The aim of my thesis is to define an issue of the business model Canvas now together with its implementation at the certain timber company tools with the help of tools like public relations, analyses of communication mix. In the theoretical part is described business model Canvas in detail and also defined the importance of communication in the market background including the marketing communication tools. In the practical part is with the help of business model analyzed and evaluated the current condition of communication mix at the certain timber company. Finally there are recommended the ways of improvement of the current marketing and communication system.

Cost development and ways of cost calculation in selected commodity

Bachelor thesis deals with ways of estimating costs for sugar beet in FADN and ZOD Potěhy. The theoretical part describes sugar beet from the biological point of view, its occurrence, inclusion in crop rotation and soil preparation, which is divided into fall and spring. Method of sowing affects the yield od sugar beet, as well as treating the soil before sowing. In conclusion cropped and sugar beet must be taken to a refinery. This section describes the costs and their classification. Methodological part deals with cost calculation, calculation methods, both overall and costs of sugar beet. It also describes profitability and its evaluation, time series and trend functions. The practical part evaluates the total area sown in the years 1995 - 2014, area sown with diabetes in the years 1995 - 2014, the total harvest of sugar beet in the years 1995 - 2014 and price developments relating to sugar beet growing. It also states costs for FADN in the years 2003 - 2012, support for this crop and its profitability. At the end gives the total income and expenses in ZOD Potěhy in years 2009 - 2013 and the costs and revenues for diabetes in 2014.

Evaluation of suppliers for selected company

This thesis deals with the use of multi criteria analysis of alternatives to the practical model of companies selling aluminum wheels. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the data and multi-criteria decision recommended by the company's best suppliers. With the large increase in new foreign producers on the Czech market, it is necessary to compare a group of suppliers who could bring the company more business opportunities. Therefore there will endeavor to select suitable suppliers, and elimination of costly contractors. In the first part of this work is a description of multi criteria analysis variants, Saaty method, scoring methods, respectively, and the weighted sum among other methods TOPSIS. The methods are also used in the practical part of this thesis. They were subsequently excluded suppliers, from which the company collects a maximum of goods once a month and was performed according to the method of aspiration levels. It was then proposed final order suppliers group for subjective criteria evaluation. Based on these results, we have selected the best company recommended contractors.

Waste prevention and effective waste management in the selected company

From reason of protection environment, under the pressure of not only administrative, but economic measures too are firms trying to minimise the amount of nascent waste. Therefor is thesis focused to the analysis of waste economy, production and composition of waste in the company WITTE Nejdek in period since 2010 to 2015. There is evaluated dependence the amount of waste similar to communal on number of employees in the company WITTE Nejdek. Was done landscaping survey, what was focused to possibilities of reducing amount of wastes, to quality of recycling waste and to availability of collecting points in the company areal. To evalaution of current dondition of recycling wastes in the company WITTE Nejdek was done survey with employees, what was focused on awareness and knowledge employees about recycling waste in WITTE Nejdek. In these are proposed concrete measures, what could improve recycling of waste and make changes helping to reduce amount of waste. Proposals are suitable not only in terms of prevention to waste production, but economically too.

Proposal to upgrade the wastewater treatment technology in the selected Wastewater Treatment Plant

This thesis deals with the issue of waste water treatments from small sources of pollution. At the beginnig, there are characterized wastewater and important indicators for measuring the concentration of pollution, then this thesis describes the different technologies and technological equipment used in the treatment of wastewater from small sources. In the practical part of the work is designed to upgrade the technological part for processing waste water for area businesses METRO NITRA. The first part describes curent conditions of selected wastewater treatment plant. Next part describes in detail the proposed technological part and evaluation samplings. Later in this chapter is described the economic value and the expected schedule of work.The aim is to design WWTP upgrade with the technical and the economic assessment.

