Pension system of Czech republic and comparison with other systems

First part of the work presents the theoretical base of retirement system, introducts the basic constructs and historical development of the system. Then the work presents two basic ideal systems- continuously financed system and fund financed system. Their combination creates the unique retirement system of every state. Both systems are analysed in light of their impact to public budgets. Second part of the work presents the retirement system of Czech republic. There is introduced historical development of czech system, especially in modern history. The development is analysed in context of economical transformation in ninetees. Analyse is focus on the financial expensiveness of the retirement system and its impact to public budgets. In this part are presented retirement systems of three specific countries, that are compared with czech system. This comparison is also focus on financial expensiveness. At the end are these systems analysed in light of potential use of some their elements in reform of czech retirement system.

It is a common cause of nosocomial infections, bloodstream infections, urinary infections and infections of digestive tract. One of the most infectious diseases is vaginal candidosis, which affects most of healthy population of women. Candida albicans can grow as hyphae, pseudohyphae, or budding yeast. The availability of this diversity - the variability of the internal morphology is of great benefit for the oraganism's lifestyle. Morphological change of yeast forms to pseudomycelium or mycelium (hyphae) characterizes the transition from colonial statute to invasive. In addition to the physical-chemical factors during these transformation procedures - farnesol and tyrosol participate as well as quorum sensing compounds. Farnesol which, if accumulated over a certain limit, it prevents the conversion of yeast to the mycelium. Socio-economic development of the Liberec region

This thesis deals with the socio-economic development of the Liberec Region. In itself, the socio-economic progression is a very complex issue richly structured organizationally as well as institutionally. Matters regarding the realization of the socio-economic program were even more complicated by the completion of the second phase of the transformation of the public administration. The search for an optimal methodology for creating the strategic documentation together with tools for the realization of regional development plans is far from over. While the negotiation and approval of the strategic documentation is a complicated process, the realization of those plans is what causes most of the difficulties. In my opinion, the local Council of the Liberec Region has so far not been able to create adequate organizational and personnel capacity for the realization and the monitoring of the realization process of the existing documentation. The use of the EU funds for the realization of the plans as well as the cohesion policy of the Liberec region, just like the rest of the Czech Republic, in my opinion, is insufficient.

Analýza a návrh webové stránky pro cestující do zahraničí

The target of this thesis is to design a website which enables its visitors a slightly different approach when searching information about the selected countries, compared to websites of similar orientation. The main asset of the website would be to allow the selection of thematic information (transport, culture, food, trade, etc.), giving the user a clue in the search for the countries where he would like to travel to. (or just find some interesting information about them) It should be also possible to filter and sort the available information accordingly by prearranged criteria, which should allow the visitor to get slightly different perspective over the issue. One of the main features is the contribution of users themselves to co-create the website, for which the registration system will be adapted to. The system will distinguish several levels of users with different permissions to access various sections of the website and to manage its content. It should be possible to edit the data through the web interface, which should provide sufficient variability for a complete content management. The website solution should be created for the users as intuitively as possible without any unnecessary barriers that would prevent users from comfortable and effective use of the website.

Gamification in Teaching

This thesis focuses on the topic of gamification and searches for options of using gamification to improve student experience in the Principles of Management course at University of Economics, Prague. The thesis formally defines gamification and identifies the theory of motivation and game design as two key paradigms in the topic. The practical part uses the apparatus of managerial decision making to choose a suitable variant for implementing gamification elements the self-management activity 30 Days Challenge. The application Habitica is identified as a suitable solution.

Minimize risk behauor in the boarding school

This thesis discusses the issue of risk behavior in a specific environment of the school dormitory. The theoretical part is the first boarding school in the Czech Republic- Open Gate- the boarding school. It describles the unique system of educatianal and preventive care, which was taken over and partially transformed from British boarding school. The practical part is focused on the results of prevention programs and personal questionnaires in Open Gate. In conclusion, the efficiency of the impact of dorm environment on the formation and evolution of risk student behavior is assessed.

Electronic records of sales as a tool to eliminate tax evasion

This thesis deals with the prevention of evasion of tax control implementation instruments, namely the introduction of electronic evidence in revenues. The first part defines basic terms as tax, inspection tool, the Tax Code, tax compliance and more. There is mentioned view of tax administration in terms of legislation. Then describes the tools for eliminating tax evasion, zoom their operating principles of electronic evidence in sales in the Czech Republic. Definition of the problem, the reasons for introducing targets entities required to record sales, the subject of electronic evidence in revenues, mandatory data sanctions measures, the impact on businesses and the public budget. Work is in its second part deals with the evaluation of electronic evidence in revenues as a tool for professional elimination of tax evasion in the Czech Republic, Evaluation of Options Croatian model as a model for the introduction of evidence of sales in the Czech Republic. Security inspection of network traffic

Thesis topic concerns the issue of information security in corporate environments. Literature search includes information obtained by studying articles and literature in the field of information security. Resources were selected with a focus on the security risks, security technologies and legislative regulation. Attention is focused on technology that supports monitoring of communication flows in the data network. Overview of traffic operating a data network provides important information for the prevention or investigation of security incidents. Monitoring also serves as a source of information for the planning of the network infrastructure. It can detect faults or insufficient transmission capacity. The practical part is dedicated to implementation of the monitoring system in the real corporate networks. Part of the experience is the analysis of the network structure and choice of appropriate tools for actual implementation. When selecting tools, you can use the scoring method of multicriterial analysis options. The integration of the monitoring system is also the configuration of active network elements. Subsequent analysis of network traffic provides information about the most active users, most used applications or on the sources and targets of data transmitted. It provides a source of valuable information that can be used in case of failure on the network or security incident. The conclusion is a summary of the results and workflow.
