Segmentace zákazníků a její využití (vybrané problémy)
Turner, Oldřich ; Filipová, Alena (advisor) ; Zeman, Jiří (referee)
In the world of today, when the differences between people are becoming more and more significant and individualism is stressed more often than ever, people have wider choices. In this situation the companies are facing major challenges in serving these more and more demanding customers. To be able even to get the attention of some people, companies need to provide or offer some value. And the value can be delivered only when a company knows what is in the heads of their (potential) customers, i.e. what are their needs, desires, wishes, etc. And that\\\'s when segmentation comes into play. Efficient segmentation is a key success factor of drawing customer attention and tailoring the offer to this particular customer to satisfy his/her needs. Efficient (and if possible innovative) segmentation is also often a source of competitive advantage, because it is usually based on data that are difficult to obtain for competitors. The main goal of the paper is twofold: to enlighten what segmentation means and how it is connected to the overall marketing and business strategy and to show real world examples. The paper is divided into two main parts, the first one focusing on theoretical aspects of segmentation and on what lies beneath it. The second part is then focusing on real world situations and examples how various firms from various industries used innovative and modern approaches to segmentation to increase their sales, profit and overall value.

Effect of milking with an automatic milking system on selected incides of cattle welfare
PROVAZNÍKOVÁ, Iveta
The aim of my bachelor thesis was to evaluace the welfar of dairy cows. They are loosely housed and milked by robot. The main indicators were total time spent by cows in the robot and information about the movement of cows after leaving the milking box. The next step was to evaluate a time needed to prepare a dairy cow from entrance into the robot to a successful use of teat handpiece. Of course it was necessary to evaluate effects of stress on selected blood parameters. We can give us an idea of welfare using this loosely housing based on these observation. Next reason is the posibility of free decision in which intervals during the day the cows will be milked. Measured and monitored values were collected by observing dairy cows and precise records of their activities from entrance into the robot. In thirty minutes after leaving the robot it was recorded the movement of animals in housing and then satisfying their physiological needs, rating, drinking and lying down. The measurment was realized in standard operating conditions for 24 hours. The measurment was realized by all milked cows in the herd. Time information of ongoing operations and daily milk production were taken from the milking robot Lely Astronaut. Results of these measurements were evaluated by Microsoft Excel, Statistica 9 and then compared with total performance. Information of stress in all ways of milking were getting from the experimental work of VFU Brno. The observations didn´t show any serious problems in welfare area. Animals were calm and satisfied all the time of evaluating. Milking was carried out without any problems and dairy cows entered discipline into the box of robot. Only five cows (6 % of milked cows) had to be chasing with the help of zootechnician. But in the most of cases we talk about heifers and they have to adapt. During the observation it was detected 147 milking at 58 dairy cows. In diametr that was 2,54 milking per one cow. With the average yield 14,87 kg it means, that the average daily performance of one dairy cow was 37,8 kg of milk. The preparation for milking lasted about 2 minutes and 25 seconds. The time of actual milking was average 6 minutes. After milking 83,7 % of the monitored cows sought food and only 6,8 % of monitored cows lay down. The average daily yield significantly increased in the cows, these are milked three times a day, which means 31 % growth. The activity curve of diary cows in the chart showed strong willingness of dairy cows to work with the milking robot. Cortisone in the blood serum showed no values over the limit.

This bachleor thesis is focused on analysis of quality of life of women, who work at call centres at the age of 18-35 years. The specifics of that job are shift work and high work performance, psychical demands and frequent stress situations. The analysis of quality of life is focused on psychical and social elements of health and circadian rythms. In theoretical part of the thesis I describe basic terms resulting from the name of the thesis, especially their definitions and their meaning. Subsequently, in practical part of the thesis, I evaluate a questionnaire of quality of life, which contains questions concerning the subjects mentioned in theoretical part and I find out what is quality of life of a group of 200 women. I especially concentrate on questions about burn out syndrom, general feeling of satisfaction and personal well-being and if shift work, without night shifts, has negative impact on circadian rythms. For finding out I used standardised questionnaire WHOQOL-BREF (short version) and questionnaire of circadian rythms. The goal of my thesis is finding out influence of this specific job and negative impacts of work demands on the total quality of life. In the final part I sumarize the results of research, when tha analysis shows the work at call centers doesn´t significantly negative impack on quality of life or circadian rythms.

Hejbal, Dominik ; Láb, Filip (advisor) ; Teplá, Jana (referee)
The paper deals with the development of the Czech journalistic sport photography from mid 20th century until recent time. Conditions that influenced the work of sports photographers are mapped, whether it was technical equipment, political constraints or other relevant facts. The paper mentions key events that have had importance in the Czech sports photography. The very beginnings of the Czech sports photography are described, too, to add context with the period followed. Furthermore, some noteworthy cases are mentioned, such as career change of a professional sportsman to a sport photographer. Ethically doubtful practices, once quite frequent, are followed, too. Another infrequently studied area of interest is discussed, which is the phenomenon of successful pictures of neglected events. The paper also provides the reader with a list of the foremost Czech sports photographers, a quantitative analysis of sport photos in the Rude Pravo daily (name later changed to Pravo). Main moments of change are studied from the point of view of the extent of the sport photography on the pages of Czech dailies. Since this topic has not been extensively covered by books, an important part of the paper is based on original interviews with veteran Czech sport photographers, including Stanislav Tereba, the only Czech winner...

HISTORICIZATION AND ACTUALISATION AS TWO OPPOSITE APPROACHES TO PRODUCTION OF CLASSICAL DRAMATIZATION IN CONTEMPORARY THEATRE
Ondruch, Pavel ; Císař, Jan (advisor) ; Kudláčková, Jana (referee)
This thesis is focused on the term great classic theatre (or high drama). It is understood as a spoken theatre based on a very aestheticizing dramatic text (poetic drama) that deal with the deeper problems, values and men´s world opinion. The theatre is approached as a social, moral and educational platform. The thesis tries to name the phenomenon of great drama and it also tries to research the possibilities how to stage the dramatic text of the great drama in modern theatre. There are two different conventions - convention of scening at the time of text origin and convention of scening in contemporary theatre. In other words every production must be also an adaptation. It always tries to improve contents of dramatic text. There are two ways how to adept classical text of high drama. If we strengthen the mythological value of drama, we adept text by historical principle. On the other hand if we transfer text to the modern social situation, we continue the adaptation by the actualizational principle. The first part of this thesis tries to describe these facts. The second part applies these facts on concrete practical example of staging of the Czech dramatic text of the high drama. Characterization of adaptation of Hippodamie, written by Jaroslav Vrchlicky, demonstrates that even though we approach the scening of dramatic text of high drama from the historicizational point of view and thus from the point of view of eternity, in some way we touch present problems at the same time. Historicization and actualisation present as two sides of one coin.
