Newly-built of a building

The diploma thesis processes the documentation of project which displays a building of school facility with an area for kindergarten and center of leisure time. Construction is situated in village Jesenice, part of Zdimerice, in district Prague – west. Resolving land is located within growing residential region. The new building is designed as a standalone with two aboveground floors, covered with flat vegetative rooftop with extensive greenery. The entrance into the object is mutual for both organizations. At the first aboveground floor is positioned the kindergarten with two sections each for twelve children. The second aboveground floor is designed with the purpose for center of leisure time activities for children and young adults. It includes art studio, ceramic workshop, ballet hall, musical or computer classrooms with the overall capacity of forty-three children. The space is lay out in accordance with conditions of barrier-free use.
Apartment building by Plac

The assignment of the bachelor's thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for a building permit. The apartment building is located on a slightly sloping terrain. The building consists of four floors and has a basement. The building is based on foundation strips made of plain concrete and the load-bearing masonry is made of ceramic blocks. The building is insulated with a contact insulation system. Horizontal ceiling structures are monolithic reinforced concrete slabs. The roof is designed partly as a single skin and partly as a counter roof. In the basement floor there are mainly storage rooms, utility room and lounge. On the first floor there are four apartments, one of which is designed as a barrier-free. In the remaining floors there are another 8 flats, which after the sum of those from the first floor form 12 flats. In front of the building there is a large parking lot with a large number of parking spaces.
Mixed-use building

Diploma thesis describes the design and processing of project documentation of the multifunctional building. The multifunctional building is located in the central part of the town Náměšť nad Oslavou. The building has 4 floors. It is partly cellared building with flat roof and walkable terraces. This building is consisted of 2 functional parts, the first part is designed for living and the second one is designed for contact with the customer. There are shops and offices. The first floor is wheelchair accessible. In the basement there is a technical background of the building and cellars for housing units. In this multifunctional building we can find 13 residential units and five offices. All of the floors are connected with staircase and lift. The Carpark and the private garden with playground are also part of this residential area. This building is based on concrete blocks. Load-bearing, peripheral walls and connecting walls are made of ceramic blocks. A monolitic ceiling construction is the combination of the iron and the concrete. Two types of insulation are used in peripheral walls. The first one is called ETICS, external thermal insulation composite system, made of polystyrene. The second type of insulation is facade cladding system where the main insulation layer is made of mineral wool. The insulation layer is replaced by XPS polystyrene where facade is in contact with the ground. Facade cladding panels are made of cement and wood fibers called Cembrit.
Health Center

This master´s thesis deals with a draft of a health centre building in Chlumec nad Cidlinou. The centre is situated on a corner building site with barrier-free access near the city centre. The building is designed with simple functional lines ground on foundation strips with flat green roof. The perimeter walls, internal load-bearing and shear walls are from vertically perforated T&G block bricks. Internal non-load-bearing prefab walls are coated with plasterboard. Ceiling constructions and an attic are made of monolithic reinforced concrete. The building envelope is insulated with mineral wool. Most of the perimeter walls are coated with breathable facade made of lacquered galvanized lamellas and minor part of walls is compositely insulated and plastered with a scratched facade plaster. The health centre building is notionally divided into two masses with a three-storey west part and two-storey east part of the building. Both parts are mutually connected by vertical communication space with elevator looped by counter clockwise three-flight staircase. Ambulant health care will be provided in total 9 consulting rooms, 3 ambulant care offices and private clinic with 3 consulting rooms. Independent business of the commercial area and café provide the additional function. The master´s thesis also includes assessments in terms of fire risk, energy saving and heat protection, acoustics and vibrations, lighting and sunlight.
Guesthouse and café

The scope of this diploma thesis is design and processing of the project documentation of the guesthouse along with coffee shop. The proposed object of this thesis is located in the village Čeladná next to the golf course Prosper Golf Resort Čeladná, in the location designated for mixed constructions. One of the double-storeyed, non-cellular object with roofed surface and steep roof. The object is based on the base stripes made of plain concrete and on the reinforced concrete flaps. Carrying, perihepral and dividing walls are designed on the Velox systém. The same systém was used to design roof constructions. In the rooms with excessive width are filled with reinforced concrete columns. Part of the guesthouse and second floor of the coffee shop is designed with ventilated facade with wood paneling ThermoWood. The object is divided in two parts with common entrance section. One part of the coffee shop has ability to handle capacity of 70 guests. Part of the double-storeyed coffee shop is hygienic facilities, kitchen, room for employees, warehouse and mechanical ventilation. Second part of the object is the guesthouse with flat of the manager of the guesthouse. The guesthouse consists of room with hygienic facilities for 18 people, including barrier-free room. The rooms are divided in the first floor on separate units, the rooms with hygienic facilities and the apartments in the second floor has two rooms, kitchen and hygienic facilities. For the next parts of the guesthouse is warehouse clean and dirty laundry and shared kitchen. The whole first floor is designed as barrier-free. In front of the object is the parking lot for 21 cars, which 3 of the parking places are for the cars of the disabled.
Home for the elderly

