This master thesis examines the evaluation system and performance management of a selected organization. It describes the theoretical basis and trends that firms are currently facing. Additionally this thesis analyses the evaluation system of a selected group of employees in the organization and assesses the system based on the analysis and the results of survey. At the end recommendations how to improve current evaluation system are presented.
Motivation and Stimulation of Employees of the U Pinkasů Restaurant

The theoretical part of the Master's thesis deals with aspects, which influence job performance of employees. The thesis describes one of the most important parts of job performance, which is the motivation. It is also dealing with some of more or less known motivational theories, which help us to understand the motivation of each person. The thesis does not omit term of stimulation and work satisfaction as well. The background of specific company in tourisms, the U Pinkasů restaurant, is sketched in practical part of the thesis. The motivation of its employees as well as some improvement suggestions are studied close.
The proposal of the evaluation system of employees in a manufacturing company

The thesis deals with the evaluation of workers in a particular organization. The aime is to optimize the ongoing assessment processes and to design the complex evaluation system for the entire enterprise. An analysis of the current evaluation processes was conducted, as well as interviews and consultations with the personalist and other employees. The practical part contains the result of the investigation and the specific draft of the evaluation forms. The conclusion is the summary of the results and it also evaluates how the objectives were met. The conclusion deals with the possibilities of using the proposed system in practice.
The importance of informal relationships in an organization and their relation to job performance

The aim of this thesis is to determine how the workplace behavior and job performance of workers changes within groups, and to examine the effect of informal relationships upon worker motivation, and thus upon individual performance. This essay also deals with the theme of teamwork and its apparent role in increasing the potential of informal relationships. The practical section is devoted to a sociometric investigation which examines the structure of relationships within the workplace. The results are transmitted in the form of matrices and sociograms. The actual sociometric survey is supplemented by information obtained from a questionnaire survey of the organization, which examines the quality of relationships in the workplace, and the impact of these relationships on the larger theme of job performance.
Appraisal of employees in the collection company

The aim of the Bachelor thesis is appraisal of employees in the collection company. The aim is to analyze the present system of the appraisal of employees. The first part summarizes theoretical knowledge gained by studying literature. In the practical part I will try to analyze system of the appraisal of employees in the collection company and I try to describe what methods are used, how often the appraisal occurs and which form is used to inform results to employees. In the final part after analyzing the strengths and weaknesses I suggest equipment which will improve the evaluation process.
Comparison of incentive system of selected companies

The topic of the diploma thesis Comparison of incentive system of selected companies is a comparison of companies's motivation programmes and motivational factors in the company branches to improve the work performance of employees. The theoretical partdeals with a definition of terms. The practical part is focused on Move One Inc. In the research part, the employee satisfaction in the company and suitable ways of motivation are verified by using a questionnaire and a personal interview. In the conclusion of the thesis, a motivational programe is proposed, including changes which should contribute to a more effective motivation of the employees.
Selected educational aspects of human resources management

The thesis describes and evaluates selected eduacational aspects of human resources management. It introduces some recent conceptions of specialization and evolution from personnel administration through personnel management to human resources management as the unity of emloyee development and utilization of their potential to achieve organization`s objectives according to their needs. It outlines the structure of human resources management (recruitment, performance management, evaluation {\dots}) and compares the aplication of principles of specialization in the work of a human resources manager and a line manager. Subsequently, several determinants of educational processes within human resource management are pointed out in connection with human factors (personality, health, human relations) and job performance (work, free time, work environment). Furthermore, educational dimension of human resources management is evaluated. In the final part Possible prognosis and future expectations are included. Namely, the worth of information for functioning of organizations and comparing the modern roles of technology with the role of humanity in the modern world.
Performance management in MobilKom, a.s.

The thesis includes theoretical knowledge in matters of performance management issues as one of the promising management approaches. The thesis seeks to capture a comprehensive view of job performance and its relationship to other business processes and systems. In the first part of the thesis there are described the principles of performance management concept, methods and trends in performance management, motivation, planning, performance assessment, remuneration and staff development in relation to job performance. The second part focuses on the analysis of performance management in MobilKom, a.s. The aim of this thesis is to analyze and evaluate the performance management system in MobilKom, a. s. and formulation of proposals for its optimization.
Performance management and employee appraisal

The target of my thesis was to show that personal management is one of the very important activities of every successful company, including also performance management. The necessary part of this performance management is objective, fair and efficient appraising of performance and finding the ways how to ease off functionless parts of operation and how to reach improvement. Also assessment in concrete company declared that performance must be directed, pursued and appraised. Otherwise there is very small probability that human resources will be used at the most efficient way. In my thesis I described theoretical concept and modern trends in the area of performance management and on the base of them I put mind to the concrete company and its organization.
