Předmětem této bakalářské práce je návrh dvoupodlažního nepodsklepeného rodinného domu s projekční kanceláří. Objekt je umístěn do klidné lokality na okraji města Polička, k. ú. Polička. Dům je svojí kapacitou vhodný pro trvalé bydlení 5 osob. V projekční kanceláři mohou pracovat až 3 zaměstnanci. Vstup do objektu je řešen jako bezbariérový. Konstrukční systém je zděný, z keramických tvárnic Porotherm. Obvodový plášť je zateplen kontaktním zateplovacím systémem z EPS. Stropní konstrukce a vnitřní dělící příčky, jsou navrženy také ze systému Porotherm. Zastřešení objektu tvoří jednoplášťová plochá střecha. Fasáda je bílé barvy, doplněna o okrové odstíny. Výplně otvorů jsou řešeny jako plastové s tepelně izolačním trojsklem, barva světlý buk. Dům je vybaven garáží pro dva osobní automobily, pro potřeby zaměstnanců projekční kanceláře slouží malé parkoviště na pozemku poblíž objektu. The subject of this bachelor’s thesis is the design of a two-storey non-cellar family home with design offices. The object is placed in a quiet location on the outskirts of the town of Polička, k. u. Polička. The House is suitable for permanent living capacity of 5 persons. In the design office can work for up to 3 employees. Entrance to the building is designed as a barrier. The structural system is the brick, ceramic blocks Porotherm. Cladding is leaving the contact insulation system made of EPS. Ceiling construction and internal dividing walls are designed from a system Porotherm. The object consists of roofing flat roof. The facade is in white colour, supplemented by ochre tones. Fill the holes with the plastic, are designed as heat insulating triple glazing, color light beech. The House is equipped with a garage for two cars, for the needs of the design office staff serves a small parking area on a plot near the object.
