Two new uncertainty relations and their applications
Lužová, Martina ; Skála, Lubomír (advisor) ; Kapsa, Vojtěch (referee)
The historical development of uncertainty relation, begining with first Heisenberg's thoughts of uncertainty principle is summed up in this thesis. After proving validity of Schwarz inequality general uncertainty relation for two hermitian operators is obtained, and from this general version the validity of Heisenberg uncertainty relation is than proved. The most important part of this work is the obtention of two new uncertainty relations, which are stronger then Heisenberg or Robertson-Schrödinger uncertainty relation, and their specific form for two examples - a free particle in a state discribed by the gaussian wave packet and the linear harmonic oscillator with a wave function in the shape of gaussian packet.

New political parties in Slovakia after the parliamentary election in year 2010 and 2012
Ambrózyová, Miroslava ; Müller, Karel (advisor) ; Smetanková, Daša (referee)
The Slovak political party system was shaken by new political parties, that emerged just recently and strongly influenced the political scene. The aim of the paper was to find out, what was the key of success of the the new political parties, which made it to the parliament in the parliamentary elections in June 2010 and in march 2012. In order to reach this goal I research the circumstances which lead to the establishment of these parties, their election program, the governmental period, the campaign and the role of the party leader. The paper is divided into four chapters, out of which the chapter one is dedicated to the teoretical background and definitions, the second chapter is putting light on the Slovak party and election system, the chapter three and four are the analytical core of the paper, in which I analyze the the political parties SaS, Most-Híd and OĽaNO in the above mentioned areas. I conclude the analytical part by the anlysis of the election results do the Slovak parliament in year 2010 and the preliminary election in the year 2012.

The manor house Boskovice
Podivínská, Adéla ; ing.arch. Lukáš Ležatka, Ph.D (referee) ; Pavlovský, Tomáš (advisor) ; Švecová, Táňa (advisor)
The bachelor's thesis is based on studio project created in the summer semester of the second year of undergraduate studies. The task was the renewal solutions and new use of the building with a loft, currently unused, the building of the Manor house in Boskovice. Manor house is located in a conservation area near the center of Boskovice, district Blansko. This historically protected building complex of farm Boskovice castle is a valuable urban property. After a fire in 1823 was rebuilt, but its appearance has remained virtually unchanged. The biggest change has passed the east wing, which was built a new roof, and arcades were walled up. Currently, the building unused and falling into disrepair. The courtyard is overgrown gas distributor greenery and paved areas are in a state of devastation. The aim was to restore the place of its historical value and use of the building to the public for recreation and leisure activities. In its current form and historically valuable buildings renaissance details will not be interfered with in any way, and nothing will be demolished, but in the context of the return of state in historical terms, it is about restoring monuments. Outbuildings were designed with understated approach so as to not disrupt the architectural structures countenance, but they gave him a new modern concept. The material on these new features is the corroded steel. It was a merger of the two approaches to architecture in a different century. The building consists of a deck above the newly exploited attic for accommodation and part of the basement is also three separate cellars. Existing structures will be redeveloped. Construction work will be carried out mainly in the context of treatment available, change sanitary rooms, new loft conversion and conversion use. The proposed functional content manor house after reconstruction and completion is predominantly public, there will be a library, catering, accommodation and facilities for leisure acti

New mapping of post-industrial landscape in Czech Republic
Kolejka, Jaromír ; Klimánek, M.
Using additional databases on industrial architectural heritage, 128 examples of post-industrial landscapes (PILs) were identified on the Czech territory. These PILs were subdued to the genetic classification. One-to four-word-names were applied to describe individual PIL types. Their geographic distribution was analyzed in the Czech Republic.

PCR based assay for detection garden pea lec gene
Vráblík, Aleš ; Hodek, Jan ; Ovesná, Jaroslava
The method was developed and verified by staff of National reference laboratory for GMO identification and DNA fingerprinting suited for governmental control laboratories and private laboratories that analyze food and feed derived from various plant matrices. Method can be applied for quantification of GM pea in a sample, when reference gene is used as a standard. The method describe internal garden pea specific gene, lektin in this case, detection using PCR and real-time PCR. The general principle of the assay relies on lektin specific sequence presence that represents a species specific gene of garden pea. In many matrices DNA is damaged so amplification of short stretches of DNA is used. After amplification of target exploiting newly developer species specific gene primers PCR products are separated by electrophoresis in agarose gel. Resulting band is visualized by UV light and its position is compare with size standard. Alternatively, real-time PCR and ABI platform in combination with SYBR® Green can be used. Reaction parameters are described and specificity of reaction was verified. LOD as well as LOQ was defined.

Granger Causality Evidence
Horváth, Roman ; Seidler, Jakub ; Weill, Laurent
This paper examines the relation between banks’ capital and liquidity creation. This issue is of interest to determine the potential impact of higher capital requirements for banks on their liquidity creation, which may have particular importance with new Basel III reform demanding from banks higher capital. We perform Granger-causality tests in a dynamic GMM panel estimator framework on an exhaustive dataset of Czech banks from 2000 to 2010.

Method of identification of Fusarium species causing head blight by PCR
Sumíková, Taťána ; Gabrielová-Slezáková, Ludmila ; Žabka, Martin
1. Multiplex PCR reaction with reliable published primers, enabling an easy detection of selected Fusarium species in one reaction, without time consuming optimalization. 2. Method of micromycetes cultivation using medium covered with cellophane, that is very suitable for following DNA extraction (easier harvesting of mycelia, minimal risk of medium contamination).

Principles and new trends in selection of root-nodule bacteria for inoculant production
Šimon, Tomáš ; Mikanová, Olga
The methodics summarize the basic information on applicability of soil bacteria for inoculation of field crops for purpose of nitrogen and phosphorus plant nutrition. Specific procedures of isolation, screening, selection and maintaining of root-nodule bacteria strains are described. The technology of inoculant production, quality control and inoculant appliation techniques are involved.

New laboratory tasks for the course "Building automation"
Zamazal, Martin ; Zuth, Daniel (referee) ; Marada, Tomáš (advisor)
This master’s thesis extends the teaching possibilities of the course “Building automation” in two areas. The first area is the visualization of KNX educational panel, which is made through iRidium software package in several variants. The second area is the design and manufacture of the educational switch panel with different types of switches, in which students can simply try wiring, which are commonly used mainly in civil engineering. Part of the second area is the creation of several teaching tasks.
