Control of headlight assembly line
Sikora, Martin ; Hynčica, Ondřej (referee) ; Štohl, Radek (advisor)
This thesis deals with design of the reflector assembly line. The document contains the analysis of the customer requirements sheet. In short there is written how to put the parts of the reflector together. The Poka-Yoke method is properly described in this work too. This method is used to design of the actions, which are trying to decrease the risk level of wrong reflector composition as low as it is possible. FMEA and PFMEA methods are explained in theory. There is the plan how to make the analysis too. The instrumentation of one part of the line is designed according to this analysis and according to the customer requirements. The OEE pointer is used to test the right effect of the Poka-Yoke method. The next aim of this thesis is to compare chosen PLCs for control of the assembly line and to choose one of them. On the base of the analysis there is designed the control program in the flowcharts form. One part of this thesis is focused on design of the visualization for the chosen operational panel.
Electrotechnical production mapping and improvement
Kutnar, Pavel ; Starý, Jiří (referee) ; Špinka, Jiří (advisor)
This thesis is an introduction into quality management of electrotechnical production. It consists of a theoretical treatise on FMEA analysis and process mapping. The FMEA analysis was applied to the manufacturing process in an electrotechnical company. Selected critical failures were analyzed and corrective measures were suggested.
Modelling and prediction of reliability
Jirgl, Miroslav ; Jalovecký,, Rudolf (referee) ; Havlíková, Marie (advisor)
This thesis presents a reliability analysis of a technical system. It is divided into three main sections. The first section introduces some of the most significant problems of reliability. It deals with a definition and an expresion of reliability, a reliability diagram selection and a detailed description of the reliability analysis. This part also includes an overview of reliability analysis types. Some of the most widely used reliability analyses are briefly described; further advantages and disadvantages of using each method are listed. Failure Modes and Effects Analysis - FMEA is then described in a greater detail. The second section contains an analysis of aviation conditions as well as a design of a reliability analysis that concerns a selected digital system; the system under analysis is a pitch trim indicator. The main design issue lies in a choice of a most suitable method. This choice stems from the overview of reliability analyses presented in the first section of the thesis. In the last section, a FMEA reliability analysis of the pitch trim indicator is conducted. This part includes a discussion of the results as well as a design action that is to lead to an increase in reliability of the analyzed system.
Safety Microcontroller Applications
Nacev, Nikola ; Beran, Jan (referee) ; Klusáček, Stanislav (advisor)
The deals of thesis were described methods for designing safety applications, made analysis of possible microcontroller faults of long-run system, described software and hardware methods for fault detection in microcontroller and applied some March test to microcontroller. To application were chosen MATS+, PMOVI and March SS tests. These tests were modified to word-oriented memory. Further it was made analysis of modified tests to determination fault coverage, testing times and program memory requirement. To determination of fault coverage was created virtual memory with fault function models. March tests were compared with each other and with another pattern test (checkboard test).
Using of modern methods of quality improvement in metalworking
Musil, Rostislav ; Mukhametzianova, Leisan (referee) ; Kotek, Luboš (advisor)
Bachelor thesis contains a general description of the concept of quality and system designed for its management. Modern sub-systems of quality improvement are described in more detail. In particular 8D-Report, FMEA and Pareto analysis. A presentation of cooperating companies engaged in metal fabrication follows consequently together with the selection of the most appropriate tools for quality improvement and its application within the company. Obtained results are included.
Implemetation of project management in mechanical engineering enterprises
Jarolímek, Jiří ; Vojáček, Zdeněk (referee) ; Lacko, Branislav (advisor)
This Bachelor thesis shows current status of using project management in mechanical engineering industry then suggestion of implementation to mechanical engineering company which have not implemented it yet. Possibilities of project management are described by IPMA methods, standards and their norms.
Design of Car Initiator
Suchý, Jan ; Píštěk, Václav (referee) ; Novotný, Pavel (advisor)
The bachelor thesis is focused on proposal solution of automotive initiator construction and design. The proposal is being carried out with regard to the need to ensure the maximum functionality of the whole element. As for the choice of materials and used technology the costs and procedures commonly used today are not being taken into account. The main objective is to eliminate the shortcomings of current automotive initiators and the proposal of technological procedures in the production of a new component.
Reliability assessment of FPM
Němec, Ondřej ; Dvořák,, Ladislav (referee) ; Julínek, Tomáš (advisor)
The topic of this thesis was the evaluation of selected elements of flood control measures, abbreviated as PPO. The aim of this paper was to develop evaluation procedure of PPO and then to apply proposed procedure to a specific location. FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) that allows the identification of failure modes, their causes and consequences.was chose as a method for qualitative assessment.
Implementation of FMEA analysis in logistics technology Just-in-Sequence
FRANĚK, Václav
The main objective of this master thesis is to design implementation of FMEA analysis in logistics technology Just-in-Sequence at company Robert Bosch in České Budějovice. The operational objective is to define process and product produced by technology Just-in-Sequence. Analyze newly developed technology Just-in-Sequence and compare its advantages over the original method.
