Small sacral buildings in the area Macha region

Abstract
The thesis maps and identifies a small religious monuments in the countryside and smaller settlements in the cadastral area municipalities Association Macha, which is located in the southwestern part of the Liberec region and its southern edge, which is Kokorin, extends into the Central Region. These small structures of sacred significance were set up at intersections of roads, trade routes, near Wells, but as expressions of gratitude and remembrance to joyful, significant and tragic event. Each of these small sacred building affects perception of a person's environment, enriching area villages and landscapes, along with accompanying greenery which acted as a refuge on the road, landmark or feature lightning form a common artistic and traditional value. His mission lost partially or completely inappropriate transfer.
The main benefit and purpose of this work is to determine the current state of these monuments in the area, and create a detailed catalog, serving as a source of information for tourism, regional development, such as integration into existing and also into emerging hiking, biking and nature trails, but also as the basis for a partial analysis in the evaluation of the landscape, the creation of the zoning plan, the draft plan during land consolidation or the needs of a particular community.
The catalog is compiled on the basis of professional and regional literature, detailed field survey, including cadastral territory of the municipalities that are part of the voluntary association of municipalities Macha maps and testimonies of some residents is compiled catalog of small sacred buildings. Buildings are photographically documented and described both in terms of the status quo, and in terms of landscape significance here is the location of the building indicating the GPS coordinates and plotting the current actual map of the selected area.

Proposal to upgrade the wastewater treatment technology in the selected Wastewater Treatment Plant

This thesis deals with the issue of waste water treatments from small sources of pollution. At the beginnig, there are characterized wastewater and important indicators for measuring the concentration of pollution, then this thesis describes the different technologies and technological equipment used in the treatment of wastewater from small sources. In the practical part of the work is designed to upgrade the technological part for processing waste water for area businesses METRO NITRA. The first part describes curent conditions of selected wastewater treatment plant. Next part describes in detail the proposed technological part and evaluation samplings. Later in this chapter is described the economic value and the expected schedule of work.The aim is to design WWTP upgrade with the technical and the economic assessment.

The renovation of historical parks near the small feudal residences on the example of the study of the renovation of the castle garden in Doudleby nad Orlici in Eastern Bohemia.

The aim of this work is the processing methodology and presentation process how to restore monuments of garden art. On the example of the revitalization of the castle garden immovable cultural monument Castle Doudleby nad Orlicí, based on the study of literature, similar interventions and the analysis and interpretation of various types of archival material the current quality of historic garden was evaluated. It is based on field survey, which consists of dendrological research, analyzing the authenticity of trees and appreciation of all the collected documents, historical sources and professional literature. Concept recovery of castle garden is based on the expert authority´s binding point of view of the state care of historical monuments.
Renaissance castle in Doudleby nad Orlici is located in the eastern part of the town on a slightly raised hill on the right bank of the River Divoká Orlice. There was a wooden medieval fortress with the farmyard on this place in the 13th century. Sr Mikuláš from Bubno started to build a hunting lodge in the Renaissance style as villa in 1588, which was finished in 1590. The significance of Renaissance residence, which complement the early Baroque elements from the late 17th century, is enhanced by the opulent and impressive sgraffito - carpet pattern covering all external and internal frontage, restored in 1886 by Kirchner. The tall chimneys are the part of decoration in the courtyard decorated with sgraffito as well. The chateau complex is formed along its circuit of farm buildings and residential buildings. Building of castle itself is separated by a park with old trees and newer lawns (Hieke, 1984).
Castle park in Doudleby nad Orlicí was founded in 1809 in compositional continuity of the Renaissance castle building. The park forms one organic complex with the castle. The promoter strived, like in the castle rooms, to demonstrate here his wealth, his sense of art and his botanical-dendrological knowledge. The park is designed as a narrow disposition in landscape style and it is composed as a long vista to the castle. The area of the landscape park is 3.76 hectares nowadays.
The literature search is especially dedicated to the Renaissance and its relationship to the garden art. The monument care in the Czech Republic and the activity of professional organization of the monument care of the National Heritage Institute in Josefov is introduced in this section.
The methodological guide describes the used bolsterings and resulting outputs on the basis of them are implemented of such measures, which will help to improve the health and vitality of existing promising trees and new plantings of trees, which are consistent with the original composition with emphasis on the rehabilitation and upgrading of historical value of the object. Treatment of trees and supplementary planting will be done within the frame of total revitalization of the castle park.
The practical unit describes the current status of vegetation monuments of garden art. The inventory trees is the essential tool for analyzing the current status of vegetation monuments of garden art. Inventory, which should provide quality base for a draft recovery, should also be addressed in certain parts with characteristics of individual species (Krejčiřík, 2015).
The results of field investigation were completely recorded in the graphical output.

