Positives and negatives of integration of pupils with mental disabilities in the 1st level of primary school

This bachelor thesis focuses on pros and cons of integration of primary school pupils with light mental disability. It intends to find special pedagogical methods in special primary schools and the educational mainstream. In the theoretical part I pursue light and medium mental retardation, its aetiology and classification. I also address the system of education, especially education of pupils with mental disability. In the practical part of this thesis, I examine special pedagogical methods through the use of quantitative research. I focus on three integrated pupils with mental disability from South Bohemian primary schools and special primary schools in České Budějovice and Třeboň. I collected the data through structured interviews with teachers and teacher assistents from primary schools and special primary schools. As an additional method, I also gathered information through observation. The results of this research show that such special pedagogical methods are provided to pupils with special educational needs to ensure their successful integration and education. Special methods are used individually and specified according to the degree of retardation. These methods are almost identical among different special primary schools. Special pedagogical methods are the pillars of successful education of pupils with mental retardation.

International trade in pangolins (\kur{Manis} spp.)

The aim of this work was to evaluate international trade with Manis. spp. according to the CITES database during the period 2002-2013. Manis spp. was classified in appendix II CITES in 1995. In 2000 there was an unsuccesfull attempt to reclassified Manis spp. to appendix I CITES. In this year the zero quota was set for Asian pangolins for commercial purpose. A rapid increase of an illegal trade was noticed after the setting of zero quota. The most frequent trade with pangolins was in these forms: 1) derivatives, 2) specimens, 3) scales, 4) live pangolins and 5) skins. Asian pangolins´ species were traded mostly in forms of derivatives, specimens, scales and skins in the period 2002-2013. M. javanica and M. pentadactyla with medium and large distribution area were quantitatively the most traded species, respectively. Main importers of Asian forms of pangolins were: USA (derivatives and specimens), China (scales in kg) and Indonesia (scales in pieces) and Mexico (skins). The African pangolin M. tricuspis was the third most frequent species in the international trade and was traded especially in form of live pangolins. M. tricuspis lives in one of the largest distribution area. Main importer of live pangolins was Italy. Breeding pangolins in captivity is due to the specific feeding requirements demanding. There are about 46 individuals of pangolins in Zoos all over the world, whereas in Europe there are only 2 pangolins in the Leipzig Zoo.

Between reality and imagination. Strategies of imaginative semiosis in the Czech lyric poetry of the early 1930's

Inspiračním zdrojem práce, kterou jsem nazvala Mezi realitou a imaginací, je neustálé napětí, které připíná básnický svět ke světu přirozenému, ačkoli se sféra uměleckého díla vůči realitě neustále vymezuje. Tento dynamický vztah se stal východiskem literární antropologie německého teoretika literatury Wolfganga Isera, o jehož koncepci se ve svém přístupu k básnickým textům opírám (kap. 2). Procesy, které podle Isera literární dílo utvářejí, vyjadřují imaginativní proměnu prvků přirozeného světa ve svět zobrazený básnickým dílem, jenž však zpětně promlouvá k realitě jako její alternativní tvář. Právě zkoumání procesů imaginativní semiózy, jak se domnívám, vnáší do literárního bádání dostatečně otevřené a zároveň soustředěné hledisko, na jehož základě lze básnické dílo charakterizovat jako jedinečné médium, schopné zachytit a zároveň přetvářet prožitek lidské existence. Vědomí, že básnický text disponuje právě takovým potenciálem, by také mělo stát v pozadí všech dílčích otázek položených v této práci.

Geoelectrical and seismic investigations for assessment of rock massif in neighbourhood of excavation

The processing and the interpretation of the geophysical data measured by the author of this thesis in the Bedřichov gallery (municipal of Liberec) is the main goal of this diploma paper. Earlier data measured in the gallery by G IMPULS Praha spol. s r.o. staff members in the period between 2003 and 2010 are further used to support the assessment. The tunnel which serves to convey water from the Josefův Důl storage reservoir to the water treatment plant in Bedřichov is driven in the granites. These rocks are considered as a highly appropriate host medium for the future deep repository of radioactive wastes in the Czech Republic hence the gallery could be an appropriate place for testing of geological, geotechnical and geophysical methods for purposes of deep repository. The tunnel was driven using two different methods, which allows assessing of the impact of the driving type on the rock disturbance. The tunnel is open for a similar period, which is being considered between the start of operation and the closure of the deep repository hence it's possible to consider time-changes in the goaf. Cognitive deficiency of depressive patients in remission

