6 Abstract This thesis aims to offer a comprehensive view of corporate communication while emphasizing its importance for everyday life of corporations and achievement of their strategic targets. The thesis introduces potential interpretations of corporate communication with the main focus on key moments of corporate communication as well as on consequences non-effective communication has on employee satisfaction and their life in the corporation. In the thesis I opted for the method of compilation and comparison of professional literature along with expert interviews which reveal the quality of internal communication in two selected corporations and prove one-sided view of communication inside corporations. The first part of the thesis provides a detailed look at characteristics of individual communication forms, knowledge of these characteristics being the cornerstone of further research in corporate communication. Besides, this part also describes the principles of active listening, a skill which is frequently omitted from the communication skill list. It focuses primarily on the relationship of language and culture, from which the language originated. Specifies the individual links, or areas in the language, which the culture is reflected in action in. The work analyzes the relationships within the language.

Aspects of social communication with clients in crisis situations

The aim of this thesis is to resolve conflicts in crisis situations. The topic will be addressed from the perspective of negotiating parties. Bachelor thesis in theoretical part will deal with the various concepts of selected issues, crisis negotiation, as part of a specific crisis communication, specifics of various crisis situations, tasks negotiator, negotiation and training. It also focuses on extremely complex a serious communication activities associated with overcoming a difference of opinion in the direction of the agreement, respectively. Solve hostage situations to provide guidance on how to survive through appropriate communication. The practical part deals with the number of cases handled negotiations in practice for the years 2007-2013 in the South Region, based on statistical data, followed by an analysis of communication -intensive situations where through individual case studies examining the typology of crises, typology of individual perpetrators, their motivation, mental state instead of negotiating, the first contact with the negotiator, critical moments in the negotiations, a way to end the incident and in the end the author formulates the most important principles in negotiations communication management practices in crisis situations .
MIME ON THE OPERA SCENE

This diploma work focuses to the use of mime on the opera scene. It summarizes the historical facts about connection between opera and pantomime. This work contains a list of operas, that are a part of the pantomime in the history of the opera and on today's Czech opera scenes. It also includes the personal experiences of the author, which relates to this theme.
Psychology aspects of communication witch customer

Abstract The thesis is focused on the proces of dealing with customer. The aim is to chart, whether verdons are following in advance defined phases of sale, what verbal and nonverbal communication do they have and to chart occurrence of manipulative principles in sales. In theoretical part are defined phases of sale, verbal and nonverbal comunication and manipulative principles based on review of literature. In practical part were used definitions from teoretical part to create observation scheme, which have been used in observation of verdons. After that comes interpretation of empirical data which have been gained from 20 observation schemes . At the end I have formed recommendation for verdons and recommendation for defence against manipulative principes from buyer's point of view.
Nonverbal comunication of nurses with patients.

The title of this bachelor´s thesis is: Non-verbal communication of nurses with patients. The expression ?communication comes more and more into focus at present. And so communication is gaining importace and communication training is an important part for exercising a specific profession. Communication skills should form an integral part of professional skills in all professions, where you are in contact with people. First of all, it is inevitable to acquire communication skills in caring professions. Communication is essential for the process of nursing, practice nurses are supposed to master both general and special knowledge as well as ability to communicate effetively.
Communication as the determination factor of human resources management

The work is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. In the first chapter of the theoretical part I focus on social communication, its definition and sublayers of verbal and nonverbal communication. The second chapter brings definitions of the terms ?management? and ?human resources management?. I also concentrate on communication in organisations. The end of the second chapter is devoted to motivation and to the theories of motivation. In the practical part I addressed myself to a research, which purpose was charting the motivational skills of leading workers.
Pantomime with Deaf People in the Framework of Dramatic Education

The work is focused on the possibility of pantomime with hearing disabled people in the context of drama education. The first part deals with the pedagogy of a leisure time and the transition to dramatic education. The second part deals with the dramatic education and the common elements with pantomime. The third part is devoted to the history and definition of mime. The fourth explains surdopedie - hearing disability. In the fifth section is described the non-verbal communication. In the sixth, the last part, gives an overview of the history and work of associations of deaf people. Pantomime has it´s history mainly among adults. Increasingly used in the context of drama education for children, which is beneficial to their development of communication and the ability to communicate.
Zásady firemní vnější komunikace - metodiky hodnocení firemních webů

Práce je rozdělena do čtyř hlavních kapitol. První pojednává z psychologického hlediska o vizuálním vnímání a využití poznatků při designu webových stránek a tvorbě reklamy. Druhá je zaměřena na sociální komunikaci a aplikaci poznatků při prezentování. V třetí části je vysvětlen význam podnikové identity ? podnikové komunikace, podnikového designu a podnikového jednání. V poslední části je navržena metodika pro hodnocení firemních webů a její aplikace.
