Detached Family House with Sculptural Studio "Statua" in the Vratenska Street
Ulyanov, Roman ; Melcr, Petr (referee) ; Fišarová, Zuzana (advisor)
This bachelor’s work involves the design and the plan for a house with a sculptural studio. It is about a detached house in Miškovice region, in Prague. The building is meant for a family with three children, so for a family of five. The part of the house is a sculptural studio that will be used by the owner of the house for his own business plan. The construction has an irregular shape. The house is without a basement, without a residential loft, with two floors and a garage. The design of the building is based on a brick’s system Porotherm, ceilings are Spiroll panels. The house and a sculptural studio are covered by a hipped roof, windows and doors are plastic. This proposal corresponds to the technical requirements and the requirements of the investor (the builder).
Wireless sensors for indoor air monitoring
Hradecký, Martin ; Gutman, Jiří (referee) ; Hynčica, Ondřej (advisor)
This work deals with sensors in an intelligent building. Also deals with wireless communication standards that are used for data transmission in intelligent buildings The main objective of this work was to select sensors and create a program development platform Freescale FRDM-KL25Z. The program was created for selected sensors, which are used to monitor the internal environment of buildings specifically air. Transferring data to the application provides wireless communication standard Bluetooth.
Application for the HAWK regulator
Kvasnička, Petr ; Štohl, Radek (referee) ; Jirgl, Miroslav (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis deals with the issue of intelligent buildings management and practical use of the control system HAWK from company Honeywell. The thesis describes the basic problem of intelligent building management, exactly why they created and how it is possible to implement building automation, including a listing of available equipment that can be used in these systems. The thesis also discusses one of the systems that can be used for building control. The control system is called HAWK and thesis describes the programming environment and connectable peripherals. For a given control system is formed in the scrubbing practical demonstration device wind tunnel, which is shown using the work of the control system.
Smart green house
Kmenta, Ondřej ; Klimeš, Lubomír (referee) ; Štětina, Josef (advisor)
This thesis offers a list of technologies used in smart commercial buildings with a focus on energy-efficient buildings. Almost all technologies listed here provide solar energy gains, savings of electric energy and drinking water, environmentally friendly maintenance and dealing with heat energy in the interiors and effective coordination of various technical systems for commercial buildings. There's explained an energy performance of buildings and the methods of its evaluation.
Realization of Intercom of Door Speaker for iMM
Kocina, Filip ; Klik, Richard (referee) ; Drahanský, Martin (advisor)
This thesis is devoted to the control of intelligent buildings and a smart home. It presents the possibilities of building/home automation and changes the subject to a particular subsystem: door speaker. It describes a realization of communication between door speaker and rooms of the home and among rooms as well.
The technique of intelligent buildings
Bojanovský, Tomáš ; Charvát, Pavel (referee) ; Štětina, Josef (advisor)
The thesis provides a basic concept of intelligent building and related fields where this technology is appropriate. The next section describes the systems used in this field, especially the so-called communication buses and protocols. For an overview of developments in this area there is also a list of major companies involved in this technology. As a practical example is then described by air temperature and air control facilities in the building A2 or A5 in a building located within the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Brno University of Technology. For both cases are also proposed possible treatment.
Energy Management in the Accommodation Facility
Škorpík, Adam ; Janata, Michal (referee) ; Kříž, Jiří (advisor)
This thesis deals with heating system in accommodation facility. It clarifies the way of controlling multiple decentralized systems which results in automatization of the whole heating system. Heating distrubition into individual zones is controlled by central server which communicates with reservation system of accommodation facility. The main goal is to lower expenses for heating.
Design and production of sample panels with system installation Inels
Steidl, Jaromír ; Bátora, Branislav (referee) ; Macháček, Jan (advisor)
Diploma thesis deals with the problems of system installations. The system installation is presented as an installation, where the light switch does not serve for interrupt a power circuit, but it serves as a sensor, which directs the status change of actuator, that makes the own manipulation with a power circuit. In the first chapter the diploma thesis presents the history of the system installation development depending on the demand for the system regulation in buildings centrally and complexly. There are also summarize advantages and disadvantages of installations, which are used in these days. In the second chapter, the system installations are devided into centralized and decentralized systems. The centralized systems are constructionally simpler as well the communication, but the whole system is more inclinable to fail. The decentralized systems are more complicated, more expensive, but more reliable and they have also potentiality to extand. Two decentralized systems, nowadays the most used, are further presented – KNX and LonWorks. They are used especially for the administration buildings control. Then the diploma thesis presents both some systems, which are used abroad, and the situation at the Czech market, whereas there is described the system INELS, which is made by Elko ep. Limited Company. The goal of the thesis, which is mentioned in the third chapter, is to present the system installations, design a panel with this installation including the panel´s handmade, and then on this panel demonstrate the panel´s using for education in laboratory practices. The fourth chapter discusses the author´s characterization of the panel´s concept – there is described the graphical concept of the panel, used units and their integrations. By all of used units their functions on the panel are described. In the last but one chapter, there are mentioned the practical applications, which the panel serves, and there are also described the concepts of laboratory tasks for education of the fundamental configuration and possibilities of the system installation INELS. The chapter also engage in the configuration of the system for the panel, which presents control elements in one room via the system installation INELS. This configuration serves for the presentation of the educational panel. The conclusion is dedicated to the summary of the mentioned problems.
The technique of smart school buildings
Drábková, Helena ; Mauder, Tomáš (referee) ; Štětina, Josef (advisor)
This bachelor‘s thesis briefly discusses about regulation of energy consumption in buildings with specialization on building intelligent systems and its application at schools. It briefly characterizes regulation of heating, ventilation, air-conditioning and lighting and its integration into centralized control component. Thesis discusses about systems from a few producers, short description of economic operation, a vision of these systems into the future and examples of implemented installations.
Efficiency evaluation of technologies for intelligent buildings
Parma, Lukáš ; Molnár, Zdeněk (advisor) ; Žemlička, Petr (referee)
This thesis deals with the study of home automation systems. The main goal of this thesis is to prove their effectiveness. The sample project shows how to calculate the efficiency and profitability of investment in the home automation systems. The result of this work is a methodology for determining the efficiency of investment projects into automation systems. The work is divided into two parts. The theoretical part is to provide the reader with the basic understanding of automation systems. their functionality and their advantages and disadvantages. A technical model is provided describing an automation system iNELS. The practical part describes the procedures and the outcomes of the effectiveness of the system.
