Košařová, Eva ; SRSTKA, Jiří (advisor) ; SVOBODOVÁ, Doubravka (referee)
Annotation The thesis "Economy of theatre foundation" aims to show all the contingencies that should be done before founding the theater, but not in the sense of artistic vision or permission from the competent authorities, but on the basis of calculations, analyzes, calculations and considerations, how the theater should be working effectively. The work is mainly focused on the part of the budget devoted to the main activity, which is further divided into fixed costs and the variable factors such as number of artistic and technical employees, the number of seats in the auditorium, ticket price, number of playing days and attendance. Then, based on these funds, we can see, how big the influence of the different variables is on the overall result of the budget theater. One chapter is also devoted to human resources that are closely connected to the budget, not only because they often represent more than two thirds of its value. For your convenience, as an example we worked out a plan of a new private theater in Pilsen, which should be provided with facilities for the activity from a private investor. In conclusion of the thesis we can see proposal of an ideal solution to the situation.

This thesis aims to provide an answer to the question of what position Prague Stock Exchange was able to take during the twenty years of its existence and what succesful it was as compared to the competing markets.

Reactions of Alkenes Iniciated by Transition Metals Alkyls and Hydrides
Nečas, David ; Kotora, Martin (advisor) ; Jindřich, Jindřich (referee) ; Starý, Ivo (referee) ; Mazal, Ctibor (referee)
l0 5. Conclusion 1) The first and practical catalýic method for smooth deallylation of 2-substituted-2-allylmalonates to 2-substituted malonates via selective cleavage of the C-C bond under mild reaction conditions has been developed' The reaction seems to be general with respect to the transition-metal complexes; however, the comparison of Ru and Ni catalysts indicates considerable differences in their specific activity and selectiviý. Last but not least, the smooth deallylation offers an opportuniý to use the allyl group as an effective protective group for acidic hydrogen of malonic esters. 2) It has been shown that it is possible to re-route the course of the reaction from c{ bond cleavage (deallylation) to c{ bond formation (cyclization) in Ni hydride cataryzed, reactions by a change in the amount of organoaluminium. It proceeded in high yields even in cases where deallylation could compete with cyclization (e.g. diallylmalonate, etc.) in high selectiviý. In addition, generation of Ni hydride species in sinr provides an effective means for fast and selective cyclization of variously substituted 1,6- heptadienes to cyclopentanes. Moreover, it is possible exert certain level of control for the preferential formation of methylidene(methyl)cyclopentanes or cyclopentenes by the appropriate choice of thb...

The structure of Yuriy Andrukhovych's novels
Sevruk, Alexej ; Morávková, Alena (referee) ; Chlaňová, Tereza (advisor)
The world of Yuri Andrukhovych's novels shows considerable internal cohesion through common places, appearing in all his novels. These places create a system, which became the subject of the thesis. The author updates the pre- novel literary genres, which implies the plot of initiation novel scheme. The characters of Andrukhovych's novels meet the requirement of so-called " initiation triangle", which, combined with the theatricality and carnivality of characters, gives Andrukhovych's postmodern novels intersemiotic dimension. Carnival is a fundamental issue of Andrukhovych's development and attracts the meanings relative to this cultural phenomenon. Carnivality also reflects post-modern practices of textual creation, such as metatextuality and intertextuality of literary work. References to other texts put Andrukhovych's works in the context of analogous historical literary practices and genres. The text amalgam imitates the varied and ambiguous picture of the world. A central topological theme in Andrukhovych's novels is the city. The author accentuates the importance of the city as a cultural and culture-creating factor. The author works with individual places with a typical irony of his and, with the help of the postmodern key, he challenges some of the meanings attached thereto. On a more general...

Šebeková, Veronika ; Boháček, Martin (advisor) ; Švarc, Zbyněk (referee)
This master thesis focuses on a comparison of two contract law institutes -- consideration and cause. While the former is an Anglo-American legal concept, the later is of civil law origin. The goals of this comparative study are as follows: 1. to analyze consideration and cause with the emphasis on the problematic aspects; 2. to compare the institutes with regard to their function in contracts formation; 3. to assess their reasonableness and consider alternative solutions which could better comply with the requirements of modern contract law. The structure of the paper corresponds to the above-mentioned aims.

Název práce: Charakteristika sportovního výkonu v maratonech horských kol s přihlédnutím ke specifice tréninku žen. Characteristic sports achievement m marathon mountine bike competition with consideration to specifical traning women. Dotazníky vyplnilo 50 závodníků - 40 mužů a 1O žen. Dotazník obsahoval vybrané faktory struktury sportovního výkonu a závodníci v něm měli za úkol vytvořit žebříček důležitosti jednotlivých faktorů. Z každého bodu v dotazníku byly vytvořeny dva grafy, jeden mužů a jeden žen, do kterých byly zaneseny výsledky průzkumu. Výsledky: Ukazují použití jednotlivých faktorů v tréninkovém procesu a přispívají k porozumění tohoto výzkumu a je možné použít do dalších projektů. Klíčová slova: struktura sportovního výkonu, maratonský závod horských kol, faktory - 2-

Issues of structure Det + N1N2 in contemporary Portuguese
Matějovicová, Jitka ; Tláskal, Jaromír (advisor) ; Jindrová, Jaroslava (referee)
The aim ofthis work is to divide and analyse the structure Det + N1N2 in contemporary Portuguese. Hence we deal with expressions consisting oftwo side-byside substantives, which are not connected by preposition (cf. a palavra-chave, o navioescola, o Estado-nar;ďo ou o cantor/poeta; o Prémio Nobel). These structures are relatively frequent in spoken as well as in written language and they contribute considerably to the enrichment ofvocabulary. We can consider them as compounds or simple nominal groups, sometimes they are analysed within the framework of transposition. Authors, who apply themselves to the issue of compounds, usually deal with the distinction between compounds and simple nominal groups and with creation of criteria for their typology and c1assification. Those who study the structure in terms of transposition focus on transition of expression in the N2 position from the c1ass of substantives to the c1ass of adjectives. Generally we can say that iťs possible to find several theoretical attitudes, which blend together in some aspects and differ in others. Thaťs why we introduce in the first part different conceptions of the structure Det + N1N2 in contemporary Portuguese. In addition to the work ofPortuguese linguists we also take into consideration works ofFrench and Czech experts. In the...
