The subject of this Master's thesis is design solution of two intersections and a section of urban road between them in town Zlín. These T intersections without traffic signal have an inappropriate geometric design. The aim of the thesis is increasing traffic safety and reducing noise and dust in the location. This will be achieved by alteration of the urban road intersections and the sidewalk design.

Datová kvalita je středem zájmu moderního podniku, který chce plně využít svoje ICT. Pro podnik to znamená jednotná, jasná, přesná a unifikovaná data v databázích a přesně definovaný způsob práce s daty. Podnik se pak může o data opřít při jejich zpracování v podnikových procesech a zajistit na jejich základě kvalifikovaná rozhodnutí. Pro snadnější pochopení a implementaci datové kvality klíčových dat v podniku existuje Master Data Management (MDM), který popisuje takové způsoby práce s klíčovými daty, které vedou ke zvýšení jejich kvality. MDM není jen soubor SW nástrojů, ale i způsobů chování lidí v podniku. Jedním z prostředků naplnění MDM (jak po technické tak business stránce) je respektování jasně daného způsobu pravidel (Use Cases ? Případů užití), které jsou popsány v druhé části této práce.

Social Business of NGOs

The subject of the thesis is the proposal of the work integration social enterprise (WISE) of NGO SOS Children's villages. Proposal shall take form of a business plan and is based on the needs of the Association to reduce its financial dependence on an external sources of funding. A business plan is a proposal of the concrete WISE which fulfils the function of an alternative financing instrument for the main activities of the Association. The thesis uses the method of SWOT analysis to group and evaluate the available information from the external and internal environment of the WISE as well as uses tools of economic and financial analysis to determine the tipping point and the financial needs for the operation of social enterprise in the first three years of operation. The thesis brings new results and knowledge and proposes a recommendation of how the social enterprise could be realized.

The first part will introduce the theory for a business plan. In practical part concrete plan will be settled which shows up every necessary steps to needed to get through while realization and outlines the various ideas and solutions to achieve good economic results of the organization. The author of this Masters Thesis deepens the knowledge of the preparation of business plans and complex view of critical sections of the analysis and indicators of project that will be implemented in the future.

Dušan Foltýn ABSTRACT: This diploma thesis reviews the history of the borough Byšice in the last two centuries and attempts to assess the importance of the various epochs in the development of the community. The main body of the thesis examines its own history of the borough, the side lines represent the cultural history and the history of the village school in Byšice. All events are processed gradually in a chronological order. The role of various social groups in the history of the town is being examined, as well as the conversion of the urban village in the city. To the Surname in České Budějovice

Subject of this thesis falls under the onomastic section, more precisely under its sub-section, antroponomastics, which is a branch specializing in origin, creation, distribution and character of names of people. In this thesis that is divided in two sections, I will research into types of surnames in the town of České Budějovice. The first section is theoretical and shortly introduces the development of surnames since their origin. The second section is practical ? investigative and addresses their concrete zoning in České Budějovice. As a part of the practical section there is also a synopsis of surnames divided in several groups based on a variety of criteria. At the end of the thesis there is an index of surnames in alphabet order containing also the exact pages with their appearance.

Tax and social security systems in selected EU countries

The aim of this master thesis is the comparison of selected elements of the tax and social security systems in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Austria and Germany, which are related to employees and employers and it is counted with them in model examples, then evaluation of advantages and disadvantages of employees´ migration under the structure of posting between the Czech Republic and other countries and finally the comparison of employees´ incomes after receiving benefits from social security system of each country (especially old age pension and parental allowance). In the first part of the thesis there is explained problematics of double tax treaties and EU coordination of social security. Then there is the comparison of above mentioned elements of the tax and social security systems in each country. In the last part I apply findings on model employees and I make a conclusion from amount of their net incomes. Migration to another EU member country is the most profitable for employee who is subjected to taxation in other EU countries but he remains under the Czech social security system. In terms of social benefits, retired people are supported the most in Austria and families with children in Germany.

Comparison of the czech universities' websites

Tématem práce je srovnání webových stránek českých vysokých škol. Její hlavní část tvoří jednotlivé analýzy a konečné srovnání oficiálních stránek dvou předních českých vysokých škol. Srovnání je prováděno na základě tří základních kritérií, z nichž jedno má ještě další tři kategorie. Daná kritéria jsou doplněna o váhy, které vyjadřují jejich důležitost. Nejsou porovnávány technické aspekty stránek, analýza je zaměřena na běžného uživatele a jeho základní požadavky. U nalezených nedostatků je popsán návrh na jejich řešení. V samotném závěru je provedeno testování na třech skupinách uživatelů. Ti jsou vybráni tak, aby představovali co nejreprezentativnější vzorek všech možných návštěvníků stránek vysokých škol.

Functional connectivity and quality of biocentres in the border area of Šumava and Bavarian Forest National Parks

The Bohemian Forest, a mountain range located in Central Europe on the border between the Czech Republic, Germany and Austria, has many well-known qualities. The areas of Modravské slatě moors and Trojmezná, are considered to be the most valuable biocenters in the Czech part of the Bohemian Forest. This Master thesis confirms the quality of these areas in a transboundary context Natura 2000 habitats and their representativeness. A new transboundary (European) biocentre is proposed and its importance for several species is discussed.