This bachelor thesis Quality Management Service is focused on the quality of the offering services of the insurance company Generali a.s., to its agency offices, regional offices, where there is provision of services retailer versus a customer. It looks at the region as a unit this insurance company.
The aim of the thesis is to analyze the current status respectively offering quality services at these locations both from a customer perspective and from the perspective of the seller and on the basis of this analysis in the form of completed survey investigation and data processing in the form of a survey to evaluate the collected data and information of which will be set up their own proposal and recommendation for improving the quality of offering services of the insurance company.
In the theoretical part are listed and partially itemized substantively individual concepts that are closely related to the topic Quality Management Services on the basis of which the procedural progress and quality of services according to the professional literature.
The practical part is focused on familiarization with the results and evaluate their own work in the form of implementation of a questionnaire survey among randomly selected respondents / customers and dealers Generali insurance a.s., zooming way how to create a questionnaire, the reason for this questions asked , evaluation of individual responses in the form of text and tables. On the basis of this method is done its own comparison of the results of the collected data in the written and graphical form, leading to the creation of its own proposal and recommendation for improving the provision of services of the insurance company.

The position of women in the labour market.

The thesis deals with the position of women in the labour market, describes the most obstacles women encounter in the labour market and offers possible solutions. The main objective of the thesis is to analyse the position of the women in the labour market, to define each notion related to discrimination, to recognize the factors that influence it and to find out the differences in remuneration of men and women. Further on, the thesis would like to approach the question if women are still more discriminated on the ground of the sex or whether the society manages to eliminate the discrimination of women thanks to the measures adopted.
The thesis is divided into three parts. In the theoretical part of the thesis the legislative adaptation is being introduced, and it presents the effort of the state to eliminate the unequal approach towards women. The thesis analyzes the existing legal regulations of the discrimination law abroad as well as in Czech legislation. Some of the basic concepts linked to the given topic are explained, e.g. equality, positive measures and equal treatment. Another section of the theoretical part deals with discrimination, its forms and variations, discrimination on the reasons of sex and the ways of how to protect oneself from discrimination. In the theoretical part the method of analysis of information sources is used based on research literature. In the practical part of the thesis two ways of questioning are used. The first research method is a structured questionnaire in a form of a standard written questionnaire. A selected group of people is questioned to say their opinion on the given issue. The second investigation is done in a maneuvered interview with the respondents of the first questioning form, based on the prepared set of questions. The last part of the thesis elaborates the results of the research and draws the conclusions from these. Each question has a graph showing the results of the analysis followed by an exact description and explanation. The conclusion of the thesis provides a compact resume of the forms of protection which the discriminated person can use to avoid discrimination or for defense.

The main objective of this thesis is the arrangement of theoretical knowledge, sources, and approaches of the scientific authors dealing with the issues of management and functions, managers´ personalities and their managerial skills focusing on both soft and hard skills. The thesis also addresses the theoretical utilization and development opportunities. Furthermore it deals with the improvement of managerial skills in company management with focus mainly on soft and hard skills essential for improving the copmany work efficiency and the management quality. The practical part focuses on the exploration of present managerial skills practice in TOS Varnsdorf company, Inc. The methods of investigation for this diploma thesis are the observation, interview and questionnaire survey, which was compiled on the approaches of the theoretical part. The results of the survey will be evaluated in the practical part and the final part will bring general assessment and recommendations that could lead to the current situation improvement.

Renovation of waste water system in selected municipality

It is necessary to consider the increasing problem of the environment and better quality of people living. This thesis focuses on modernization of the system, which cleans the wastewater in municipality of Kout na Šumavě. These days it is taking place the second phase of building a sewerage system, that would be partly financed from European Union funds within the operation program of Environment. The thesis is split into two main parts.
The first theoretical part contents the basic theory, where are described the financial funds, the basic theory of the wastewater treatment and also the problematic of multi-criteria decision making and it´s methods. Mentioned methods relate to solving the problems of decision-making situations. The second practical part performs particulary solution of the given problem. In the practical part are used all identified findings and background materials for evaluation and for selection the right decision making situation. This would be solved by application of mathematical methods. All identified results, that used mathematical methods, are evaluated and suggested to the representatives of the municipality. They referred the results to the general contractor.
