Strategic analysis of an enterprise

This bachelor thesis is dedicated to an analysis of strategic position of Plzensky Prazdroj, a.s. Theoretic body describes the thought sources of strategy view as a process of searching for a match between opportunities, which stem from the micro environment structure, and internal capabilities, which allow the enterprise to use these opportunities; further, it describes techniques used and characteristics evaluated during the analysis. Practical body applies these techniques upon Plzensky Prazdroj and eventually offers a conclusion on its strategic position and possible future directions of development. Thesis is concluded with several general recommendations on strategy formulation based on the preceding analysis.
Business Plan for the Development of Electronic Business at the EMKO Case a.s.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is the creation of business plan for the development of EMKO Case a.s. The work is divided into four parts. The first introduces aims and methods. The second describes significant expressions and ideas associated with the enterpreneurial as well as the methods component of the business. In next part the current status of the company will be presented and individual key methods will be analyzed in detail. The purpose of the last part of the work is to introduce my own, new proposal for the establishment of the electronic business for this company.
Plan of the New Company to Enter the Market

This thesis focuses on developing a business plan to establish a subsidiary dealing with traffic engineering signs. The introductory part deals with the theoretical work, concepts and methods which will be directly applied in the following sections. Analytical part is focused on the individual analysis of the external and internal environment, a description of the parent company, especially after the financial costs incurred and contains a summary analysis describing the position in the marketplace. The final section contains a selection of the legal form of the founding companies, business and financial plan, risk management, schedule and evaluation of the business plan.

Diplomová práce se zaoberá analýzou současného stavu Agentury - Pro-staff s.r.o., která je využita na tvorbu návrhov pro rozvoj společnosti. V první části jsou definovány cíle a metodika práce, zatímco druhá část obsahuje teoretické podklady pro část třetí, která se věnuje analýzám. Pozornosť je venovaná macro a micro okolí. Poslední část obsahuje vlastní návrhy autora, ktoré sú vytvorené na základe výsledkov z analytickej časti. Návrhy se týkají řízení lidských zdrojů, ochrany jména a značky firmy, neustálého zlepšování, kvality ich sluzeb a sdílení informací a komunikaci v rámci společnosti.

Practical part benefits from strategic analysis and describes solution of given problem.

Basic terms, used methods and analyses of external and internal influences are described in the theoretical part. These methods are applied on the actual manufacturing concern in the analytical part. Suggested alternative solutions are described in the project part. The most suitable alternative is defined in the closure.

The aim of this thesis is to perform a strategic analysis of the company Škoda Transportation, a.s. Strategic analysis will be carried out for the period 2010 - 2014 and the obtained results will be compared with the competition and the industry. The thesis is divided into four parts: introduction, theoretical part, analytical part and summary. The reasons, why the topic has been chosen and basic information about the problem, are mentioned in the introduction. Theoretical part contains methods and techniques which are then used in the analytical part. The last part summarizes results obtained in the analytical part.
Marketing strategy for pollutant detector in the development

The main objective of this thesis is to develop marketing strategy for pollutant detector in the development. The first part of the thesis focuses on the environmental issues, pollutant measuring technologies and on bioluminescence bacteria which are used in the detector. The detector is designed for companies which get in touch with selected dangerous elements (mercury, cadmium, lead, BTEX and PCBs) within their business activities. That is why the next part is about B2B specifics as companies are targeted customers. Various marketing theories are applied to set marketing strategy. It starts with situation analysis which involves PEST analysis, Porter's five forces analysis and SWOT analysis. Based on analyzed information and responses given in online questionnaire the perspective markets are identified, positioning set up, and product, price, distribution and communication policy specified.
The strategy firm dealing in Dental hygiene products

The aim of this thesis was to prepare an analysis of the business environment and companie tranding in goods and products for dental hygiene. The operational objective was to assess the development of business opportunities in this field, focusing on short-term and long-term prosperity of the business and possibly adjust the current business strategy. In preparing the analyzes, it was found that the company hadn´t developed a strategy, but it only works with the visions, both in the market, property, economy and human resources. The proposed new strategy is a combination of market-oriented strategy and customer oriented strategy.