Small-scale biogas technology in Southeast Asian countries: current state, bottlenecks and perspectives

Biogas produced via the anaerobic digestion (AD) of organic waste materials is considered as an important technology in improving the environment because it solves waste management problems and simultaneously produces biogas as a main product and digestate as a by-product, which can also be used as a fertilizer.
Within the rising expectations for the substitution of fossil energy with renewable energy as one of the solutions to cope with climate change, the environmental aspects of small-scale biogas plants, as widely used method for energy creation, should be evaluated in a holistic and systematic way. The use of small-scale biogas plants is mostly common for energy creation from waste in Southeast Asia.
This source of energy is mainly lauded for its low costs, clean production and high fertilization effects of digested matter for crops. There are number of advantages of small-scale biogas production on farms, including also savings on firewood or fossil fuels and reduction in odour and greenhouse gas emissions from using other fuels. However, biogas plants are often poorly managed and there is lack of proper distribution systems for biogas. That results in methane being release inadvertently through leaks in digesters and tubing, and intentionally when production exceeds demand. As methane has a global warming potential 25 times higher than that of carbon dioxide, environmental advantages of small-scale biogas plants might be compromised.
This dissertation intends to provide in-depth understanding about the issue with taking into accounts possible risks. Investigating of such a topic is within continuing concern about small-scale biogas technology in rural areas of developing countries. For this reason technical, social, economic and environmental assessment of small-scale biogas technology will be done. Methods of data collection will consist of questionnaire survey and focus group discussions among randomly selected owners of biogas plants, semi-structured personal interviews with local authorities and facilitators and observation. Furthermore, prediction of future development of this technology will be created.

Worksafety and healthprotection

My thesis became Occupational safety and health, the requirements of which are regulated primarily in Act no. 262/2006 Coll., The Labour Code. Information regarding safety and health at work are given but also in numerous other legislation and government regulation.
The thesis is processed in such a way as to assist staff to ensure health and safety at work both in the public sphere, but also in local government, and also for professionals and small and medium-sized enterprises. The most important essence of this work is to define the legislation relating to accidents at work, which is summarized in the theoretical part.
In conclusion, it gives statistics of occupational injuries by evaluating and proposing possible changes and improvements.

Selection and implementation of the information system for a project construction company

This thesis deals with the issue of information systems targeted at Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The theoretical part defines basic terminology and creates thereby the theoretical base of the issue of a company´s information systems (IS). Then an analysis of the influence of implementation of information technologies into SMEs is carried out determining the development of the region. The practical part of the thesis is based on a case study dealing with the implementation of the information system QI for a medium-sized project construction company. The case study captures the whole process consisting of the selection of the product, pre-instalment analysis, implementation of the IS, training of the users leading to the system fully operating live. Built on that is then the following economic calculation of the implementation of the IS. The portability of the used solution is then assessed and the resulting outcome of the IS for the company is then evaluated. Drawbacks of the whole process are identified and their solutions are suggested.

Risks of Sick Days for small and micro business

This Thesis deals with the issue of the provision of sick days (days of paid medical leave). The main objective is the assessment of potential consequences of the introduction of paid medical leave for small and micro businesses.
The research part looks at paid medical leave from two angles, from the perspective of employers but also from the perspective of selected employees who already use the employee benefit of paid medical leave, so-called sick days.
Based on the data obtained from the surveys, this Thesis includes a detailed analysis of the results, which lead to the conclusion not recommending the introduction of paid medical leave. Concrete recommendations for employers are presented.

Data backup using storage media and cloud services

Bachelor thesis deals with data backup and thereby preventing their loss. It defines the terms used and describes the principles of storing the data on the backup device for understanding and determination of backup operations. The theoretical part describes the possibilities of data storage by using backup software.
In practical part cloud storages are tested in terms of speed of downloading and uploading for large, medium and small files. Testing is carried out by a Web browser and synchronization software of the cloud storage. For testing are selected services from large companies with the possibility of free testing. The practical part contains financial comparisons for the space of 1 TB, 10 TB and more.
In the end is evaluation of benefits of using automatic backup and synthesized results of tested cloud services for small and medium sized companies.

Cloud computing in the sector of small and medium sized enterprises

My master thesis has the main objective to implement into the sector of small and medium sized enterprises a cloud computing solution as required the customer company. Subsidiary targets of my literary part are a definition of small and medium-sized enterprises, explanation of terms corresponding to cloud computing, explaining the very concept of cloud computing and its distribution models, analysis of cloud services and what is involved in the transition to a cloud environment for companies, including migration contract.
The first part summarizes information on cloud computing. The second part provides specific implementation of a cloud computing solutions into corporate environments based on empirical research and requirements of the company.

The aim of this document is to describe the main principles of cloud computing, looking back to the past, the definition of different variants of cloud computing, show the issue of security and finally putting economic formulas for price performance, convenience and more in the cloud. Next step is creating of market analysis on the cloud computing model and compare it with own solutions.
This is a summary of information about cloud computing, which also has a current market data available in the Czech Republic. Conclusions show off their work intensity calculations together with their main disadvantages.
