Title: Case study of the physiotherapy treatment of a patient after stroke with right hemiparesis. Aims: The aim of this thesis was to gain theoretical knowledge about stroke and the development of case study of a patient after ischemic stroke with right hemiparesis. Summary: This bachelor thesis deals with the stroke. The thesis consists of two parts. In the general section is described the definition of stroke, anatomy of the blood supply of the brain, epidemiology, classification, risk factors of stroke. The following chapters solve directly the ischemic stroke, its pathophysiology, clinical manifestations and treatment. The conclusion of this part is devoted to comprehensive rehabilitative care for patients after stroke, including a description of appropriate physiotherapy techniques. The special part is about a case study of the physiotherapy care of the patient after stroke with right hemiparesis. This part contains a complete kinesiology analysis, course of treatment and final evaluation. Data for processing the special part were obtained in the term 15.1. - 5. 2. 2016 during the clinical practise in Vršovická zdravotní, a.s. Title: Case study of physiotherapy treatment of a patient after hemorhgic stroke with right hemiparesis. Objectives: The goal of the thesis was to obtain theoretical information and background on stroke, suicide and therapeutic approaches and methods which can be applied in cases of stroke The specific part aims on the therapeutic care of a patient after suicide attempt followed by ischemic stroke, with whom I worked during one month practise in the Military University Hospital in Prague. Summary: In the theoretical part of my thesis I described anatomy, circulatory system and pathology of human brain, the characteristics of hemorrhagic and ischemic stroke, the epidemiology, clinical manifastation and ways to diagnose and classify them. The principal part focused on therapy after the stroke and physiotherapist's point of view on stroke in general. The theoretical part is concluded by a chapter on suicide. The practical part introduces a case study of the physiotherapy treatment of a patient after suicide attempt followed by ischemic stroke. Title: Case study of the physiotherapy treatment of the patient after stroke with left hemiparesis Aims: The aim of this bachelor thesis was to gain theoretical knowledge about stroke and the development of the case study of a patient after ischemic stroke with left hemiparesis. Summary: This bachelor thesis deals with a stroke. It consists of two main parts. The theoretical part contains a general definition of a stroke, the basic anatomy of the blood supply to the brain, the physiological values of a blood flow through the brain arteries, regulatory mechanisms, pathophysiology of disease's origin, stroke classification, diagnosis and treatment of disease. This part also contains specific rehabilitation treatment for various periods of disease and basic facilitation methods used in rehabilitative treatment of this disease. The practical part contains a case study of physiotherapy treatment of the patient after stroke with left hemiparesis, with whom I worked on inpatient rehabilitation in the Ústřední vojenská nemocnice from 21. 1. 2016 to. 5. 2. 2016. This part also includes a methodology of this thesis, input kinesiology analysis, individual therapy and output kinesiology analysis with evaluation of the effect of therapy. Title: The case study of a physiotherapeutic treatment of a patient with stroke and total hip arthroplasty. Aim: The aim of this thesis is to analysis a theoretical knowledge about stroke and total hip arthroplasty and elaboration of physiotherapy treatment schedule in the form of an patient with these two diagnosis case study. Methods: This bachelor thesis elaborate stroke and total hip arthroplasty for femoral neck fracture. The thesis is divided into two parts - general and special. I deal with patient's diagnosis in general part of thesis. I describe ethiopatogenesis of stroke, ischemia in carotid artery in detail and I deal with chronic stroke rehabilitation. Further I elaborate anatomy and kinesiology of hip joint, femoral neck fracture and its treatment. In the end I combine these two diagnosis because femoral neck fracture is common complication of a stroke. Special part include case study of a patient with ischemic stroke and total hip arthroplasty. The physiotherapy treatment is described here in detail, also input and output kinesiology analysis, short - term and long - term therapy plan and evaluation of therapy effect are here. CASE STUDY OF PHYSIOTHERAPY TREATMENT OF A PATIENT AFTER STROKE Objectives: Theoretical analysis of after stroke management and elaboration of physiotherapy treatment schedule in the form of an after stroke patient case study. Methods: This work was done with patients consent within an uninterrupted practice placements in Rehabilitation Clinic Malvazinky in Prague in the period from 12th January to 6th February 2015. The work is divided into two main parts -the general and the special. In the general part is researched a theoretical base for the diagnosis of ischemic stroke. This section contains general characteristics of the disease, etiopathogenesis, incidence, diagnosis, treatment and options of physiotherapy methods concerning the illness. Special section contains case of a patient after ischemic stroke, the review of proposed therapy and the therapy effect evaluation. Results: The patient's condition was different before beginning after completion of therapy. This bachelor thesis deals with ischemic stroke. It has two parts. General part consists of anatomy and physiology of brain vessels and risk factors of stroke. Continues with theory concerning ischemic stroke, its pathogenesis, pathophysiology, clinical symptoms, classification, diagnostics and treatment. Mentioned is also hemorrhagic stroke and subarachnoid hemorrhage . The end of this part contains neurorehabilitation. Special is aimed on a case study of a patient with diagnosis of ischemic stroke. Consists of complex kinesiology examination, process of therapy and overall evaluation. This part was based on clinical practice in Oblastní nemovnice Kladno, in term from 6.1. till 31.1. 2014.

CASE STUDY OF PHYSIOTHERAPY TREATMENT OF A PATIENT AFTER STROKE Objectives: Theoretical analysis of after stroke anamnesis and elaboration of physiotherapy procedures. Methods: This bachelor thesis was done with the patient's consent within practice at Regional hospital Kladno at the Rehabilitation Department from January 6th to January 31st 2014. The thesis is divided into two main parts - theoretical and special part. The theoretical part includes basic characteristics of the illness, ethiopathogenesis, incidence, diagnostics, treatment and options of physiotherapy methods. The special part contains the after stroke patient's case concept, processes and the effects of his therapy. Results: Patient's condition, daily activities, movements, spatial orientation, muscular strength and physical condition have improved after the therapy. Title: Casuistry of the physiological care of a medical patient after a stroke Aim: The aims of the bachelor's thesis This bachelor's thesis aims, firstly to provide the theoretical information concerning the diagnosis of a cerebrovascular accident patient and a summary of the diagnostic process. Secondly, the attention of the thesis is then diverted to an elaboration of this patient's history. Lastly, this dissertation deals with a variety of therapeutic techniques and their objectives, including an observation and evaluation of their effects. Method: This bachelor thesis deals with a stroke. The thesis is divided into two major parts - general and special. The general part describes the characteristics of the disease; ethiopatogenesis; diagnostics; the risk factors prevention; incidence; treatment and physiotherapeutic procedures options linked to the disease. The special part involves the casuistry (the anamnesis; input and output kinesiology analyses) of the ischemic stroke patient; the course of suggested therapy and the overall evaluation of the effect of therapy.
