The aristocratic clothing of the Rudolphine Prague

This bachelor's thesis deals about clothing of aristocratic citizens of rudolphine Prague. The question, which author wants to answer is: How was the nobility in this era dressed up? Because Prague was very cosmopolitan for government of Rudolf II., we can find there more specific styles of clothing. The opening chapter tells about the image of rudolphine Prague as itself. Next chapter contains a description of the fabrics, especially the most prized ones. Incoming chapters tells knowledge's about the most used fashion ways, then spanish and german style, and shows their differences against the another fashion styles worn in other European areas. Following part is discovering some details about the important fashion pendants, for example the suspension of rapier or the shape of underwear. The work continues by another different chapter, describing a few less known portraits, including unusual fashion elements or non - typical specialties for this period. There is also a part, telling about the famous persons, who could bring different fashion elements to the Prague. At the end, there is a chapter, in which author deals with the clothing, as the factor of criminality in everyday life.

Bachelor thesis discusses methods and techniques used by managers in corporate governance. The aim of this bachelor thesis is proving the difference between the use of management techniques for the domestic market and worldwide. The theoretical part contains descriptions of basic concepts, which are located throughout the work. Methodological section describes the ways in which it is possible to do research and also describes the management methods and tools. The third section describes the work situation and main features of the Czech economy. The analytical section is aimed at monitoring the current situation in corporate governance and the factors that influence changes in governance. It also compares the current situation with that in the past and global trends in governance. Finally, the author notes the essential work of the findings and the author recommends some measures, arising from work.

The Evolution of the EU's Strategic Thinking in Relation to Russia: The Factor of the Eastern Enlargement of the European Union

This paper examined the development of the Strategic thinking of the European Union towards Russia from the beginning of the 1990 s till 2004. The paper recognized the existence of the three main strategies: bilateral one, multilateral and special one. The first strategy is characterized by giving the priority directly to the relationship between Russia and the member states of the EU. The Russian Federation neglected the existence of the European Union as an independent actor on the international scene during the 90 s. The specific example of such a behavior could be the relationship between Russia and Germany. This fact makes it more difficult for the EU to promote the coherent strategy of the European Union as a whole towards Russia. Due to the disgruntlement and frequent clashes between Russia and the EU, the two entities decided to use the so called special strategy in their relations. This strategy is based namely on the Partnership and Cooperation Agreement and on the Concept of the Four Common Spaces which began to be developed in 2000. The Union's eastern enlargement paved the way for the qualitative change in the strategic thinking of the European Union. Tourism as a factor of regional development in Decin region

Tourism in recent years becomes a very important part of national economies. In many regions is tourism a major factor in regional development throughout the region. The aim of thesis is to determine whether tourism is a key factor in the development of area Decin. The theoretical part deals with defining the concept of tourism, examining the development of tourism and a description of its governing bodies in the Czech Republic. The practical part has been specifically focused on tourism in the area Decin, the main points of interest are the attractiveness of the territory, tourism infrastructure and tourism promotion by the public administration. The practical part contains a questionnaire, which aims to identify the causes of interests and the causes of unconcern in traveling to Decin. With the final SWOT analysis are plotted on the one hand, development opportunities and on the other hand, barriers to the development of tourism in Decin.

