Zhodnocení perspektivních genotypů asijských zelenin pro podmínky ČR
Nguyen, Huu Viet
The aim of bachelor thesis was to evaluate prospective development and production of selected genotypes of Asian vegetables. 20 species of plants were evaluated. Botanical and morphological characteristics were described. Agrotechnical demands, the overview of use and the possibility of analysis of contained substances was determined. 5 of these 20 plant species were used for a wider processing. Experiment with 5 species of Asian vegetables was carried out. Three of these species were examined in 2 varietes. Ipomoea aquatica, Persicaria odorata, Perilla frutescens, Perilla frutescens var. crispa , Raphanus sativus var. 'Red Meat', Raphanus sativus var.' Qingluobo ' Brassica rapa subsp . pekinensis varieties ' Beijing Orange Heart'a ' Jing Cui No. 70 ' were grown. Development of culture and yield were evaluated and laboratory analysis was carried out. In order estimate nutritous value such as content of vitamin C, antioxidant capacity , carotenoids etc. Harvested plant material was processed into the food product intended for tasting. Tasting was attended by approximately 40 respondents who used sensory perceptions and questionnaires evaluated individual food products . The obtained data were statistically analyzed. In conclusion species were recommended that are suitable for cultivation and use in the temperate zone with focus on production in the Czech republic.

Theoretical use of nanotechnology for filtration in HVAC systems
Bosák, Jan ; Ell, Jiří (referee) ; Rubina, Aleš (advisor)
Thesis solves problems using the nanotechnology for air filtration in HVAC systems. Main specialization work is air filtration for clean spaces with high classes of purity. For example Hospitals, sophisticated technology service, pharmacy etc. Thesis is devide for three parts. First part contains foundation infromations about theory and making fabrics by nanotechnology. Next I described laws of physics, That were using during the solving filtration´s issues. Goal for second part was making the experiments, which should show abilities and properties nanofilters during the air filtration in real environment HVAC systems. In the end measure part is compare nanofilters with common filters. There is describe nanofiltres behavior and their possibilies during the filtration as well as. In last part I expressed own opinions on air filtration by nanofibers. Opinions were making throught informations, That I found out in the process working on thesis and my experiences in HVAC field. By this facts I did compare for get a better idea. Additionally last part contains summary infomations from previously parts and own vision to development in the future. Goal work isn´t promotion and advertising sorts technologies. Ask is just summary and describe discovered knowledges, considered opinions ensue from measuring, information from the Net and people Who work in nanotechnology field.

Musk compounds in water ecosystem
Guryčová, Hana ; Čáslavský, Josef (referee) ; Vávrová, Milada (advisor)
Synthetic fragrances or MUSK compounds are artificialy synthetised organic substances, used as fragrant constituents in various homecare products, such as cosmetics, detergents, air fresheners etc. The aim of diploma thesis was the quantification of some selected MUSK compounds in the influent and efluent of the water treatment plants. The method of quantification of MUSK compounds in organic matrix was also optimised during the research. Two modifications of solid phase microextraction were tested and evaluated. The analytes were identified and quantified by gas chromatography - mass spectrometry (GC/MS). The results were used to evaluate the amount of MUSK compounds in sewage waters and the ability of various water treatment plants to eliminate this kind of pollution from the water during the treatment process.

Comparisons of business conditions in the Czech Republic and Russia.
Kasyanov, Alexey ; Svobodová, Ivana (advisor) ; Tyll, Ladislav (referee)
This thesis is dedicated to a very interesting topic, which was dedicated to comparisons of business conditions in the Czech Republic and Russia. This theme is very interesting, because Czech companies are beginning to turn their attention to the markets of Eastern Europe. The Russian market is very promising: a relatively large population, rising living standards, the impact on other countries of the region, etc. Doing business in Russia and in the Czech Republic is significantly different - both in legal as well as in financial and advertising sectors. Comparison of business conditions was carried out in several ways. The first way was to undertake a basic analysis of the legal standards associated with the business. The main goal of this work is the detailed analysis and comparison of the business environment in Russia and in the Czech Republic. The central hypothesis is -- doing Business in the Russian Federation is far more complex in terms of administrative complexity, but offers far more options than in the Czech Republic. The author in his thesis worked with Russian, Czech and with resources.

Primary Prerequisites of Secure Escape of People from an Object
ŠAGÁTOVÁ, Petra
My work is aimed at basic conditions for safe evacuation of people from a building. I tried to document this problematic issue from the view of a possibility when an effective evacuation is being carried out of people from a danger zone. This evacuation is resulting from an emergency accident. Such emergency accidents (fire, an explosion, etc.) threaten inhabitants{\crq} health, life and property. Therefore, in my thesis, I took into account the technical security of the evacuation of people from a building. I also took into account safety signs, legislative support, the ways of designs and their technical capabilities.

The aim of the Bachelor's Thesis Employee Care is to introduce the issue of providing employee benefits (regarding both employee and employer) and to analyse their offer in the Czech Republic. To achieve this, a questionnaire was created. Its task was to determine which employee benefits are offered to employees, which of them are really used, which employee benefits employees would like to have, whether they have enough information about the benefits system in their company, or what kind of system they prefer. Moreover, the questionnaire contains additional information about the company (size, specialization, etc.) and about the employee (age, gender etc.), which was used for deeper analysis. The results of the analysis can be found in the practical part of the thesis and then they are summarized at the end of the Bachelor's Thesis.

In addition, electronic communication services are used by European consumers every day widespread through society. I have tried to follow the development of EU legislation in electronic communication sector focusing on consumer protection. This topic is very closely connected with price regulation and the whole situation on the electronic communication market. My goal is to define main problems of legislation by using case law and my knowledge from practice. In the first chapter of my thesis, I focus on general consumer protection in EU, which is applicable to all contracts concluded by consumers (unfair terms, contracts negotiated away from business premises etc.). I am pointing out issues I encountered in practice. I also compare implementation of EU legislation by EU member states. Analysis of corruption in health
Dupalová, Veronika ; Běláčková, Vendula (advisor) ; Durdisová, Jaroslava (referee)
This BA thesis deals with influence of corruption on number of competitors in relation to detection of final price of public order in medical service. The academic part defines concept of the word "corruption", its legal framework, kinds of corruption, possibilities of corruption measurement, control system of public competition etc. The second part of the thesis is an analysis of public order efficiency with the aid of regressive model. For the intention of the BA thesis, 223 public orders executed in the Czech republic during 2006-2009 period were choosen in random way with use of variable quantities - entering price, final price, number of offerors etc. The thesis attemps to confirm presumption of relation between explicite competition ( number of submited offers) and final price. The anticipated outcome lies in the fact that the number of submitted offers fundamentally influences the final price of the public order in the Czech republic. Presumably it's the consequence of uneconomical and non-transparent legal regulation of public medical service which supports mismanagement dealing.
