Assessment of capacity of selected systems of public infrastructure. Case study Barrandov.

This bachelor thesis deals with the assessment of capacities of selected components of public infrastructure of housing estate Barrandov. The first part of the work concerns with literature review in spatial planning and sustainable development, the concept of public infrastructure, and outlines the birth and development of prefabricated housing estates. It elaborates and further describes the functional breakdown and the individual components of public infrastructure. The second part of the thesis is focused on the methodology of capacity assessments including the determination of the investigated components of the public infrastructure. It also describes the method of determining the capacity of the investigated components. The third part of the thesis describes the territory of the case study, which is followed by the assessment of the examined components of the public infrastructure. Based on the results of the assessment the thesis states that the capacity of all the assessed components of the public capacities are in certain respects at the edge of their capacity.

Effect of dairy cows housing technology on mastitis occurrence

The objective of my bachelor thesis was evaluation of quality of housing, milking and making analysis of mastitis on chosen farm.
First part of the thesis contains of literature summary about housing technologies, mastitis issues, their detection, originators, therapy and factors affects against their incidence. Thereafter is this part focused on tipes of milking parlours, corect milking procedures and mechanized milking.
Materials and methodes of the thesis contains the characteristics of chosen farm where the quality and technology of housing, milking and nutrition of milk cows and other factors affecting presence of mastitis such as taking care of cloven hooves was watched in 2014. The incidence, detection and curation of mastitis was watched afterwards. Montamilk s.r.o. farm cradles 1,200 pieces of cattle and milk cows are about 419 out of it.
In the part of thesis named results was watched and evaluated inspection of efficiency in inspecting year 2013 - 2014, which was stated on first lactated cows and on cows which are on second and further lactation. Milk yield was far better with cows on second or futher lactation according to data gathered during the study and expressed by diagram. Diagram of milk components (fat and proteins), which was divided by lactation, was expressed in this part too. Other examinated parameters was occurrence of mastitis - which milk cows, in which season is the occurrence more often, treatment and cost of treatment for one cow. At the end the number of somatic cells for 2014 was represented in diagram for particular lactations.
In part of thesis called discusion the comparison was drowed between results from chosen farm and national average of efficiency checks. From results is obvious that milk cow in Mnotamilk has been better in first lactated cows by 427 kg and in second and more lactated cows by 602 kg than is the avarage in Czech republic.
Far more the milk components in Montamilk was compared with rest of Czech republic and the results was quite similar. The volume of fat of Montamilk cows was lower in every lactation in comparison with milk cows from Czech. Value of fat in Czech republic avarage first lactated cows is 3,87 % in Montamilk 3,85 % and the value of fat on second and more lactation cows is 3,86 % in Czech average and 3,81 % in Montamilk.

Resistance of cole vegetable cultivars against Plasmodiophora brassicae pathotypes in Czech Republic

Clubroot disease of crucifer plants is caused by a pathogen Plasmodiophora brassicae (Wor.). It is counted among the most common and most serious diseases that attack not only rape, but also, for example, head cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli and other kinds of cabbage vegetables.
Plasmodiophora brassicae is descirebed as a very durable and well-developed body in this thesis. Physical, chemical and biological components of the soil environment are in the thesis associated with an effect on survival, growth and reproduction of this microbe. Obviously, Plasmodiophora's brassicae successfulness is given due to its resting spores and because of them the microbe is able to survive in a soil for years.
The experimental part of my thesis is focused on a testing of resistance of selected cultivars against Plasmodiophora brassicae. Each variety were grown under the control within conditions in the greenhouse. To evaluate the degree of a damage of the plants scale of Buzacki (1975), Strelkov et al. (2007) were applied, the index of an invasion was calculated based on these scales.
Cultivars were exposed to a pathotype 6 and as a control variety was used the cultivar Granaat. The results had shown the most susceptible respond of a cultivar red cabbage F1 Loder and other varieties tested had confirmed their resistance to Plasmodiophora brassicae.

Environmental variables acquisition and evaluation

The first part of thesis is devoted to the environment of the room in which is monitoring device intended - server room. There are description of calculating algorithms for proper sizing of cooling due to the heat. Further in this part is description of suitable senzors for monitoring device - physical principle, their proper use and meaning. Theoretical part also contains a list of several available ready commercial solutions of monitoring stations and their characteristics.
The second part is devoted to the assembly of monitoring device - physical build of hardware components, preparation s and connecting sensors, operating system installation, configuration and network preparation. The second part contains also instaling web server and configuration parts, that allows amek a web interface with presentation of measured physical quantities. Integration device with Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP) for use with Zabbix monitoring system. Output from this work can be used for monitoring fundamental physical quantities in a small server room or in switch room.

Appreciation of investment tools at buying agricultural machines

This bachelor thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. At the first section of the first part is, there is description of particular agricultural machines, their components and principles of working. At the second section of theoretical part, there is description of financinf ways and informations about that.
At the practical part of thesis, there is choosing of the most convenient machine from the category. Then it is compared and there is choosed the most convenient investment tool for its financing.

Stirling engine

The aim of this thesis is to introduce the Stirling engine, to evaluate its potential use in practice and to propose possible further development in this area. The first part is devoted to the historical development of the Stirling engine. The next part contains brief explanation of its function, describes the individual components, introduces all modifications and evaluates the main advantages and disadvantages. The last part deals with the use of the engine with respect to its properties, structure and possible design.

Application of Business Intelligence in Private and Public Sector

The diploma thesis focuses on the present state of Application of Business Intelligence (BI) in Private and Public Sector in the Czech Republic.
The first part of this thesis is theoretically oriented and describes the BI evolution, finds its present definition and specifies the relationship to the related fields a branches. There are identified the BI users and there is also described the position of BI in IS/ICT in the organization. After that follows the description of the principles of BI, it means that the components are taken to pieces. The final part shows the possible comprehensive BI solution.
The second part is practice-oriented and explores the present state of application of BI in private and public sector and describes the expected BI evolution until 2020. The thesis deals with the potential application of BI and possibilities how to obtain the subsidies from the EU for its implementation in each sector. After that there are described the barriers to implementation of BI and shown some specific examples of significant software solutions in these sectors. Then there are summarized the main differences in application of BI in each sector. The final part focuses on the on-line application research and its evaluation.
The diploma thesis shows, why the BI is one of the most perspective business informatics areas. The thesis is also high-quality typographically elaborated.

Summary
The theme of this thesis is to evaluate current marketing plan and company situation and to use the results as a draft recommendation for a new marketing plan. The introductory part focused on literature search summarizes theoretical knowledge and resources for processing the above mentioned marketing plan. In the next -second- part, this knowledge and resources are applied to the selected company. The content of this section is among other things a description of the enterprise, analysis of external and internal environment characterized by the use of PEST analysis and SWOT analysis. The last part deals with proposal itself and there are basic marketing objectives and marketing mix reflecting the current situation of the enterprise. There is also an action program, the gross budget and basic proposal for measurement and control of above mentioned as a component of this part
