Changes of contemporary Czech society in the terms of flexibility

Zhruba od 60. let 20. století teoretikové společnosti upozorňují na změnu v charakteru moderní společnosti a snaží se její dynamiku uchopit do různých charakteristik. Naše společnost, označována ať už jako postmoderní, postmateriální, postindustriální či bez předpony post společnost vědění a informační 1 , vykazuje především dynamické, proměnlivé a vývojové tendence. Jednotlivé tradiční vzorce a společenské formy (nejpatrnější je změna zřejmě u rodiny) jsou podrobovány novým ) , · ~ f trendům a proměňují se, anebo se rozptylují i úplně. A tak i sociologie, jakožto věda, jejíž ambicí je zkoumat společnost, se snaží tyto změny reflektovat i přes jejich kolísavost a komplikovanou provázanost. Dynamika vývoje soudobé společnosti a rychlý proces změny jejích tradičních vzorců je dnes stěžejním procesem, jehož šance i rizika sociologové analyzují. Na tento trend dynamického rozvoje společnosti reagují i lidé, a právě tomuto momentu se chci v této diplomové práci věnovat. Pokusím se reflektovat možnosti a výzvy jednoho dnes hojně zmiňovaného fenoménu, a to flexibility, pod kterou se budu snažit najít řešení pro snadnější adaptaci na procesy rychlé změny jak na makro úrovni, tak i na úrovni jednotlivců. 65 Veřejná obchodní soutěž Public tender Summary The purpose of my thesis is to analyse public tender, which represents the best way how the potential contractor could conclude to an optimal agreement. The reason why I choose this particular topic is my aim to increase the knowledge about public tender because its usage in business transaction is very rare. My thesis focuses on its law adjustment in Commercial Code. However, the Code devotes its law adjustment relatively few provisions (Sections 281 - 288), public tender is the complicated institute of the law and therefore it is necessary to analyse it closer. The thesis does not set up the goal to find new ideas, but rather critically reviewed the regulation and the legal position of public tender in the Czech law order. The thesis is composed of three chapters; each of them deals with different aspects of public tender. Chapter one deals with trade agreements, because public tender is the specific form of agreement formation. This chapter mentions the distinction between the adjustment in Commercial and Civil Code. Chapter Two examines public tender. It focuses on each relevant part, in which public tender appears. It contains individual statutory provisions about public tender. Lesser nobility in the region of Kostelec nad Černými lesy in the era of early modern period

This study should help to recognize the social and economic conditions of life of the lesser nobility in Bohemian Kingdom in the era 1500-1728(1739) shown on the example of lesser nobility in historical region of Kostelec nad Černými lesy near Prague. The common developmental trends, problems and first of all reasons of the dying out of this social group were observed there. Those conclusions were compared with analogical researches from other Bohemian regions. Herewith in present Czech historiography there are very few studies about the pauperisation of bohemian nobility in the late 17th and first of all in 18th century. Finally this study surveys local history of the named region and the micro-historical relationships of the environment of typical aristocratic dominion and its officers. Our observed lesser nobility could be divided into two quality levels - the clerical nobility and the landed nobility.

Internet Freedom as a Tool of U.S. Foreign Policy in Relation to the Arab Spring

Abstract1 Internet Freedom as a Tool of U. S. Foreign Policy in Relation to the Arab Spring analyzes political speeches of Hillary Clinton concerning "Internet Freedom" policy. I try to find out if there is some evidence supporting criticism about this issue using Critical Diskourse Analysis. As a result of this I have discovered that Clinton's approach is very weak primarily in transparency and regulation issues. I claim that the purpose of "Internet Freedom" is not to break the balance of power in the Middle East and cannot be seen as an extension of the traditional human rights. Liberalizace trhu práce (Liberální přístup k trhu práce) a její dopad na nezaměstnanost

Bakalářská práce se bude zabývat liberálním přístupem k trhům práce a tímto pohledem bude nahlížet na vybrané problémy, které trhy práce od nepaměti mají a které mají velký dopad na nezaměstnanost. V práci bude kapitola zabývající se odbory a jejich dopadem jak na trhy práce tak i na celou ekonomiku, dále zde bude pasáž o minimální mzdě, která je často odbory prosazována a jejíž dopad na ekonomiku a nezaměstnanost je velmi významný. V další části práce bude rozebrán problém diskriminace na trzích práce a Beckerův liberální přístup k tomuto problému, jež do tohoto, v médiích často probíranému tématu, vnesl mnoho nového a pro obhájce liberalismu velmi významného. Dále bude v práci diskutován problém započetí a ukončení pracovního poměru, který je pro zdravé fungování trhů práce v podstatě klíčový a na kterém staví většina ekonomických pohledů na trhy práce. Na všechna diskutovaná témata se budu snažit aplikovat reálné příklady, ať už z českého či zahraničního prostředí, pokud budou dostupné statistiky tak se budu snažit podložit daná tvrzení i reálnými čísly a případně navrhnout řešení v daném právním systému.

