Multiple criteria evaluation of alternatives support systems and their comparison

Multiple criteria decision making can be divided into two categories, concretely to multiple criteria evaluation of alternatives and multiple criteria programming. This bachelor thesis deals with the easier one -- multiple criteria evaluation of alternatives. Analysis of these problems is in general made with the use of software support, which is vital in these days. Range of this software is wide, whether it's MS Excel application, individual program or web-based application. Aim of submitted thesis is to try out this software. It also deals with brief description of these systems together with their comparison.

Tranformation of Czech Financial Statements into Financial Statements under IAS/IFRS

Diploma work inquires processing of financial statements according International Financial Reporting Standards IFRS and also according current legal adaptation of financial statements in Czech Republic. The work reveals crucial differences in financial reporting of concrete Small Enterprises Company. It demonstrates the influence of financial reporting on income. The work points out necessity of harmonization of national accounting standards with IFRS.

Alternative resolution of collective disputes (mediation and arbitration)

- Alternative Collective Dispute Resolution (mediation and arbitration) The goal of my thesis is to describe and analyze the methods of resolution of collective disputes arising between the partners of a social dialog in execution of collective agreements and in the fulfillment of the respective obligations. Acting Czech legislation regulates the proceedings before a mediator and an arbitration procedure. The very fact that such topic complies the two areas of law in which I am interested was on of the main motives for my selection of this topic as my diploma thesis. My thesis is composed of six chapters, each of them dealing with different aspects of topic mentioned above. Introductory chapter one, which puts the reader into the problematic questions and defines basic terminology used in thesis is followed by Chapter Two dealing with general conception of collective Labor law and its classification in Labor law system. This chapter also contains examination of relevant Czech legislation. Aim of Chapter Three is to describe the terminology of Collective Labor-law relationships, their parties and subject. Chapter is subdivided into three parts. Part One looks at trade unions, Part Two describes tasks of employer in Collective relationship. Part Three illustrates subject of this relationships....

Termination of employment by employer in accordance with legislation of the Czech Republic and England

The bachelor's work deals with legal regulation of termination of employment by employer in the Czech Republic and England. The aim of this work is to create a comprehensive summary of the ways in which an employer may end the employment with its employee in both countries, to characterize the similarities and differences of two legal regulations, to compare and highlight the elements of which Czech and English legislators could inspire each other. The work is divided into three main parts. The first chapter describes the methods of termination of employment by the employer in accordance with Czech legislation. The second chapter focuses on the English adaptation of termination of employment by the employer. In the final part I evaluate the differences in the two laws and I refer here to be the source of mutual inspiration.


Payments with environmental impact in the budgets of municipalities

This diploma thesis deals with the structure of local charges with environmental impact and evaluates their contribution into budgets of municipalities. The first part of the thesis analyses basic characteristic of this kind of payments, their mutual cohesion and their role in the budgets of municipalities. The summary of particular charges in relation to valid law, the height of them and their relation to ecological purposes is discussed in the analytical part of the thesis. The possibility of the replacement of local charges with uniform ecological rate and evaluation of currently system of charges from economical and inhabitants' point of view is analysed in conclusion.

Monitoring of pesticides in source of water treatment Hrdibořice and possibility of their removal

The thesis discusses possible ways to reduce or completely eliminate pesticide compounds from drinking water that are produced at a water treatment plant Hrdibořice. The work is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part lists kinds of pesticides that occur in water, how they are reduced or eliminated. Furthermore, this section describes the existing water treatment technologies at the Central Committee Hrdibořice, including water sources. In the practical part, pilot tests on two types of filters models with filtering bed of granular activated carbon (hereinafter GAU) were carried out. On the basis of information obtained from the literature and on findings from the pilot tests, designs of technological equipment for pesticide removal from drinking water at water treatment Hrdiborice were carried out. Next, cost estimates for the proposed variant solutions including operating costs were suggested.

Modification the plan of construction of linear structures

Submitted thesis deals with planning of an implementation of a linear construction by using the contract conditions. The theoretical describes the topics of project management, engineering, procurement and traffic politics of Czech Republic. It also describes the history, status and development of the highway network. In the end there is introduced the modernized section of the D1 highway. The practical part deals with the application of the modified project Modernization solutions to the D1 highway - section 22 by introducing a shift operation during the construction. It solves the impact of shift work on phasing construction schedule, financial plan and compares the positive aspects of the solutions against the negative ones. In conclusion there is an evaluation effectiveness of the actual and modified variants of the construction.

efficiency of the bottom elements on the supercritical flow energy dissipation

The thesis is dealing with comparing dissipation of the kinetic energy water flow using various bottom elements based on model research. There is missing information about efficiency of different kinds of bottom elements. This absence does not allow to compare different modification of the bottom of stilling basins. Within experimental research were measured depths in different variants. Based on the results of model tests are evaluated and tabulated sorted variants of the combat efficiency of the kinetic energy water flow. The results will be used for the efficient and economic design of additional alterations of stilling basins.

International sale contract

The purpose my thesis is to analyse the substantive and temporal scope of application of selected general binding rules governing the international sales contract and to analyse their mutual relations. The work is composed of six chapters, each of them dealing with a different issue of international sales contract. The first chapter deals with the definition of the term international sales contract in view of the practical and theoretical understanding, because the definition of an international sales contract has its own specifics in contrast to the definition of a sales contract in Czech law. The second chapter discusses the basic approaches of legal regulation in private international law and outlines the basic advantages and disadvantages of specific approaches of legal regulation in private international law in view of the international sales contract in this section. I put this chapter into my work for the better understanding and orientation of reader in issue of general regulation of international sales contract. The third chapter deals with the substantive, temporal and personal scope of application of the Czech Act on Private International Law in view of the international sales contract.
