurance benefits was achieved and the insured persons are better motivated to reduce their sickness leave. To find out given problems I choose a qualitative research, inquiry method, semi-standardized discussion technique and document analysis method, secondary data analysis technique. Discussions were held with 12 respondents from insured persons, employers and employees of social security authorities. The research shows that after the new Act on Health Insurance took effect the expenses for health insurance benefits have decreased and the insured persons have been motivated to decrease their temporary sickness leave. A majority of the respondents is convinced of the increased administrative burden of the new system. Within the performed research were acquired opinions of insured persons, employers and employees of social security authorities which can serve as a topic of a potential discussion about an amendment of the Act on Health Insurance.

The project of the field road reconstruction and modernization with the use of technological equipment for Glorit application.

The purpose of the thesis was project a field road to reconstruct and modernize the current traffic connections between selected villages Sviny and Borkovice, using technology for application of Glorit. It was created reinforced major field road with turnouts the design category of P 4,5/30. Studies of the field communication were prepared in two different variants. The beginning of routes is in the village Sviny and end is in the village Borkovice. Both variants are connected to the current road. After the consultation with the executive of the thesis, one of the variants was evolved for building licence documentation. The documentation consists of plans and manual. Emphasis was placed mainly on routes to achieve fluency with regard to appropriate and sensitive integration of the field road to the countryside. There was also an effort to minimize earthwork and associated financial intensity of construction. The project of the field route was prepared in conformity with applicable national standards (DIN) and technical regulations that relate to the issue.

Rich Internet Application AJAX and web pages creation

AJAX is a modern and very expanding technology.It is relatively new, so i will do my best to sum its main features up, show its function, refer to its probable difficulties and describe its implementation in detail. There is a number of modern technologies (conceptions) consolidated with AJAX, which are used on web. Any AJAX programmer must be able to work with them, and so I can´t avoid pointing out subjects as JavaScript, DOM, XML and server technologies.

Wage accounting in accordance with Labour Code

My final diploma thesis main subject is Wage accounting in accordance with a Labour code. My goal is to create a summary of the most important changes, which where brought by a new Labour code, talk about the changes in travel benefits and suggest how to solve some problems with bringing new Labour code into practise. I am solving the main principles of Labour code and conceptual differences from the previous status in theoretical part. I am also solving there the changes combined with the beginning or ending the employment, working hours and recently set up working hours account. I am as well as dealing with employees benefits, refundof wages, income taxes {--} salary cuts and travel benefits. Last but not least I am concerned with the questions of barriers at work and holiday. Finally, I am explaining all these problems caused by applying the new Labour code in use.

Recognition qualities clime in arrangement informal and special - interest education

This thesis addresses the issue of ensuring a healthy climate of the pet and informal learning, analysis tools that detect and measure the social climate at school. Further modifications of this tool for the needs and interest of non-formal education. The first part of this thesis is focused on the terms leisure and leisure activities, motivation, social climate. There is a dedicated space for the interest groups, which affects the measurement of change. In the next section, attention is focused on the issue of pedagogical-psychological diagnosis and its possible use in practice. The practical part includes a modified questionnaire CES and its application in the environment of interest and non-formal education through outcomes of the professional community.

Application integration in healthcare domain - Electronic prescription in Czech Republic using HL7 standards

This thesis is concerned with electronic prescription of drugs in the Czech republic. The objective is to find a proper standard for electronic medical data exchange and use it for building a new data communication interface for the e-prescription system. This work attends to the evolution and actual situation of the national e-prescription system. The system is based on one central storage for e-prescriptions, however, currently it isn't being used. On basis of valid legislation, electronic prescription and drug dispense processes are analyzed. Furthermore, present central storage data interface is explored. Considering advantages, that are bound to utilization of electronic data exchange standards, main objective of this thesis is given, to design a new interface for transmission of e-prescriptions and drug dispense notifications. New interface shall adhere to standards. Czech standard DASTA and europian norm EN13606 were examined. After all, set of specifications HL7 (Health Level Seven) has been chosen, which suits the requirements best. Data interface design, with HL7 standards, is based on exchange of documents. Documents (prescription, dispense notification) are expressed in the Clinical Document Architecture (CDA) format, and exchanged between applications by means of the Medical Records domain messages. The structure of wrappers, forming a message, results from common HL7 Specification Infrastructure. Presented design has been inspired by Finnish solution eResepti. The design tries to transform present interface of central storage to format, which is defined by selected HL7 specifications. It can be used in both local and central e-prescription systems. It may also support the development of systems for electronic health(care) records exchange.

Integrated enviroment for easy web-application developement

Cílem práce bylo navrhnout a implementovat vývojové prostředí pro snadnou tvorbu webových aplikací psaných v jazyce PHP. Toto vývojové prostředí poskytuje kromě standardních nástrojů pro práci s PHP kódem i vizuální designer, který slouží k návrhu stránek a formulářů pomocí myši a s minimální potřebou psaného kódu. Tím se odlišuje od ostatních projektů a získává nad nimi konkurenční výhodu. Vyvíjet bylo potřeba nejen prostředí samotné, ale i podpůrný aplikační framework, který pracuje v pozadí na webovém serveru a stará se o zpracování souborů produkovaných vizuálním designerem. Ten navíc nabízí správu autentizace uživatelů a objektovou nadstavbu nad databázovými ovladači. Text této práce slouží jako prezentace vývojového prostředí a frameworku, zároveň i jako jejich obhajoba a částečně i jako stručný manuál.

Archaea – the important part of soil microbial community

Archaea is a very old group of prokaryotic microorganisms distinguished by unique characteristics from other procaryotic representatives. Archaea represent the third discrete domain of life. The recent research focused on biology and ecology of Archaea has brought quite new and fascinating information about these microorganisms as well as about the life evolution in general. By virtue of application of recent molecular methods, it is apparent that archaeal habitat is not limited only to extreme environments but it is a distributed group coexisting with other microorganisms in common environments. The study of archaeal role in processes of C and N transformation connected with production and emission of greenhouse gases belongs to important problematic of recent soil biology. From a point of view of the evolutionary relations among soil organisms or interaction with other representatives of edafon the study of Archaea represents other important tasks of soil biology.

Deployment of SOFA 2 applications for embedded environment

Development of applications for embedded devices is a daunting task particularly due to the diversity of used hardware. Technologies like Java ME attempt to provide unified programming model in the spirit of slogan "write once - run anywhere"; however the platform specifics still linger. Applications for embedded devices could therefore benefit from the use of component - based development where platform - specific parts can be separated into well - defined easily replaceable components. The goal of this thesis is to analyze the current deployment process for the component applications written using SOFA 2 component system and propose changes that would allow such applications to be deployed in Java ME environment, particularly CLDC configuration with MIDP profile. The proposed solution is based on transformation of SOFA 2 component application into MIDlet application. This transformation includes pregeneration of code for static instantiation of components which is normally done dynamically by interpreting component descriptions. The result of the transformation is standalone MIDlet package that contains all necessary code - this includes adjusted component runtime and components themselves. The development process of SOFA 2 applications is also adjusted to support new deployment process.

Simulink jako nástroj pro vývoj rekonfigurovatelných aplikací

Our paper focuses on rapid prototyping and configuration tools for an embedded system. It will present novel concept of an image processing architecture based on interconnection of a programmable logical chip (FPGAs) with digital signal processor (DSP). In the paper, we shall outline a configuration tool tailored towards systems combining both DSP and FPGA, based on a configuration/programming scripting language and with a complex library of functions and modules for selected applications in signal and video processing.
