Assistance as compensatory and supporting means of the special pedagogy
PÝCHOVÁ, Lucie
My Bachelor thesis is focused on the topic of "Assistance as a compensation and support to special pedagogy". The aim of my bachelor thesis is to complete theoretical knowledge related to the assistance phenomenon and to analyse the occupation of personal assistant. The aim of practical part of my bachelor thesis is to implement the comparison of legislative determination and provable working activities carried out by pedagogical and personal assistant. In accordance with the aimes specified above has been established two partial aims. 1st aim: to examine what the assistants´ work motivation is. 2nd aim: to examine the level of assistants´ self contentment.Thesis is devided into two parts theoretical and practical one.Theoretical part is devided into three units. First unit defines the key words: assistance, compensation and support, special pedagogy, social integration and inclusion. Second unit is focused on personal assistance itself. Related key words are defined as well. In this unit I also describe a historical development of the personal assistance process, working demands placed on potential assistant, possible complications related to mentioned occupation and of course everyday work routine. Third unit is focused on the personality of assistant and assistants themselves. I describe the historici development of the assistants´ personality, work requirements, work duty and cooperation with parents and educational institutions. Practical part contains the specification of work aims, methodology of investigation, related data gathering process and of course the data analysis. I interviewed pedagogical assistants just as the personal ones. All the data and results contained in my bachelor thesis can be used for needs of any related organisation recruiting new assistants, because it contains informations which could be useful when hiring people. My thesis can be also used as a background material for any further students.

Summary of foreign knowledge about the origin and development of EDZ in crystalline rocks - research
Vavro, Martin ; Souček, Kamil ; Staš, Lubomír ; Vavro, Leona
Presented search summarizes findings of foreign research oriented on the origin and evolution of the excavation damaged zone in crystalline rocks with a particular focus on the essential results of experimental projects which were performed in Canada, Sweden, Finland, and Switzerland. The study is divided, excluding the introduction, into seven main chapters of the text, which gradually deal with: (1) definition of key terms, (2) overview of the main underground research laboratories in the world where EDZ assessment was conducted, (3) methods suitable for EDZ description and characterization, (4) main factors influencing the origin of failure around the excavations and time-dependent evolution of EDZ. An overview of important outcomes of EDZ experiments, focusing on the European hard rock laboratories (Stripa, Äspö, Onkalo/Olkiluoto and Grimsel), and their summary are presented in the final two chapters.\nThe review summarizing the published key findings and results of in situ experiments shows, that for rock in lower stress state, i.e. in no spalling environment, the extent and character of rock mass damage is typically dependent on the excavation method. Using mechanical excavation, rock damage zone with thickness less than 3 centimeters can be originated. The microcracks within this zone contribute to the increase of hydraulic conductivity of the rock mass. At some test sites (Äspö, Grimsel), where the tunnel boring machine technology was used, the damage zone was already detected in depth of less than 5 mm.\nOn the contrary, openings excavated by drilling and blasting are characterized by much more extensive damage zones up to several tens of centimeters in width. The damage progressively diminishes with the distance from the opening.

Global Economy Outlook - September 2016
Česká národní banka
The September issue of Global Economic Outlook presents the regular monthly overview of recent and expected developments in selected territories, focusing on key economic variables: inflation, GDP growth, leading indicators, interest rates, exchange rates and commodity prices. In this issue, we also focus on the closing of the output gap in OECD countries in the current low-inflation environment. We point out that the output gap is currently closing at near-zero inflation rates rather than at rates close to 2% (corresponding to the generally accepted price stability criterion). The current output gap and inflation outlooks signal a gradual return to the output gap closing at consumer inflation rates of approximately 2%.

In the theoretical part is through the help of key words a reader familiar with the concepts of manager, management the role, management functions, leadership, incentive mechanism, participation, motivation the program benefits. After getting acquainted with these concepts, which are further developed and properly explained it is compiled by a questionnaire consisting of 13 questions dealing with motivation and benefits in the workplace. The questionnaire is submitted to the selected five managers. The three owners or co- owners private companies, the remaining two are employed in the public sector. With the questionnaire were brought to the attention of the three women and two men. The individual answers have been commenting and at the end summarized into a single conclusion. From this conclusion it follows that the motivational processes and benefits in individual organisations are set up similarly and that the best motivator is financial reward, or the public praise. Furthermore, it was found: managers prefer individual approach to leadership, a good team and the pleasant environment of the employees want rather than some of the other motivators. Last but not least can from the responses of most managers sense that you may want a the personal development of the employees, but only in a given field. Part of the managers do not agree with the further education of employees due to concerns about competition. The male part of the managers used a rather shorter sharper the answer to the question, the staff applies a rather authoritative way of leadership, while the female part of the managers was rather longer and more sentence. From the responses it is apparent that women apply to their employees rather democratic style of leadership. Process management and its use for optimization
Drahorádová, Lucie ; Tichá, Ivana (advisor) ; Lucie, Lucie (referee)
The subject of thesis Process management and its use in optimization is drafting process change in real company and its subsequent implementation. The work focuses on the steps important to the change process, their explanation and subsequent use in practical part. Thesis is divided into two main parts. First part is a theoretical background of the process management and a development of this sector, explanation of key concepts closely related with process management to a description of a specific methods, which play a role in the process of company management.Next part is a practical part where most of the theoretical background was used. Practical work itself is a real-world example of the banking environment, where was actually implemented. Because of a limited possibility to publish the practical part, I do not mention a particular company and the data used for the preparation example are type data - these are not real data. However, the implementation of process changes was set this way and works now, and since it was the optimization, it is therefore expected that this change will bring its savings in the future. Since the implementation of the changes has already occurred, even this assumption was fulfilled and set change of process still generates its savings.

Project of family farm as closed economic unit
Jakubčík, Václav ; Pazderů, Kateřina (advisor) ; Zdeněk, Zdeněk (referee)
The diploma thesis deals with the family farm, which deals with fast growing trees cultivation. Business plan for my firm is the operation of the cogeneration unit and ensuring its self-sufficiency. The intention is that the family farm should produce more than half the biomass for cogeneration units. Diploma thesis works with providing services in processing of logging residues, removing seeding trees and transportation. All this in order to obtain sufficient quantities of the commodity for the operation of boiler plants with cogeneration unit. Further outputs are addressed including the use of waste heat. Necessary support in planning the boiler room is the SWOT analysis. Conclusion of SWOT analysis clearly support the business plan for hte operation of a family farm. Another key factor, that motivates me to expand current boiler room is a continuously rising electricity price. I suppose part of the generated electric power will be used for wood drying, the rest of the energy power is supposed to be sold to CEZ. Revenue from electricity sales should improve my Cash-Flow. An important source of energy is a waste hot water that will be used for heating lumber drying, rabbit slaughterhouses of Rabbit firm. The rest of hot water waste will be used for heating workshops and residential buildings around. The main incentive for founding a family farm is request to have enough fuel for the cogeneration unit also in case of external source shortage. The target is to ensure fluent economic operation of whole technological equipment. My target is an overall economic assessment of the project for extracting of biomass from various sources. After an overall assessment we got conclusion, that the project can be profitable especially due to own production. Services provided by my farm creates significant additional value. For family farm founding motivates me also unemployment of several family members.