Perception of the Russian Threat in the Czech Political, and Administrative Discourse Abstract The goal of this diploma thesis is to find how the Russian threat is perceived in the Czech political, and administrative discourse. The author decided to use constructivism, and discourse analysis to achieve the goal. Concretely he was inspired by Teun A. van Dijk's approach. The author chose actors, which in his opinion are the most important for shaping of the Russian threat construct in the Czech political, and administrative discourse. There are two categories of chosen actors. First category is composed of relevant institutions: The President of the Czech Republic, and his office, and The Government of the Czech Republic. The author chose five sub-actors to represent the government: The Prime Minister of the Czech Republic, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic, Ministry of the Defence and Armed Forces of the Czech Republic, Ministry of the Interior of the Czech Republic, and Ministry of Industry and Trade. Second category is aimed on parliamentary political parties, and movements in the Chamber of Deputies. The discourse could be characterized like fragmented. The diploma thesis targets for the government issued an emergency measure to ban the sale of spirits from the day 14. 9. 2012 and its economic impact on institutions spirits market. To demonstrate the problem is the use of internal com-pany data RUDOLF JELÍNEK joint-stock., STOCK Pilsen Bozkov ltd. and Global Spir-its ltd., which are first analyzed and then compared each other. Then the author determine the company, which has the best results after the end of prohibition and suggest stabilization proposals to mitigate the impact of future re-sale ban spirits producers and importers doing business in the Czech Republic. The design and evaluation of economic efficiency thermal insulation composite system of the house with a government grant in the CR and SR

The aim of the master thesis is the assessment of the economic effectivity of thermal insulation with the state incentives in the Czech Republic and Slovak Republic. In the master thesis, the issue of investment, the possibilities of state funding of the construction industry, a detailed analysis of national funding programs aimed at promoting thermal insulation and the characteristics of thermal insulation contact system will be discussed with the focus on the design, realization management of the building and material possibilities. The output of the master thesis will be a proposal of a possible solution of thermal insulation contact system on a reference object. The financing of the investment will be compared in case of investment based on own resources or a bank loan, with the final assessment of economic efficiency with the use of insulation subsidy programs in the Czech Republic and Slovak Republic.

Personality Protection and Camera Systems

The thesis deals with the protection of individual integrity and camera systems, through the lens of valid and effective law regulation. The content of this work is formulation of theoretical basis, an analysis of relevant laws governing the issue of individual integrity protection of natural persons (especially their privacy) and camera systems, specifically for each type of camera system: the camera system with recording, camera system without recording, comparison of both types of camera systems and an account of legal instruments available for protection of individual integrity of each person, whose universal individual integrity rights were violated due to the operation of a camera system (regardless of it's type). The theoretical basis is followed by the main body of work, which explores researching camera system usage within a specific public authority agency. The operation of camera system is subjected to critical legal analysis, where particular aspects of a specific public authority subject's practice is evaluated as part of the findings of the thesis and qualified as compliant or non-compliant with the law. At the end of the work, the author formulates specific recommendations to the public authority agency, aiming to improve the approach to operating a camera system from the legal point of view.

ITIL and its Possibility of Utilization in the SMB

Práce se zabývá možnostmi využití nejlepších praktik ITIL v prostředí malých a středních podniků (SMB). Hlavním smyslem je pak zhodnocení ITIL z pohledu SMB sektoru a nalezení styčných ploch, které jsou pro tyto firmy aplikovatelné. Jednotlivé kapitoly se pak věnují konkrétním cílům. První obsahová kapitola definuje pojmy a uvádí čtenáře do problematiky. Text se postupně zaměřuje na problematiku malých a středních firem, jejich ekonomické situace a manažerského přístupu. Další část je věnována stručnému popisu knihovny ITIL. Poslední část této kapitoly se zaměřuje na význam vyspělosti procesů pro firmy i ITIL. Druhá kapitola popisuje stav ITSM a IT governance v malých a středních firmách, nastiňuje problémy, kterým tato oblast čelí. Jsou zde také vybrány některé IT procesy, které by mohly být podporovány ITIL. Poslední obsahová kapitola se věnuje popisu vybraných ITIL procesů, způsobu jejich zavedení v SMB firmách a některým omezením. Na konci je okrajově zmíněn software pro podporu ITIL procesů. Největší autorův přínos lze spatřovat ve faktu, že se dané problematice vůbec věnoval. K dané problematice existuje jen velmi málo relevantních zdrojů. Autor ve své práci využívá nejen je, ale i zdroje z oblasti managementu či ekonomiky. Autorovy závěry jsou kromě literatury postaveny i na jeho zkušenostech z praxe.
