This dissertation is primarily devoted to historical development of chemistry textbooks and evaluation of selected textbooks. At the beginning of this work is a brief outline of the field of chemistry, especially since the content of chemistry is relevant to the content of the curriculum in chemistry textbooks. My dissertation work briefly deals with one of the first books of chemistry ever and then describes the development of chemistry textbooks in our country in detail. Then the criteria for evaluating textbooks are outlined, and eventually the evaluation of selected textbooks is made. The intetion is to make certain retrospective kind of writing history textbooks, which can be an inspiration to the authors of textbooks of chemistry. Presented perspectives, evaluation of textbooks and summary closure of analyzed textbooks can also help teachers to choose textbooks from a wide range of offers on the market.

Mužíková, Marie ; Kubálková, Markéta (advisor) ; Topolová, Ivana (referee)
The aim of my work is to present an overview of services traded on the internet in transport in the Czech Republic and their subsequent comparison with other countries. I have focused primarily on the development of electronic commerce in passenger transport, where the main providers of these services in the Czech Republic are the Czech Railways, Student Agency and the City of Prague with its project Opencard. In my work I present detailed information on offered services, their development from the beginning until now, focus on procedures of purchase and payment. In the thesis, I summarize the pros and cons of selected services, evaluate the sale of services online, compared with their - for a long time only - paper versions. Based on the findings emerged, I tried to assess the quality of online services in transport, where I chose as main criteria their simplicity and clarity, which are important pillars of successful development in e-commerce.

Structure-Antifungal Activity Relationships in Substituted Butenolides
Šenel, Petr ; Pour, Milan (advisor) ; Hampl, František (referee) ; Doležal, Martin (referee)
Within the framework of this Thesis, several series of 3-(4-bromophenyl)-2,5- -dihydrofuran-2-ones with various substituents at C(5) derived from in vitro antifungally active 3-(4-bromophenyl)-5-acetyloxymethyl-2,5-dihydrofuran-2-one were prepared with the aim of further development of potential antifungals based on this lead. Primarily, we focused on the synthesis of furanones bearing alkylidene or alkoxymethyl/aryloxymethyl moiety in position 5. We found that 5-acyloxymethyl and 5-aryloxymethyl furanone derivatives undergo elimination leading to 3-(4-bromophenyl)-5-methylene-2,5-dihydrofuran-2-one under the antifungal screening conditions. This compound initiates fungal cell membrane disruption and is responsible for the antifungal activity of the former. The 5-alkoxymethyl analogues are unable to undergo the elimination process and are therefore inactive. The antifungal activity of 5- alkylidene furanones depends on the substitution of alkylidene side chain. Some of the target compounds displayed interesting cytostatic activities against HeLa S3 and CCRF-CEM cells (IC50 < 5 µmol.L-1 ). Furthermore, syntheses of 4-substituted or 4,5-disubstituted-3-(4-bromophenyl)-2,5- -dihydrofuran-2-ones were carried out. Some of the prepared derivatives possessed notable antifungal or antimicrobial activity.

Methods to Assess IS/ICT Outsourcing Models
Klimeš, Martin ; Voříšek, Jiří (advisor) ; Hönig, Jaroslav (referee)
The thesis "Methods to Assess IS/ICT Outsourcing Models" focuses mainly on an assessment and selection process of suitable IS/ICT outsourcing models. First, IS/ICT outsourcing concept is explained and its advantages as well as disadvantages are described. Second, IS/ICT outsourcing models (primarily classified by outsourcing subject) and their characteristics are described. Third, existing methods to assess and subsequently select suitable IS/ICT outsourcing models are analysed. Main goal of the thesis is to confront the existing methods with a process used in real-life IS/ICT outsourcing project and then to give recommendations for methods improvement. To achieve that goal the existing methods are compared with a process used in the real-life outsourcing project. Based on positively perceived parts of the existing methods as well as on flaws identified, an own method to assess and select IS/ICT outsourcing models is designed. The following methods are used when writing the thesis: logical/historical method, description, analysis and synthesis. Main contribution of the thesis to the topic is a design of the own method aiming at improvements to the existing methods so that it is as usable as possible in practice. This is achieved through a design of tools supporting crucial steps of the designed method. The fact that the author is member of a project team working on the real-life IS/ICT outsourcing project facilitates a contribution achievement too.

FRÖSTLOVÁ, Daniela
The main theme of my work is finding the locomotive load in selected professions and build a compensation program for professionals with a sedentary job. When selecting this topic for me was the decisive topicality of the selected topic, I see especially in the ever-growing problems with musculoskeletal system of persons employed in sedentary occupations, which are one of the consequences of their employment. The first theoretical part of the thesis includes a detailed analysis of the issues examined based on theories that describe the anatomy and physiology of the musculoskeletal system. I characterize also the sedentary lifestyle and sedentary employment in general and describe workplace ergonomics professionals selected for the needs of my thesis. In theory there need explaining motion compensation modes based on medical aspects of the workforce in selected professions sedentary jobs. The practical part of the thesis was to determine the quantitative research on a sample of probands peace musculoskeletal load in connection with the exercise of their profession. Results of the research were my starting point to build a compensation programs that would positively affect the quality of life of current probands. To meet the targets I have been primarily assisting methods of quantitative research using questionnaires. The reason for choosing this method is smooth and straightforward data collection enabling the rapid analysis and processing. The research group of people that was chosen includes professions that are characterized by their sedentary job: professional driver, an office worker and painter Christmas decorations. I observed the objectivity of the research questions musculoskeletal load in selected professions, I firmly establish the criteria on the basis of purposive sampling was assembled group of three professionals with a sedentary job. During the research, I pay attention to individual cases, carried out their detailed descriptions and subsequently proposed compensatory exercises by the parties for some time applied. After this time was collected by new data and a qualitative comparison with the data starting. I am convinced that the results of my research work can help all persons working in occupations with a sedentary job, provided the inclusion of adequate compensatory exercises in his career, but also leisure life.
