Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá právní úpravou skončení pracovního poměru ze strany zaměstnavatele v České republice a Anglii. Cílem této práce je vytvořit komplexní souhrn způsobů, jakými může zaměstnavatel skončit pracovní poměr se svým zaměstnancem v obou zemích, charakterizovat shodné a odlišné rysy dvou právních úprav, vzájemně je porovnat a vyzdvihnout prvky, kterými by se zákonodárci České republiky a Anglie mohli navzájem inspirovat. Práce je rozdělena do třech hlavních částí. V první kapitole charakterizuji způsoby skončení pracovního poměru ze strany zaměstnavatele podle české právní úpravy. V druhé kapitole se soustředím na anglickou úpravu skončení pracovního poměru ze strany zaměstnavatele. V závěrečné části provádím celkové zhodnocení rozdílů dvou právních úprav a zmiňuji zde možné zdroje vzájemné inspirace. The bachelor's work deals with legal regulation of termination of employment by employer in the Czech Republic and England. The aim of this work is to create a comprehensive summary of the ways in which an employer may end the employment with its employee in both countries, to characterize the similarities and differences of two legal regulations, to compare and highlight the elements of which Czech and English legislators could inspire each other. The work is divided into three main parts. The first chapter describes the methods of termination of employment by the employer in accordance with Czech legislation. The second chapter focuses on the English adaptation of termination of employment by the employer. In the final part I evaluate the differences in the two laws and I refer here to be the source of mutual inspiration.
