Tato práce se zaměřuje na problematiku gamifikace a hledá možnosti využití gamifikace pro zkvalitnění zážitku z předmětu Principy managementu na Vysoké škole ekonomické v Praze. Práce formálně definuje problematiku gamifikace a identifikuje teorii motivace a herní design jako dvě klíčová paradigmata. Praktická část za pomoci aparátu manažerského rozhodování vybírá vhodnou variantu implementace gamifikačních prvků do self-management aktivity Třicetidenní výzva. Jako vhodná varianta je identifikováno využití aplikace Habitica. This thesis focuses on the topic of gamification and searches for options of using gamification to improve student experience in the Principles of Management course at University of Economics, Prague. The thesis formally defines gamification and identifies the theory of motivation and game design as two key paradigms in the topic. The practical part uses the apparatus of managerial decision making to choose a suitable variant for implementing gamification elements the self-management activity 30 Days Challenge. The application Habitica is identified as a suitable solution.
