Adherence to remedial physical education among women of middle and older age.

Title: Adherence to remedial physical education among women of middle and older age Aim: To deliver a complex review of the exercise adherence issue. To confirm relationship among selected factors and exercise adherence using questionnaire rnethod in a group of regularly active women and to identify reasons of their long-term participation in a group remedial physical education. Method: 165 women, members of the Kardia dub, who regularly participated on remedial physical education classes, were involved in the study, question-form data were suitable in 130 cases. To provide subjective evaluation of physical activity, Czech version of the Intemational Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ, short version) was distributed; to identify the level of extroversion, the Eysenck Personality lnventory (EPI-B) was applied, and to discover motivation factors influencing the physical activity adherence, the author of the Graduation Theses compiled a non-standardized questionnaire. Attendance data from January to December 2007 (except Joly and August) were the fundamental part of the adherence level objective evaluation. Themes of children's drawings in the second task of Torrance Tests of Creative Thinking in 1991 and 2006

This work deals with the theme of childern's drawing and focuses in particular on subjects of drawing by preschool childern. The point is to set up the essential themes of subjects drawn by preschool childern The technique used is one where the initial shape is given to the child. There are two groups of tested childern - one in the year 1991 and the second in the year 2006. The used method is TTCT - Torrance Tests of Creative Thinking - 2. part. Analysis and interpretation of obtained data is used to indentify possible advances in the subjects between the two groups. It will be possible to use this data and analysis the childern's work as part of the collected data for the possible standardization of the Torrance Tests of Creative Thinking for the childern at preschool age in the Czech Republic.

Employees job satisfaction analysis on company's branches

The goal of this thesis was to define the basic terms of the problems of job satisfaction and to make the job satisfaction analysis in the chosen company, which name will be not published , because of the inside information protection. The necessary data for the analysis were obtained via questionnaire, in which took part 122 employees from 13 different branches. Respondents were divided into three groups according to the performed work position and the intensity of the contact with clients. Results of research were processed for each individual group. It allows to catch better the differences in the group satisfaction. On a basis of results were pointed out the most problematic areas and suggested concrete steps, which could lead to job satisfaction increase in researched branches.

Analysis of the commercial properties of an ostrich

This thesis deals with the problem of commercial properties of an African ostrich collected on farms in the Czech Republic. Literature review focuses on the history, origin, economic benefits and also the breeding conditions. This work evaluates the utility of selected properties of ostrich farms in the Czech Republic. The values obtained were well described and evaluated by appropriate methods. Egg-laying farms was observed in the range from 15 to 50 pieces (mean 29.07 pieces), the weight of eggs ranged from 1.22 to 1.89 kg (mean 1.51 kg), fertilization of eggs were in the range from 54.55?86.00% (mean 76.36%) and a hatching rate was in the range of 31.82?52.77% (mean 44.61%). Weight of meat obtained from slaughter ostrich ranged from 30 to 50 kg (mean 39.74 kg), the skin area was in the range from 1.10 to 1.50 m2 (mean 1,34 m2) and the production of feathers was from 1.36 to 1.50 kg.

Škody ohryzem, loupáním a následnými hnilobami v revíru Pluskovec

In the observed hunting district the most claimed damages have been caused by browsing and peeling over last five years. We have investigated 11 buck brushes in the 2nd -- 4th age group where level of damage caused by browsing and peeling with red deer was methodically examined and then compared with forestry files. In one of the most damaged buck brush detailed survey of 5 examples of tree trunks was carried out. In these bush brushes we have found out that average damage the amount of 33.45 %, in the forestry files the figure was 13 %. It is out of the question that our data are different from the data of the Czech Forestry Company; so we can suppose that the damages were overlooked or were collected after counting the damages. Average speed of widening the decay of Stereum sanguinoletum was 54.8 cm per year -1 and in horizontal bearing it was 1.82 cm per year -1. Age of hurt was about 10 years.

Assistance services within car insurance and accident insurance

The bachelor thesis is focused on selected companies providing services in the field of roadside assistance in the Czech Republic. It will describe only companies belonging to the Association of Czech assistance companies. Then they will be matched by various factors. The work will be also focused on the current topic of crash hunters. There will be used different statistical methods data relating to assistance services from unnamed assistance company. It will be analyzed by using selected characteristics of descriptive statistics and a one-way analysis of variance. Then will be done the questionnaire survey regarding to assistance services. Respondents will be Czech citizens owning a driver license. Then data obtained by interviews will be evaluated. Some of the findings in the survey will be analyzed by using chi-square test in combination table, due to dependencies on knowledge assistance services from the point of view of clients according to the length of ownership of the driver license.

