Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po ischemické cévní mozkové příhodě s pravostrannou hemiparézou. Cíl: Cílem bakalářské práce bylo získání teoretických informací o cévní mozkové příhodě, suicidu a terapeutických přístupech a metodách, které je možné u pacientů s cévní mozkovou příhodou využít. Ve speciální části práce bylo cílem vypracování kazuistiky pacienta po pokusu o sebevraždu s následnou ischemickou cévní mozkovou příhodou, se kterým jsem pracovala během měsíční praxe absolvované ve Vojenské fakultní nemocnici v Praze. Souhrn: V teoretické části bakalářské práce najdeme pojednání o anatomii lidského mozku, jeho zásobení, charakteristiku hemoragického a ischemického cévní iktu, jejich epidemiologie, jak se klinicky projevují, jak se následně diagnostikují a jejich klasifikaci. Větší a podobnější část je věnována terapii, metodám a celkově pohledu na cévní mozkovou příhodu z hlediska fyzioterapie. Teoretickou část uzavírá kapitola o suicidu. Následuje praktická část, která obsahuje kazuistiku pacienta po ischemické cévní mozkové příhodě po tentamen suicidum. Title: Case study of physiotherapy treatment of a patient after hemorhgic stroke with right hemiparesis. Objectives: The goal of the thesis was to obtain theoretical information and background on stroke, suicide and therapeutic approaches and methods which can be applied in cases of stroke The specific part aims on the therapeutic care of a patient after suicide attempt followed by ischemic stroke, with whom I worked during one month practise in the Military University Hospital in Prague. Summary: In the theoretical part of my thesis I described anatomy, circulatory system and pathology of human brain, the characteristics of hemorrhagic and ischemic stroke, the epidemiology, clinical manifastation and ways to diagnose and classify them. The principal part focused on therapy after the stroke and physiotherapist's point of view on stroke in general. The theoretical part is concluded by a chapter on suicide. The practical part introduces a case study of the physiotherapy treatment of a patient after suicide attempt followed by ischemic stroke.
