This project designs a new building of a family house with a psychiatrist‘s office. The building is single-storey with a residential loft, without a basement. Part of the ground floor is the psychiatrist’s office, the rest of the house has residential function. The house has also a garage. It is a brick building (Ytong system) with a gable roof; the garage has a flat roof. This project designs also parking slots and pavements.

The thesis deals with a project documentation of detached house for a family of four to five family members in Letovice village in Southern Moravia. The building is brick with two floors, without basement, with inclined roof and garage. The house is situated in mild slope on an estate without earlier housing development. The first floor functions as social background with kitchen and technical room. In the second floor there are childern´s rooms, playroom and sleeping room.

The proposed building is situated on the plot number 930/482 and 930/483 in the village Dětkovice. I tis a detached house which stands separately on a gently sloping terrain. It is a three-storey house with partial basement. It is formed from two units – a living wing with a shop and a garage with a test room. It is made of brick blocks with flat roof. The upper level attic gable is at the height of 9,980 meters. The seminar paper – composition single flat roof – is a part of the Bachelor’s Thesis.