Analysis of the development in the job market in region Tabor

The objects of my bachelor work were to analyse development at the job market in the chosen region, Táborsko, to specify the risk and problematical groups of people and to show their possibilities at this market. I used specific data and information from the Labour Office, Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs of The Czech Republic and the Czech Bureau of Statistics for preparing the practical part and making graph and the sheets. My bachelor work includes the characteristics of the region, analyses of unemployment and some further indexes of the Job Market, analyses the time rows and estimates the development of the job market from 2003 to 2008.One part of the work compares the situation of chosen region with the average figures in the South Bohemian Region and the Czech Republic as well. The important and essential using of the tools for active employment policy will open the new labour possibilities for unemployed people.I have a SWOT analyse in my last part {--} assessment of the strength and weaknesses, opportunities and threats, that involve the job market in the region Tábor now and in the future.

Portuguese proper nouns in Czech

Portuguese proper nouns, namely anthroponyms, in Czech are the subject of this both theoretical and empirical thesis. It seeks to map the use of this marginal vocabulary in Czech, to establish the extent of difficulties these names cause and to recommend a consistent way of treating them. It also relates Portuguese names to a broader context of foreign anthroponyms. The thesis covers three subtopics: firstly the pronunciation of these names in Czech, secondly the choice of inflectional paradigms and inflection of names and surnames together, thirdly the orthographical change in Czech. The basis for this work are publications on foreign proper nouns in Czech. These consist of codification handbooks and other relevant works on the Czech language, several works on names from a particular language and also various dictionaries, encyclopedias, history textbooks and other publications to certain extent touching the subject. These are confronted with a vast research, the first part of which is an excerption from publications written or translated by thirteen experts on the history of Portuguese speaking countries and on the literature of Portugal and Brazil. ABSTRACT A patient after a diagnostic application of radiopharmaceuticals as a source of radiation - mutual radiation strain of the personnel and patients My work focuses on the radiation protection on account of the potential influence of ionizing radiation with its negative effects on a human organism. In my work I concentrated on observing the obtained personal equivalent doses of the ionizing radiation in the Department of Nuclear Medicine in the Hospital of České Budějovice, plc. I also focused on the measurement and assessment of the dose rate obtained by the employees of the Department of Nuclear Medicine in the Hospital of České Budějovice, plc. from treated patients with regard to the distance and type of the applied radiopharmaceutical. The methods chosen for the actual measuring, gathering, recording and assessment of the data are described in a great detail and presented in the methodology of my work. The data obtained from the personal TL dosimeters is registered and filed in the Department of Nuclear Medicine in the Hospital of České Budějovice, plc. on a long term basis. Therefore it enabled me to analyze the equivalent dose of four nurses during the last five years. The results were compared with the figures determined in the regulation 307/2002 of the Code, as amended by regulation 499/2005 of the Code. The results are then clearly presented in tables and graphs. The collected data has confirmed that the values of equivalent doses obtained from the personal TL dosimeters of four nurses working in the Department of Nuclear Medicine in the Hospital of České Budějovice, plc. do not exceed figures determined by the regulation 307/2002 of the Code, as amended by regulation 499/2005 of the Code. The measured dose rates decrease with the distance and are proportional to the activity and type of radiopharmaceutical.

Dental radiology

The topic of this bachelor thesis is ?Dental Radiology.? The aim of this thesis is to create a summary about dental diagnoses and evaluate the benefits of modern imaging methods in dentistry. The work is to familiarize students with conventional as well as modern methods and technologies in dentistry. Furthermore, to introduce different types of examinations and indications to given examinations which are done in the field. Radiation protection in dental radiological examinations is also described in this thesis. The radiology assistant may independently run the radiology department. In this thesis we find conditions needed for independent operation. The hypothesis of this thesis was formulated as follows: intraoral X-rays are still the most widespread group of examinations in the area of imaging technologies in dentistry. Information, which this thesis provides, especially concerning a number of intraoral and panoramic devices used in the Czech Republic in the years from 2002 to 2011. Data of the devices is supplemented with the number of dental CT devices which have been appearing in Czech dental surgeries since 2007. Figures of panoramatic, intraoral and extraoral performances are given further. The obtained individual data has been compared and for clarification put into charts in the ?Results? part. The obtained information is evaluated and views on the matter given in the ?Discussion? part. All the information regarding this matter is summarized at the end of this thesis. Objectives of the work have been met and the hypothesis confirmed. Contribution of the work in practice is clarification of dental diagnosis for radiology assistants, including information about frequency of devices and performances of given examinations in the Czech Republic. This thesis is supplemented with a tutorial CD which may serve as a learning tool for students in the field of Radiology assistants.
