Discharge as one of debt-eliminating modes of solving bankruptcy Abstract The aim of this thesis is to define the new law institute as regards insolvency law that is defined in the Act No. 182/2006 Coll., on Bankruptcy and its solution (Insolvency Law). The act came into force on 1.st January 2008. Discharge from debts is one of the remediation methods to resolve the debtor's bankruptcy. The idea is to allow the debtors to exempt from the payment of their debts and start new life free of debt. Discharge from debts is a tool for solving the so-called consumer bankruptcy people who are not entrepreneurs. The part of the thesis deals with the personal scope of discharge. Furthermore, it is up to the court to decide whether it discharges debtors from their debts. The basic premise is the honest intention of the debtor. Another assumption is the fact that the debtor will satisfy at least 30 percent of the claims of unsecured creditors. Discharge from the debts can be secured in two ways. The first way is to liquidate the debtor's estate and the second, is to fulfill monthly payments in five years, the second solution is often preferred by the unsecured...

This thesis investigates the possibility of using(playing) videogames as a decoy for getting involved in criminal activities, specifically MMORPG games, different ways of capturing and reproducing player´s chat communication. It also introduces a way to implement chat reconstruction module into Netfox.framework and other ways of communication visualisation.

The influence of surrealism on the Czech theatre in the twenties and thirties of the 20th century
Budařová, Jana ; Just, Vladimír (referee) ; Herman, Josef (advisor)
The study analyzes the influence of surrealism on the Czech theatre in the twenties and the thirties of the 20th century. Surrealism is a style in which fantastic visual imagery from the subconscious mind is used with no intention of making the artwork logically comprehensible. Founded by Andre Breton in 1924, it was a primarily European movement which attracted many members of the Dada movement. The Czech Surrealist circle was made up of many of the prominent artists, including Jindřich Štyrský, Jindřich Honzl, Vítězslav Nezval, Karel Teige, František Muzika, Toyen. The study tried to analyze the influence of surrealism on the dramatic art, the direction, plays and scenography and demonstrate how surrealism change the creation of Vítězslav Nezval, František Muzika, Emil František Burian, Jindřich Štyrský and Jindřich Honzl.

Play behaviour of Hanuman langur (Semnopithecus entellus)
Petrů, Milada ; Špinka, Marek (advisor) ; Sedláček, František (referee) ; Nekovářová, Tereza (referee)
2 Summary Play is very interesting part of behaviour. Despite of broad interest it still remains insufficiently well-researched. Researchers try to describe play behaviour and explain the ontogenesis and answer one of the most important questions about function of play behaviour. These are the main topics that I deal with in my Ph.D. thesis, specifically with detail analysis of play behaviour based on data obtained from own video-recording of play behaviour of free- ranging Hanuman langurs (Semnopithecus entellus) in Bhangarh locality in northwest India. Goal of the Ph.D. thesis is to analyze several aspects of play behaviour. First goal was characteristic of play behaviour and its categories and compiling of play ethogram. Self- handicapping is in the centre of interest of my study of play behaviour. This behaviour is typical and unique for play and has not been satisfactorily explained. In first paper included in my Ph.D. thesis I analysed patterns of ethogram of play behaviour of Hanuman langurs and other monkey species. Results showed that self-handicapping patterns and pattern dissimilar to "serious" behaviour can constitute a major part of play repertoire. Play behaviour is very variable and different parts may have different function. In second publication we analyzed in detail performance and...

Development of robotic soccer players by methods of evolutionary programming
Dener, Libor ; Petříčková, Zuzana (referee) ; Mráz, František (advisor)
In the present work we study and implmement means to evolve players of robotic soccer. We implement our own simplied model of soccer play and libraries for genetic algorithms and artical neural networks. We focus on players controlled by artical neural networks in the simplied model. We use incremental learning approach in which we rst train the players on simpler subtasks and then we use these players on more complex problems. The neural networks are evolved by genetic algorithms. We demonstrate dierent variants of genetic algorithms and we discuss achieved results.

Understanding the Word problems on Motion
Schöffelová, Miroslava ; Rendl, Miroslav (advisor)
The topic of the thesis was selected based on the long term interests shown by the author in course of her studies. The thesis is a follow up of previous research activities that focused on word problems and the use of experience gathered from them. The whole issue of word problems on motion was selected as the example of typical problems, which children have to face at school, and therefore, they acquire more or less a specific procedure of solving them (as established in prior research). They provide option to draw comparison of their type resemblance and comprehensive variants and of the pupils' capability to implement the acquired procedures when the problem is getting more difficult. This was one of the objectives of the thesis. Another objective was to monitor the specifics of this type of word problems and also the related specific solutions including specific errors the pupils make when solving these types of problems. Furthermore, the objectives include monitoring and analyzing the different pupils' procedures from the qualitative point of view and the efforts to describe their mental representations of the problems and train of thoughts when solving them. The work is divided in two basic parts. The first part is mostly theoretical, containing quotations and theoretical basics excerpted during the...

Sibling relationship in middle chilhood
Pacnerová, Helena ; Viktorová, Ida (advisor) ; Rendl, Miroslav (referee)
In my rigorous thesis 1 focus at describing sibling relationship in middle childhood. I have an aim of finding those specific themes that emerge in this relationship in middle childhood. I search for answers in literature as well as in qualitative research. The purpose of this research is to make an insight into the ways this relationship is experienced by eight to ten-year-old children. On the basis of outcomes of this research I then focus on a detailed analysis of two crucial themes, namely the playing activities and conflict situations of children. In the analysis of these themes a concrete way is reflected of experiencing the sibling relationship in childhood. I provide information on how children in middle childhood perceive and reflect their siblings, the sibling relationship, and themselves in this relationship. This thesis captures both common as well as different aspects of this relationship with children of the same and opposite sex; it examines this relationship through the eyes of children in two basic sibling positions, and it highlights a picture of this relationship typical for various sibling constellations. Thanks to findings of several authors who have dealt with sibling relationships, the outcomes of my research are explained in connection to dynamic aspects of this relationship such as...

Evaluation of Tertiary Education in EU Countries
Šindelářová, Tereza ; Kuncová, Martina (advisor) ; Fábry, Jan (referee)
Diplomová práce se zabývá srovnáním systémů terciárního vzdělávání v zemích Evropské unie s využitím metod vícekriteriálního hodnocení variant. Teorie vícekriteriálního rozhodování slouží k usnadnění a objektivizaci rozhodovacích procesů.