Behaviour disorders and possibilities how to influence them in educational institutions

Moje diplomová práce na téma Poruchy chování a možnosti jejich ovlivňování ve výchovných institucích se zabývá problematikou poruch chování dětí a mladistvých, možnými příčinami jejich vzniku a možnostmi jejich nápravy v institucích. Práce má pět částí. V části první jsou porovnány definice poruch chování různých společenských oborů, které se poruchami chování zabývají. V této části se také zabývám etiologií poruch chování a její důležitostí v další nápravě poruch chování. Také se zabývám pro mne velmi důležitou otázkou souvislosti vývojových stádií, kterými dítě a dospívající procházejí a vznikem poruch chování. Některé projevy problémového chování jsou obvyklé pro jednotlivé vývojové fáze a jednotlivé fáze také bývají senzitivní na různé nedostatky v uspokojování důležitých vývojových potřeb. Ve druhé části jsou poruchy chování setříděny podle několika různých hledisek a také jsou v ní popsány konkrétní projevy poruchového chování. U konkrétních projevů poruchového chování se zabývám otázkou závažnosti chování z pohledu motivace k tomuto chování. Ve třetí části rozebírám charakteristické rysy osobnosti s poruchou chování a jejím sebepojetím. Ve čtvrté části popisuji základní možné teoretické přístupy k nápravě poruch chování z pohledu toho do jaké části dynamiky osobnosti náprava převážně zasahuje. Také...

Detection of fetal abnormalities in the I. trimester of pregnancy

The presented thesis "Detection of fetal abnormalities in the 1st trimester of pregnancy" includes a list of methods used for the detection of fetal abnormalities in the first trimester. At the beginning it briefly summarizes the abnormalities, which can be detected. The second chapter is devoted to various detection methods, in particular, ultrasound examination, invasive methods and biochemical screening. It deals with the various indicators which are assessed during ultrasound examination and the biochemical markers, which can be detected. It describes the combination of detection methods used in practice. The final chapter presents the typical factors that are evaluated when calculating the risk of fetal abnormalities, and the methods used for this calculation.

Professional ethics of judges in the Czech Republic

The purpose of this Master degree thesis is to introduce reader the professional ethics issues of judges in the Czech Republic. The thesis is composed of four chapters. The inner system of thesis was designed in a way that guarantees that level of abstraction falls as the thesis progress continues. In chapter one, there are explained the most abstract terms connected with professional ethics in general as a morality, ethics and law. There is also recognizable attempt to find relationship between mentioned terms. Second chapter, as a whole, is devoted to idea of profession and professional ethics. Text is focused on possible modification of relationship between ethics and professional ethics and it also refers about differences between profession and occupation. Last but not least there are as examples of professional ethics mentioned two "non-judges" professional ethics. In chapter three is described a fact the most regulation of judges conduct in Czech Republic is set down in positive law mainly. In addition of that, in chapter three there is mentioned attempt of judges self regulation in issues of professional ethics, which was realized by independent Czech judge's organization Judges Union of Czech Republic. Paper is oriented on the problem parts of physic and astronomy .\nLast year I tried a few considerations about the physical astronomical problems (the FAU I.) in which I did not have a clear or vice versa, I think that they clearly have .. in anything but I'm not too sure, especially with some of the problems was clear to me that some of my comments may be next as they say .. and it was one of the motivations that led me to this sequel .. something i will continue here, something correct and perhaps in between appear as something new and interesting. Inbound marketing of Nestlé in the area of infant formula

This master's thesis deals with inbound marketing of Nestlé in the area of infant formula. Its aim is to determine whether inbound marketing is a suitable tool for infant formula promotion which is strongly regulated. The thesis is based on a comprehensive analysis of the area of infant formula and analysis of inbound marketing strategy of one of the most dominant companies on the market, Nestlé. In the beginning, attention is focused on important milestones of the development of infant formula and on a case which caused an important change in the promotion of infant formula, Nestlé boycott. The following section deals with the supervision and marketing regulation both in international and the European law. The final chapter of the first part emphasizes on philosophy of inbound marketing. The second part is introduced by outlining the current situation both on global and the Czech market of infant formula. Then, attention is focused on Nestlé. Its introduction is followed by analysis of company's inbound marketing strategy which is then evaluated. For this purpose, analysis of the effectiveness of marketing tools is made with regard to strategic goals of the company.
