Environmental risks Assessment arising from the implementation and operation of biogas-stations
Onderková, Petra ; Keken, Zdeněk (advisor) ; Pavel, Pavel (referee)
Environmental pollution, natural resources consumption and global climate change have been threats for mankind since 21 century. In order to antedate environmental pollution in many countries of the world including The Czech Republic we use legislative tool as a process of influence of the environment EIA. Substitution of non-renewable energy sources for renewable ones may retard global climate change markedly. This thesis deals with analysis of specific biogas plants located in Moravian-Silesian region in relation to the environment and population. It means that it deals with biomass utilization as a renewable source of energy. Within EIA process, it assesses the unity rate between prediction, said in documentation, and the real state after implementation. As far as the population perspective is concerned, poeple assess great strength, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. Results of the research showed different perceptions of biogas before and after project implementation. The risk of discomfort housing (smell, increased traffic congestion, noise) threatens residents in older facilities where an EIA was not yet part of the legislation. The results also showed compliance with the information provided in the EIA documentation in relation to the population and the environment, and the state after realizing the plan of a biogas plant. The thesis brings us new information within post-project analysis, it shows us the importance of EIA process and publicity involvement into this process. Defining the specific effects of biogas plants by mutual cooperation between the investor and the public authorities can be achieved some functioning device with regard to population and environmental components.

Monitoring and protection of habitats nature trail Pustý rybník (Dymokury district)
Nouzovský, Petr ; Česká, Jana (advisor) ; Dana, Dana (referee)
The aim of the thesis was to perform mycological survey of the site with a focus on the incidence and inventory of rare and endangered species of macromycetes. They were also assessed anthropogenic influences that affect the value of the territory and selected habitats. It was the first comprehensive mycological site survey, which was conducted from 2011 to 2015. The Trail Pustý pond near Dymokury is a relic of medieval basic hornbeam with almost unscrupulous management. From the natural communities Carpinion the area include Quercus petraea, Quercus Robur, Carpinus betulus, Tilia cordata and Acer Campestre. Natural forest communities Carpinion provides a very strong and long-lasting mycorrhiza. Minority There exists also a natural Crataegus monogyna, Quercus petraea, Fraxinus excelsior and Alnus glutinosa. Unoriginal there is only a pioneer Betula pendula and before about 60-years ago planted vegetation Pseudotsuga menziessii. The result of mycological research, which began in spring 2011 and it was completed 31. 12. 2015 has been detected and reported the occurrence of 294 kinds of macromycetes. Of this total were found and documented 39 rare and endangered fungi. Of macromycetes, which are not protected, found and determined 27 Ascomycetes and 267 Basidiomycetes. Of law protected species in the study area has been detected in the following species: Boletus fechtneri (§1), Xerocomus moravicus (§1), Tuber aestivum (§1), Volvariella caesiotincta (§2), Otidea concinna (§2) and Russula alnetorum (§ 3), of the species were categorized into the Red list of Czech Republic fungi is one of the most important findings species: Boletus fuscoroseus (CR), Boletus rhodopurpureus (CR), Boletus satanas (NT) Rubinoboletus rubinus (NT), Hygrophorus persoonii (CR), Lactarius lacunarum (NT), Lactarius pterosporus (NT), Lactarius zonarius (VU), Amanita echinocephala (EN). In the second part the focus is on the evaluation of anthropogenic pressures and the overall management at the site, as well as to natural succession. Majority is focused on the aftercare of land depending on the occurrence of rare and protected species of fungi and plants, and to assess the monitored habitat at the site. Given the interesting transition boundaries in an otherwise coherent natural habitat, where they were found other rare species of fungi have been to several locations are measured and recorded pH of the soil. Photographic documentation, which is incorporated by reference and inventory taxa, which is listed in the results, it can be used as an opportunity to re-create the old and dark educational boards on the surveyed area, as well as may be used to create small-scale protected area. Exsiccata have so far been kept as a resource in the private herbaria author. This thesis summarizes five years mycological study of the site in question strictly and justifies the use of the most appropriate management with regard to the occurrence of rare and protected species of fungi.

New API uses splitting method for input XML document to smaller ones and querying performs on these smaller XML documents. Finally, using a set of experiments the newly proposed API is compared with the existing ones.

Mapování znalostí v organizaci
Nožička, Josef ; Jirků, Petr (advisor) ; Říhová, Zora (referee) ; Mikulecký, Peter (referee)
Search for the knowledge within big companies could become pain not only for knowledge seekers, but as well for knowledge managers in case they want a solution, that reflects well actual state of knowledge of a company, allows discovering emerging areas of knowledge and at the same time its maintenance does not require huge amounts of effort. This doctoral thesis starts by a comprehensive analysis of needs of expertise location of current company, description of theoretical backgrounds, related approaches and fundamental directions in expertise location, analyses their advantages and disadvantages and on the ground of this analysis presents a new expertise location technique that tries to avoid disadvantages of current expertise location systems by keeping their advantages. The technique is designed to respect the needs of effective knowledge management within a company, which main assets are their employees, their knowledge reflected in unstructured documents they produce as a part of their daily work. Described knowledge mapping technique analyses document publication history of company members and proposes various measures to asses and characterize their knowledge. The implementation of the knowledge mapping technique allows its direct usage (as an expert search engine) as well as its own evaluation (validity of search engine results). The efficiency of proposed measures on various types of document sources (project directories/versioning repositories/etc.) and within various dimension configurations (current/overall knowledge search) is evaluated by the practical evaluation method introduced within the thesis. The evaluation took place in the environment of a middle-sized software company allowing seeing directly a practical usability of the expertise location technique. The results of the evaluation are presented not only in statistical form, but in a form of suggestions of how to implement the model on various document sources within the company. The results suggest that described knowledge mapping technique is a viable approach in expertise location.