The aim of this study is deeper understanding of cognition in people with unipolar depressive disorder in remission. First, we introduce relevant research on the cognitive functions of depressive patients in various periods of their illness and we employ this part as a theoretic background of our study. Using qualitative methodology we try to map the cognition in several patients su ering from the unipolar depressive disorder. Our research consist of in depth semi structured interview from six informants, from which ve had passed the criteria for enlistment in the sample informants are patients of Psychiatrické centrum Praha (PCP), su ering from the unipolar depressive disorder according to MKN 10, which in the time of the interviews were not hospitalized and were in remission (scored less then 12 on the MADRS scale). We created an outline of an interview consisting of 9 key areas concerning the main cognitive functions. We were interested in the self-perception of the level of the cognitive functions in comparison with the period before the onset of the depression. Futher, subjects were administered the MADRS scale. Předmětem mé diplomové práce je ?Regionální diferenciace v úrovni rozvoje malého a středního podnikání v České republice?. Cíle diplomové práce lze charakterizovat následovně ? zjistit, jaké faktory mají vliv na rozvoj malého a středního podnikání, specifikovat podmínky, za kterých lze začít s podnikatelskou činností ve 3 vybraných krajích, které ovlivňují a utvářejí podnikatelské prostředí, dále vymezit a definovat ty přednosti nebo nedostatky a možná pozitivní i negativní rizika, které mohou působit na rozvoj podnikání. V neposlední řadě se budu věnovat činnosti státu jako prostředku podpory malým a středním podnikatelům. Pro srovnání jsem si zvolila kraj Hl.m. Praha, Jihomoravský a Liberecký. Rovněž uvádím praktický příklad v oboru podnikání výstavy a veletrhy, hodnocení provádím na třech podnicích sídlících v krajích Hl.m. Praha, Jihomoravském a Libereckém. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na dvě části. První část je věnována především definicím a klasifikacím malých a středních podniků, stručné charakteristice vybraných krajů z pohledu makroekonomických veličin a programům podpor malým a středním podnikům. Druhá část je věnována vybraným krajům a v nich působícím firmám.

The Church and the Cinema

František Jirsa: Církev a film, diplomová práce na KTF UK, Praha 2007 - resumé. V první části práce je popsán vztah církve k filmu ve světle církevních dokumentů. Církev se zabývá filmem od jeho vzniku až do současnosti. Film jako obrazové médium je velice působivý a na některé skupiny ve společnosti může mít velký kladný nebo záporný vliv. Sám o sobě není ani dobrý ani špatný, je nástrojem v rukou producentů, režisérů, herců a dalších profesí podílejících se na výrobě filmu. V první polovině dvacátého století byl film nejmasovějším druhem zábavy, proto je mu věnována v církevních dokumentech značná pozornost. Od padesátých let 20. století nastává celosvětový rozvoj televize a film je tak částečně odsunut do pozadí. Zatímco v první polovině dvacátého století církevní dokumenty především varují před špatným vlivem filmu a přinášejí konkrétní doporučení, jak se před tímto vlivem bránit, po Druhém vatikánském koncilu se začíná klást větší důraz na možnosti využití filmu k pastoraci a evangelizaci. Církevní dokumenty nás vyzývají, abychom filmy vnímali v kritickém duchu, abychom přemýšleli a snažili se porozumět tomu, co vidíme a slyšíme, a naučili se filmové umění správně hodnotit. Es gilt fast als Cliché unter Medienforschem, dass die Nationalsozialisten im Rundfunk das modernste Medium zur Vermittlung von Propagandainhalten erkannten, und dass sich ihr Propagandachef, Josef Goebbels, den Rundfunk nach 1933 schnell unter seine Kontrolle brachte, und ihn zu einem der wichtigsten Instrumente seiner Medienarbeit ausbaute. Seine Absicht damit erklärte er auch gleich vom Anfang an: "Die Menschen so lange zu hämmern und zu feilen und zu meißeln, bis sie uns verfallen sind! Das ist eine der Hauptaufgaben des Deutschen Rundfunks."1 Auch beim Anschluss des benachbarten, deutschsprachigen Österreichs bemächtigten sich die Nationalsozialisten schnell des Rundfunks, und meldeten sich - das Ergebnis ihrer inszenierten Volksabstimmung zum Anschluss vorwegnehmend - schon Anfang April aus dem "Reichssender Wien".2Bei der Eroberung der Sudetendeutschen Gebiete der Tschechoslowakei spielte der Rundfunk in Sachen Desinformation und Stimmungsmache auch eine beträchtliche, und womöglich sogar entscheidende Rolle.
