Bakalářská práce Asociace soukromého zemědělství a vliv její činnosti v regionech ČR se zabývá touto profesní organizací, jejím vlivem na dění v agrárním sektoru a také možnými pozitivy členství. V teoretické části práce je nastíněna problematika agrárního sektoru a významných složek tohoto odvětví. Dále se zabývá modelem rodinného hospodaření na půdě a základními informacemi o Asociaci soukromého zemědělství ČR a organizacích, které pod svou záštitou sdružuje. Praktická část práce spočívá hlavně v dotazníkovém šetření mezi členy ASZ ČR, jehož úkolem bylo prověřit spokojenost členů s touto organizací a získat návrhy na vylepšení stávající externí i interní činnosti. V rámci dotazníku byly získány také informace o členech: výrobní zaměření, obhospodařovaná výměra, plány na generační předání farmy apod. Dále byly provedeny řízené rozhovory se členy hlavní kanceláře, jejichž cílem bylo prověřit činnost organizace i z pohledu jejího vedení. Závěr práce se věnuje návrhům členů organizace, které budou následně předestřeny vedení organizace ke zvážení. Na základě získaných informací je činnost ASZ ČR hodnocena velmi pozitivně. The bachelor's thesis Association of the Private Farming and influence of its activities in regions of Czech Republic deals with the professional organisation, its influence on agrarian sector and possible assets of membership. In the theoretical part of the work are outlined the issues of the agrarian sector and its relevant parts. Other topics of this part are focused on the model of family farming and basic information about Association of the Private Farming and other united organizations. The practical part of the work is mostly based on a questionnaire survey among the members of ASZ ČR, its function was to check out the membership satisfaction and to gather suggestions for improvement of both external and internal activities of the organisation. Some questions of the questionnaire were focused on information about the members themselves: orientation of production, farmed area, plans for generational handover etc. Dialogues were held with the members of the main office, the goal of the dialogues was to check out the activities of the organisation from leadership's point of view. The ending of the work deals with the gathered suggestions made by the members of the organisation, the conclusions will be presented to the main office's members for consideration. The activities of ASZ ČR are evaluated very positively based on gathered information.
