The first part describes the historical development of wood-pastures, their definition and the current status. Information was obtained from the Czech and foreign literature. Another part deals with specific trajectories in the area of interest. Changes in wood-pasture from mid-19th century to the present day were compared by program ArcGIS. In conclusion you can find the evaluation of the results by graphs, tables and verbal evaluation of the likely causes of changes in trajectory.

Jansa, Petr ; Zilvar, Josef (advisor) ; Petr, Petr (referee)
This thesis deals with the network of field and forest in the cadastre unit of Suchovršice and suggest to supplement the network of unpaved roads. In the theoretical part is summarized the history of the field and forest roads. Then there is a division of field and forest roads according to the relevant standards ČSN. Another section is devoted to maintenance events, repairs and reconstructions of field and forest roads. There are outlined the possibility of financing the construction of new roads. Follow a description of the most important objects on the field and forest paths. In the practical part is defined area of interest including the broader territorial relations. Then there are described the current field and forest roads in the area of interest, which were plotted to the map of road networks. This map is the result of performed detailed field research. On the basis of digitized map stable cadastre is described the road network in 1840. Due to the fact could be compared to road networks in two different time stages. The existing system of field and forest roads is evaluated. For ratings are calculated densities of both types of roads in the area of interest. The calculated density of the field and forest roads are assessed with an average density of roads in the Czech Republic. The density of field and forest roads in the selected area is higher than the national average. This can be explained by the type of relief which corresponds hilly land type. Overall, the number and length of roads is sufficient. However, density of forest haul routes is insufficinet. Problematic is also the technical condition of rural roads in the selected area. Based on the analysis of historical and current road network is designed to complement the rural roads within the land adjustment. Land adjustment just underway, and draft routes can be used to compile Plan of common facilities.

Pre-sowing seed treatment of sorghum for germination at stress conditions
Šourek, Petr ; Pazderů, Kateřina (advisor) ; Ludmila, Ludmila (referee)
Abstract Sorghum (Sorghum bicolor L. moench) is one of the most important food grain. But in the Czech republic is sorghum only alternative crop. It is an interesting alternative instead of maize not only like a food crop, but for feed animals and an energetic use. Germination of some seeds is inhibited various of factors, for one thing time of ripe, for one thing existence various inhibitors etc. For that reason is an effort adjust some seeds before sowing suitable methods. Seed hydratation is usualy method seed treatment before sowing in last years on many varietes of crops. Seed hydratation is perform like a methods for improvement seed properties of seed of sowing, primary for faster germination and growth and at the same time reduct minimal temperature for germination , sensitiveness to water stress and absence an oxygen at germination. The thesis deals with seed germination of sorghum (Sorghum bicolor (L.) Moench) in adverse (stress) conditions this time in water stress conditions. The aim of this thesis was to asses possibilites of influencing germination seed of sorghum (Sorghum bicolor (L.) Moench) in stress conditions. on rudimentthis research there were rate genotypes, they are resistance drought at germination. At the same time was review the best method of seed hydratations for better ressistance to drough at germination. For practise it was foun, that using this test it is possible to test germination in earlier conditions and determine based on find, which varietes is cultivate in this conditions.

Winter Density of House Sparrow in Different types of Rural Settlements along the Czech – Austria Border
Oberpfalzerová, Michaela ; Zasadil, Petr (advisor) ; Šmejdová, Lucie (referee)
From the point of view of the Czech Republic in the last 80 years we can specify two periods, which had a significant impact on the general character and development in agriculture. The first period can be traced to the 50s of the last century, in which the concentration of agricultural production headed towards to factory farming. The second one began at the beginning of the 90s. At that time a sharp downtown of animal production occurred and the sooner concentrated production began, after the regaining by previous owners, to erode into what it is today private agriculture. This thesis aims tocontribute to a confirmation of rejection of the hypothesis that the above described changes have a negative impact on the selected avian species. These species are represented by significantsynanthropic birds: house sparrow (which is a crucial representative in this thesis), tree sparrow and collared dove. Thirty municipalities were chosen to emphasize the differences in quantity of these species, half of them located on each side of the border with the Czech Republic and Austria. The comparison of quantities of bird populations took place in the surroundings of the cities Znojmo and Retz.In this thesis the Republic of Austria acts as a country which has not been burdened by a substantial economic development and which has applied the continuous market economy since the end of the Second World War. In the individual squares the numbers of the representatives of the studied species and the environmental characteristics were recorded during the winter period. The significant differences in the numbers of birds at selected locations were demonstrated using a multifactor ANOVA STATISTICA 12. Moreover, the impact of selected environmental variables on the abundance of observed species was also analysed. It was found that the selected species depend on an inclusion into the individual states as well as on a classification into various biotope types. Finally, the dependence on the area of trees and bushes, the proportion of new buildings and the presence of poultry in the square were also observed. The most numerous species in the Republic of Austria was the house sparrow, the most abundant species in the Czech Republic was the collared dove. A slight increase in the occurrence of the collared dove was recorded in both states. Tree sparrow as a species occurred in relatively large numbers, but only locally. It was found that the populationsof the above mentioned species were generally more numerous in the Austrian municipalities. An interesting fact is that most of the observed individuals in the Czech Republic occurred in village built-up areas rather than in agricultural premises, as it was initially estimated.

Mudrová, Marcela ; Toth, Daniel (advisor) ; Helena, Helena (referee)
The thesis aims to draft procedures for regional development. The goal is going to define standardized processes, which aim to take advantage of the activities of foreign investors in the Central Bohemia Region, these investment activities positively getting on the development of employment rate. The methodology includes the application of regression analysis in which is the explanatory variables, the volume of foreign direct investment (independent variable) and the dependent variable is the emplyment people who have permanent home in the Central Bohemia Region. To maintain the investment activity is necessary to create the local authorities suitable conditions for investors through guaranteed prices of commercial area. The assumption is that investor interest will be remain only in the event, that they gonna to be offered a guaranteed price of commercial area. The task for the public administration is in the interest of investors and the public interest. The result of regression analysis is, used to determine the optimal scope of commercial area offer.
