Set of Problems connected with Household Indebtedness at Economic Crisis Time

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of indebtedness of households (individuals) in a time of economic crisis. The theoretical part devotes attention to emergence of the economic crisis. Furthermore, I focus on how this crisis spread in the Czech Republic and what measures our country has taken to overcome the crisis. I will compare the situation in Slovakia and also I will make the comparison with the states of the European Union. I pointed out the main motivations which are the most common reasons leads to debts and the structure of the debts. I realized which financial institutions operate on the Czech market, and I introduced here overview of debt. In the thesis is also mentioned, what the risks are in the event of default and the ways off the situation. The practical part analyzes the development of household indebtedness and to try to discover the causes of indebtedness, which caused the increasing of interest in family grants, loans and mortgages.

Russian and US influence over Israeli-Iranian rivalry in the Middle East: How to deal with nuclear Iran?

Main aim of this master's thesis is to answer the following research question: How to deal with nuclear Iran? Author explores this vast topic through lens of a neorealist paradigm in order to analyze the impact of Russia's and US influence over Israeli-Iranian rivalry in the Middle East. Discourse analysis has been chosen as a methodological blueprint to examine strategic dimension of Israeli-Iranian relations with a special emphasis on its nuclear dimension. In addition, a comparison of both possible military and peaceful solutions of Iranian nuclear program is stressed. Main empirical data used are infamous Israeli air-strikes on nuclear reactors of its neighbors; Osirak and Al-Kibar. Deterrence theory, especially its conventional realm, provides a basis for an assessment of strategic balance between State of Israel an Islamic Republic of Iran, in case Iran emerges as a nuclear power.

Dřeviny na ekologicky extrémních a nepříznivých stanovištích

This bachelor's thesis deals with the extreme and environmentally adverse conditions of woody plants in the city. Bachelor's thesis is concerned with the evaluation of literature of unfavorable factors affecting the city, as well as making provision for reducing of possible origin (occurrence) of stress environment. Based on the literature was created comparison table of suitability of taxons in extreme conditions of the city. Two stressors were selected, specifically road salt and air pollution (SO2). The evaluation of selected locations in Brno (avenue on the streets Vejrostova, Ečerova, Nádražní and on the street Píškova) emerged problems afflicting the city. Based on the found out problems were proposed measures to reduce them.

81 Summary Common property of the spouses The common property of the spouses is an essential institution marital property law since August the 1st 1998. Until then, there was no mutual co-spouses. The common property of spouses is the unity and indivisibility of the legal property of spouses, without their interests were expressed in common property. Common property may arise only between spouses, not between companions. Common property of spouses may arise in two wals, on the basis of law - by the emergence of a marriage, even invalid; or by contract form of a notarial deed, which is a joint property of spouses postponed to the date of dissolution of marriage, in addition to the usual things forming equipment household. After the conclusion of this contract, each spouse acquires property only for himself. If the spouses acquire property together then it becomes the subject of their co - mutual. The subject of common property of spouses acquired certain assets and commitments of the spouses or both together for the duration of the marriage. From the joint property of spouses under the act is excluded property acquired by inheritance or gift, the property acquired by one spouse for property belonging to his exclusive property and affairs, which serves the personal use of only one spouse and the case issued...

The Central Bank, its Legal Status and Scope of Activities Central banks are very powerful institution and central banking is a very complex discipline. Monetary policy, the most important activity of central banking, has become the key instrument of macroeconomic stabilisation. The aim of my paper has been to analyse all the areas of central banks' operations, aiming especially at monetary policy and its instruments, and also to tackle the recently emerged doubts about what the main objective of central banks should be. I also provide a review and an analysis of the current legal status of the Czech National Bank from the independence and accountability point of view. The first chapter of my work is dedicated to the history of central banking. Second chapter examines the individual functions that central banks carry out, with third chapter analysing the most important of them, the monetary policy. The last chapter is dedicated to the Czech National Bank (CNB) and is subdivided into four parts: the first one is outlining the history of CNB, the second one gives us the detailed overview of the individual functions of CNB, its main target and instruments CNB uses to reach the target. The third one is devoted to CNB relations with European Union and the fourth part focuses on the legal status of CNB...

