Communication Strategy Draft for ACP Traductera, s.r.o. for Human Resources Gaining in the Frame of Higher Schools

The work is to design appropriate procedures for establishing partner relations with the ACP Traductera Company, Ltd. with selected universities and to raise awareness among the number of students. The selected universities are Faculty of management VŠE in Prague, Teacher's college JČU in Ceske Budejovice, Polytechnic University in Jihlava and Západomoravská University in Trebic. In this work overlap sciences such as strategic marketing, marketing communication, management and human resources management. Marketing communication tools are used for research in selected universities. To catch out views of students on issues of cooperation and awareness of the company questionares were used. In the form of an interview negotiation with University representative was held. In the end there is an evaluation of all selected universities on the issue of cooperation and evaluation of their students in terms of language proficiency. There is a recommendation for the establishment of partnerships with universities that are best suited to the requirements and there is stated in what form this cooperation should take place.

Domestic violence - namely criminal and criminalogical aspects

The aim of my thesis is to describe the issue of domestic violence from its criminal, legal and criminological perspective as suggested by the title. The thesis consists of three chapters (introduction, main body and conclusion). The second chapter is subdivided into four chapters dealing with general theoretical knowledge of domestic violence, stalking, opportunities of criminal law and its application in situations of domestic violence, and finally protection against domestic violence provided by other legal branches (offense law, police law and in particular law on Protection against Domestic Violence - Law No 135/2006 Coll.). Domestic violence is a highly dangerous social phenomenon, gaining attention of society and in particular of the Law only in the last few years, although it has always interfered with fundamental human rights. Generally accepted definition of domestic violence does not exist. The definition which in my opinion best captures specific features of domestic violence says that "domestic violence is a repeated, long-term, escalating violent behavior (of physical, psychological, sexual, social or economic nature) from a close person which raises fear in the person at risk and leads to a stable division of roles of a person violent and vulnerable." PHP refactoring

This thesis deals with a methodology for PHP web applications refactoring. The main objective is to propose such a methodology, and to apply it on a real project. The first chapter contains objectives, restrictions and contributions of the thesis. The research of the existing literature on similar topics follows in the second chapter. The third chapter comments on selected software development methodologies' approach to refactoring. The fourth chapter describes known code smells, and adds some new ones appearing particularly in PHP. Specifics of PHP refactoring are also described. The fifth chapter deals with the methodology proposal itself. It sums up requirements, deployment assumptions, the methodology principles and general characteristics. The next part contains the recommended procedure of PHP web applications refactoring with its parts commented farther on. These parts are mainly code smells identification techniques, prioritization and finally best practices. The chapter ends with this methodology deployment recommendations. The sixth chapter shows a practical usage of the proposed methodology when refactoring a real web application. The performed steps are explained in terms of the methodology. The chapter closes with observations gained during this refactoring.

Obesity and schizophrenia: Motivation for Wellness program participation

The Wellness Programme is the first psycho-educational programme for the people suffering from psychotic illnesses in the CR. Its main task is to educate these people about the healthy lifestyle, especially the healthy diet and the importance of physical exercise, and the obesity prevention. It is a group programme led by trained instructors, mostly by nurses. The recent surveys have brought positive results: the programme leads to weight loss in patients, reduces social isolation and is very popular among the patients. In the terrain questionnaire survey we have 1) mapped the physical health among the people with schizophrenia, and 2) explored their satisfaction with the programme. We studied the Wellness Programme in the CR spring 2008 participants. The file consisted of 27 questioned, 11 men and 16 women. The average age was 37 years, average BMI was 30, 9. The patients suffered from physical diseases, most often from hypertension and stomach problems. The participants appreciated most of all practical instructions and the possibility of meeting people with the same complaints. Generally, the organization suited well, the programme got the total mark 2.04 (1 best, 5 worst). Analysis of the meat oxherd breeds in an organic agriculture

The aim of this thesis was to analyze the results of the Aberdeen Angus meet herd breeding in an ecological farming with the welfare relationship to the animals and at the same time to compare the efficiency after the system change of the farming at the farm Angus, Rančice, owned by Milan Šebelka. The research was done in the period of years 2005 ? 2012. The survey range includes 80 heads of thorough-bred cows as well as 266 heads of Aberdeen Angus calves born in the tracked period. The number of births and calving interval was dated by the cows. By the calves we noted the live weight and average daily gain in the growth process. The population of the calves was then sorted our by year of the birth, sex and by the way of farming. The data entries were elaborated in the MICROSOFT EXCEL and evaluated in STATISTICA. The cows had the calving interval of the period often from 351 to 380 days. In the herd with the most cows occurred at 3rd calf length interval. By the monitored number of calves no matter of the sex was noted the lowest live weight by the birth in transitional period (37.97 kg). The group of calves born in organic farming reached the highest average weight by the birth, in 120 days as well as in 210 days (38.88 kg, 190.91 kg, 307.81 kg). The lowest average weight in 120 days was noticed in transition period (176.93 kg), in 210 day in transition period again (271,56 kg). The best growth ability from the birth to 120 days was by the group of calves born in organic farming (heifers ? 1.177 kg, bulls ? 1.353 kg) compared to the lowest result in transitional period (heifers ? 1.091 kg, bulls ? 1.215 kg). The average daily gain from 120 till 210 days reached its minimum transitional period (heifers ? 1.082 kg, bulls ? 1.233 kg), the maximum numbers were noted in organic farming (heifers ? 1.253 kg, bulls ? 1.343 kg). The growth intensity from the birth till 210 days its minimum transitional period (heifers ? 1.074 kg, bulls ? 1.154 kg), the maximum numbers were noted in organic farming (heifers ? 1.209 kg, bulls ? 1.347 kg). In the ecological agriculture system was noted statistical better efficiency results (live weight, growth intensity) compared to conventional agriculture system.