The subject of my diploma thesis is the design of a new home for the elderly and the elaboration of the implementation project documentation. The intention is to build a house for the permanent housing of older persons, with the possibility of using care services. The building consists of 16 residential dwellings and 6 housing units with nursing services. Maximum occupancy is 32 guests. The home for the elderly also offers facilities for boarding, medical service, hairdressing and rehabilitation. The object is designed for barrier-free use. The object is set in a flat terrain on the selected land. The building has 4 above-ground floors and one underground. The building is designed as a brick made of lime sand blocks. The vertical perimeter structures are provided with a contact insulation system. The horizontal bearing structures are designed as monolithic reinforced concrete slabs. The roof structure of the building consists of a mansard roof structure. The drawing documentation was processed in a computer program AutoCAD.
Barrier-free accesses to buildings of the local departments of the Police of the Czech Republic in Prague

Aims: The aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyze barrier-free accesses to selected buildings of the local departments of the Police of the Czech Republic on the territory of the capital city of Prague. Methods: The main method of the research was the analysis of the selected buildings, where an anonymous personal interview consisting of 7 questions was performed on total of 54 police officers, 30 men and 24 women serving at the Local Police Department of the Czech Republic, at the age of 30 years old and more, and with at least 5 years of experience. Results: Barrier-free accessibility of buildings is not dependent on the occupancy of local departments, nor their location. Most of the inappropriately modified barrier-free buildings are only partially accessible, therefore help is necessary and there is no option to use the toilet cabins. Part of the investigated buildings underwent reconstruction, where only a barrier-free entry was established in the form of a sloping platform or ramps through elevated curbs or pavements. In addition, research has shown that serving policemen focused on helping disabled people, get to know each other due to charitable events organized by various organizations in their free time. Guest House "Na Pasekach"

This bachelor´s thesis deals with the project of a guest house, which is located in the area of Žďárské Vrchy. The concerned building stays on its own in a gently sloped down terrain. The whole building is constructed in a barrier-free way and is primarily intended to be used for recreation as well as housing capacity including eating facilities. The aforementioned premises are build on a rectangular groundplan with architectonic features of a log farmer´s house with agricultural buildings inside of the inbuild yard. There is a restaurant in the ground floor, furthermore room for social activities, terace, hall, reception, kachen, store house, bathroom and premises for employees. Attic apartments are constructed in the way that allows different sizes of the rooms. This range varies from two bed up to four bed rooms with a maximum capacity of 18 people including private bathrooms; and also small flat for the keeper of the premises. The building is designed with a wall-bearing system based on fundamental isolating special shaped bricks wasted in boarding of a plinth of fundamentals TERMO, formed from a concrete of a type C16/20. The vertical bearing-constructions are bricked from Porotherm 44 PROFI, Porotherm 36,5 PROFI on a mortar and light construction of a type of wooden house. The ceiling construction is made of prestressed concrete floor slab Spiroll Goldbeck. Half-Hipped Roof is made of wooden roof truss and is covered with special roofing material EUREKO DDS II in the shade of black. Facade is partly made of wooden facing, and partly plastered with facade plastering BAUMIT. Windows and entrance doors are wooden. For parking there are 18 spots available, out of which 2 are reserved for people with disabilities.
Detached house with design office

The subject of this bachelor’s thesis is the design of a two-storey non-cellar family home with design offices. The object is placed in a quiet location on the outskirts of the town of Polička, k. u. Polička. The House is suitable for permanent living capacity of 5 persons. In the design office can work for up to 3 employees. Entrance to the building is designed as a barrier. The structural system is the brick, ceramic blocks Porotherm. Cladding is leaving the contact insulation system made of EPS. Ceiling construction and internal dividing walls are designed from a system Porotherm. The object consists of roofing flat roof. The facade is in white colour, supplemented by ochre tones. Fill the holes with the plastic, are designed as heat insulating triple glazing, color light beech. The House is equipped with a garage for two cars, for the needs of the design office staff serves a small parking area on a plot near the object.
Analysis of Barrier-Free tourism in chosen destination

Bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of the barrier - free tourism in Olomouc region.The work is devided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part analyses the problem of tourism, social tourism and barrier - free tourism and its individual technical components on the basic literature. In practical part there is first introduction with the statistics of numbers of physically and mentally handycapped people in Czech republic, Olomouc region and its individual districts. The main part is analysis of services like food service, accomodation and transport and analysis of historic sihgts and cultural events which are accesiable for handicapped people. The target of work is find out the way to inform handycapped people about possibilities in travelling in Olomouc region.