Phenomen of bar as a part of lifestyle in 1918-1938

The thesis deals with the formativ of Czech bar scene and its social composition of the new entertainment phenomenon, American bar. The main job is to focus on the development of institutions bar during the First republic, the emergence of new republics created unprecedented possibilities for realization of post-war feelings, and so-called "Thirst", which rose to a new wave of hedonism associated with a gradually risik standard of living. Aim of this study was a comprehensive analysis of the phenomenon on the example of Prague bars, which includes work such as response to the public in the legislative and federál level. It futher outlines the cultural atmosphere of the bar, the bar forms of promotiion, the normal working, but also the position in the field of international cooperation or a reflection of the bar in the art.

The National Repository of Grey Literature Partner Network

The growing need for access to collections of grey literature in the field of science, research and education leading to a coordinated collection building and collection at all levels. National Technical Library (NTL) has provided the collection of grey literature at the national level through the project "The Digital Library for Grey Literature – Functional Model and Pilot Implementation” supported by the Ministry of Culture of the Czech Republic under research program projects.The project aims to build the National Repository of Grey Literature (NRGL). A network of grey literature producers has come into being along with the building of the NRGL digital repository. Emergence this network is conditioned by several reasons. NRGL focuses on technical grey literature, especially in science, research and education. The main partners and sources of gray literature in the field of science and research are the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic, public research institutions and grant agencies. In the area of education are especially high school, library and museums. Cooperation is also focused on public administration and can occur even in the commercial sector. The partner can not become any body, because NRGL to offer its users the technical documents gray literature with original and valuable content. An important factor contributing to the need for networking is the necessity of abiding by Czech law, primarily laws to do with copyright, the protection of privacy and general contractual rights. Paper presents NRGL building a partner network with specific examples from within the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic, research institutions, universities, libraries, etc., and draw attention to important legal issues from the grey literature. To promote cooperation is the project's website (http://nrgl.techlib.cz) and developed the methodology, procedures, and organized training.

Dance Creation in Zábřeh Region

Thesis "Dance in Zábřeh area" should draw the reader the development of dance in this field from past to present. It also provides information on founding local primary art school and its current operation. It also maps all off-time and educational institutions that are located in Zábřeh, and that the public can attend. Finally, it gives the opportunity to look behind the scenes of one of the dance teachers at the local music school, presents its dance creation, knowledge and experience. Thesis also gives food for thought about the nature and importance of teaching at the School of Music. In the first chapter we are introduced to the emergence of Zábřeh art school, the first subjects and pitfalls that the leadership of the school had to solve. This concerned especially adequate space and appropriate teaching assignment. Gradually, we come to the present time and that what is the school today. The work also draws the reader dance creation on Art School, a detailed description of each project that the school managed to realize. The overall vision is enhanced by colour photos. Further the thesis also gives detailed information on conditions in Zábřeh, the opportunities and cultural activities that the city offers to the public.

The core of this thesis is a Czech translation of the article World War II: Eighth Air Force's 324th Bomb Squadron Flew on the Pilsen Mission by Lowell L. Getz. An inseparable part is constituted by a commentary on the translation. The commentary has four parts, namely a translation analysis using the model of Christiane Nord and analyzing the intratextual and extratextual factors, further, the translation problems typology describing problems which emerged in the translation process, and their solutions. The third part consists in description of translation shifts. The last part deals with the chosen translation method.

Air Pollution and its health effects

This paper gives an up to date review of the health risks and complains of air pollution with focus on selected studies done in Norway and in Czech Republic on the topic. Air pollution consists of many different components including particulate matter, nitrogen dioxide and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAH). It is well known that with rapid industrialization, urbanization and migration, particularly in the developing world, there is a general deterioration of environmental conditions. In addition to inadequate housing, sanitation, poor water supply and malnutrition populations have been exposed to raising levels of air pollution. Despite the vast improvements in health globally over the past several decades, environmental factors remain a major cause of sickness and death in many regions of the world. The health effects caused by air pollutants may range from subtle biochemical and physiological changes to difficulty in breathing, wheezing, coughing and aggravation of existing respiratory and cardiac conditions. These effects can result in increased medication use, increased doctor or emergency room visits, more hospital admissions and premature death. The human health effects of poor air quality are far reaching, but principally affect the body's respiratory system and the cardiovascular system....