Monitoring antidepressants consumption in pharmacy in 2003-2005

7. SUMMARY 87 The subject of this thesis is the research of medicine consumption in the selected pharmacy. We focused on the quantification of medication consumption between years 2003 - 2005 in Pharmcentrum Budějovická, Prague 4. In theoretical part of our thesis we summarized the recent knowledge and the best recommendation for the curing of depression. Key attributes of the active principles used at pharmacotherapy of depressions are mentioned as well. In the following part we worked with the figures of single medicine annual consumptions gained from the pharmacy software. Using the DDD/ATC system we have computed the total consumption of each individual medicine. We also tried to learn whether there are any differences in prescriptions of various doctors according to their expertise or age. The consumption of antidepressants in Pharmcentrum Budějovická in the years 2003 - 2005 had been permanently increasing. It corresponds with the numbers published by the VZP (General Medical Insurance Company). There is the significantly growing consumption of so called 3rd generation antidepressants (SSRI) with the most preferred substance Citalopram. Possibilities of the usage of nonconventional methods and dietary supplements in prevention and in health provision of calves.

Healthy and strong individuals are fundamental in every cattle breeding. Tthe aim of this study was which of these given supplement had the best influence on calf weight gain in early period after weaning to milk nutrition. This research had continued in cooperation with farm in Hakovy Dvory. Calfs were studied from March 2012 to February 2013. They were weaned into outdoor individual box after birth. There were added supplements into their ration in firs two weeks of life. Calfs were partitioned on the base of addend supplement into three experimental groups and one control group. The first weight control of calfs was after birth and the second weight control was in thirty days of life. From the different of theese values was calculated average weight gain. The best significant effect had tested groups Homeopatics and Prebiotics (Biopolym) with average increment 26,9 kilograms. Next tested group was Probiotics (Lactovita) with average increment 26,1 kilograms. The last goup was Contol, there the calfs didn?t have changed ration and their average increment was 23,5 kilograms. From the results of this study is possible to presume, that calfs had positive reaction on supplements added in first days of life and theese had favourable effect to diarrhoea prevention. Prebiotics, homeopatics and probiotics favourable stimulate calfs digestive system and they have general positive effect on calfs physiological condition.

Ostrich meat quality and the situation on the Czech market

This thesis solves a question of ostrich breeding and carcass processing of ostrich meat. Furthermore the quality of ostrich meat and its position on today market. Ostrich is the biggest living bird on earth whose meat is red and very similar to beef composition but properties are more similar to poultry meat. Ostrich meat, compared to other animal meat, contain low percentage of fat, cholesterol and proteins. For most kind of meat with low fat reflected at the expense of subtlety, but ostrich meat is an exception. Despite its dietary character it provides full-value proteins and important vitamins B. The best quality meat comes from ostriches in the age of 9 ? 14 months, who reached weight of 90-120 kg. The meat gain in the age of 14 months ranges about 32 kg and 42 kg in adult ostriches. Substantial part of the marketable meat comes from ostrich legs (74 %). Ostrich meat unlike beef meat is sold in individual muscles. Meat is divided into steaks, filets, biltong and meat for smoked production.

Analysis of Power Play and playing Two men Short in the First League Ice Hockey Matches in the Season 2005/2006

Title of the work: Analysis of Power Play and Playing Two Men Short in the First League Iee Hockey Matches in the Season 2005/2006. The aim of the thesis: The thesis focuses on the analysis ofthe power play and playing two men short (penalty killing 5:3) from the point of view of attack and defence in all our first league teams. Another aim is to determine which pattems of the game conclusion and defence are the most successful. Methods: The method of observation was used in the analysis of video records, the research was completed by statistical data and information gained from questionnaires. Results: 232 power plays 5:3 were analyzed, in which 49 goals were scored, and 67 goals were scored in 370 power plays 5:3. The most successful patterns are mentioned in this work, the position of defendíng players 1 - 1 - 1 appeared to be the best in the defence play. Aim: The aim of this bachelor work is the evaluation of sports career of the runner Jarmila Kratochvílová from 1980 to 1984. Methodology: The work was divided into two main parts. In the first one, I evaluated the sports career of Jarmila Kratochvílová from 1980 to 1984. I made the evaluation on the basis of the content analysis of the newspapers articles, published in the monitored period in the daily newspapers Mladá fronta. I adapted statistically the number of the articles in particular year, I categorised these articles according to the methodology of Volf (2007), adapted for the evaluation of sports career of Jarmila Kratochvílová. Then I composed the number of starts in particular seasons and I divided these starts into indoor and outdoor. For every year I chose the best achieved time and I mentioned the placing, which the runner gained in the world chart in the end of the year. In each of these years I mentioned the biggest successes according to the author of this bachelor work. Every season evaluated Jarmila Kratochvílová too.
