Low energy detached house

This bachelor´s thesis focuses on the development of documentaion of a low energy detached house in Frýdek-Místek. The project as well as the addenda are elaborated with regard to contemporary legislature and standards. The house is located on plot number 528/46 in Místek area. The house has two floors with a partial basement. Dimensions of the house are 10,65x9,4m. The roof of the building is designed flat roof. The house is performed from the systém Porotherm and Tritreg. The basis construction are of plain concrete C16/20 and the base concrete slab is reinforced by Kari 100/100/6. The enclosed essay deals with the topic of floor.
The Apartment block

The subject of this thesis is an apartment house villa type. This house is designed wall system porotherm, ceilings are monolithic concrete and roofed building is a combination of flat roofs and truss. The house is in its conception conceived as a single-storey with different heights of dwellings, replicating outdoor terrain, only part of the plan is a two-storey building. The building is composed of four separate apartments, each with its own main entrance and access to the garden.

The goal of this work is to create project documentation for building purposes. The building itself is a family house in Jihlava, which has one underground floor and two above. The house is suitable for 4 - 5 family members and for all-year living. The object will be connected to public sewerage and public sources of water, gas and electricity. Auditorial places will be located at the land outline in prebuilt niche, which is going to be part of the fencing. The object is located on building estate no. 5504 in Jihlava periphery. Land area is 800 m2 and built-up area counts 196 m2. The building is made of ceramic shaped bricks POROTHERM 36,5 T PROFI, underground floor is finished of CSB 30 bricks. The whole object is roofed with flat roof.

This bachelor’s thesis focuses on the development of documentation of a fire station type P, which is a type of fire station designated for 5 – 8 firemen in one shift, that organize a single fire unit. The project as well as the addenda is elaborated according to contemporary legislature and standards. The fire station is located on the plot number 1781/1, in the cadastral area of Šternberk in the district of Olomouc. There are all necessary infrastructures near the plot and the plot is well accessible from the local road. The fire station is located on a slightly sloping terrain, and it’s divided into two parts: the utility premises and the garage. The fire station itself is a two-floor building without a cellar. There is also a three-floor tower designed for drying fire hoses.

The aim of this bachelor thesis which is called „ A brick – built detached house“ is to create documentation for carrying out construction. The house is designed for a four – member family. It is situated in a suburb of Velké Němčice. The building has been designed as a detached house with two floors and no basement. The first floor consists of two parts – a technical and active one. In the technical part, there is a garage for a car, workroom, technical room, closet and staircase. In the active part, there is a living room with dining room, kitchen and entrance leading to the terrace. On the second floor, there is a closet, bathroom, drying room, separate toilet and three rooms. The load – bearing wall is made of brick breeze blocks Porotherm. The ceiling is made of POT girders and ceiling inserts Miako. Part of the house is covered with a single pitch roof with an agle of inclination of 15° made of a tin roof covering Lindab and the second part is made of a flat roof from a sloped wedge.
