Prokorátová, Vendula ; Kubík, Štěpán (advisor) ; Vynikalová, Lucie (referee)
Reintroduction process, often also called repatriation, restoration of populations of a certain species in areas where this specie was toner occurred. This work is focused on the evaluation of reintroduction, including problems that accompany it and its history. For succesfull renew of the population shall the reintroduction program have three phases. First of them is the reintroduction efore the surfy and the preparation phase. Following phase is the achal lunch of the species into to wild and final phase of reintroduction project is the follow-up care and monitoring. Reintroduction program should always involve experts from various disciplines and not only in science but also in sociology and specialists to communicate with the public. The success is also given by the cosi of these projects. Problems associated with re-introductions are several. Important thing is to select appropriate species for reintroduction which is not easy especially because of public opinion. Professional basis for the selection of species is the Red book but public opinion is in reintroduction programs very important and can be decisive. Attractive species get preference from the public view especially mammals and birds. Furthermore there are examples of successful reintroduction in the world in this work. The main par is focused on individual species of vertebrates which are relaesed into the wild in the Czech Republic: Ground squirrel Spermophilus citellus, Lyns Lynx Linch and Ural owl Strix uralensis. Each of these species is described in detail and it also includes conservation activities and cause sof Langer or extincting of species. Some organizations which are dealing with emergency programs in particular are also briefly mentioned.

The Attitude of nurses to introduction of nursing process into the practice
KOTKOVÁ, Michaela
Abstract The attitude of nurses to implementing new nursing process methods into practice The contemporary modern health care philosophy stemming from the recommendations of the WHO ( World Health Organization), the ICN ( International Council of Nurses) and the EU (European Union) aims to specify the roles of a nurse and show the direction for a quality education of the medical staff and an individualized nursing care focused on patients´ needs. The nursing process has been changing constantly and it is necessary to introduce new methods into practice. The nursing process is a series of mutually connected activities done for the benefit of the patients and in collaboration with them if it is possible. The results of individual steps are recorded in the patient´s medical history which is substantial for this methodology. Nowadays, in majority of health care facilities in the Czech Republic the nursing process is an integral part of their care. The objective of this thesis was to find out nurses´ approach to the method and also whether they have enough knowledge to implement the method into practice. The results of the quantitative research by the questionnaire method I have conducted show that nurses´ attitudes to the modern nursing method have been changing favourably. They do not perceive the method to be annoying but they see it as a method that can help them better cope with their duties. I set several hypotheses. The hypothesis IV - nurses agree that the method enables to discover the patient´s real troubles better {--} was confirmed. The hypothesis V {--} nurses agree that the method enables to discover the patient´s potential troubles better {--} was also confirmed. On the other hand nurses still insist that the new nursing process brings about more paperwork {--} the hypothesis II proved to be correct. Nurses working in standard units in the hospital in Frýdek-Místek consider the new method more encumbering due to more paper handling. According to the data obtained by using the questionnaire method, nurses have enough theoretical knowledge on the nursing process. Only two questions asking about phases of the method were given false answers. Thus it is possible to conclude that nurses are well informed about the principles of the nursing process. Thereby the hypothesis VI was rejected - it supposed that nurses in standard units in the hospital in Frýdek -Místek did not have enough information on the new nursing process. The results of the research show that nurses agree with implementation of the methods into the nursing process. 57% nurses agree that the new nursing process will bring about a better care for patients, 54% nurses agree with implementation of the nursing process into practice. The hypothesis I - nurses working in the hospital in Frýdek Místek agree with implementation of the new nursing process methods into practice - proved to be correct. Also the hypothesis III - nurses are sure that new methods implementation will make for a better nursing care - was correct. A nurse is the key-person in the nursing process. To fulfill her crucial role it is necessary for her to be concerned with the new nursing process methods.

Changes in wetlands - change trajectories, causes
Brašna, Vlastimil ; Skaloš, Jan (advisor) ; Josef, Josef (referee)
This thesis analyzes the historical development of wetlands in corn production areas in Moravia, Czech Republic. Wetlands were analyzed changes in time and space for a period of 180 years. The main objective is to analyze the development of wetland habitats in the landscape using old maps, aerial photographs and GIS. The bases were of the Imperial Imprints of the Stable cadastre from the first half of the 19th century and contemporary orthophoto. There were also used GIS layers of the current location of wetlands, farmland, forests, rivers and waterways. In historical documents were evaluated by two categories 1) wet meadows and 2) swamps and marshes. In the current surface are only evaluated wetlands. The total area is 18054 ha. The area of wetlands dramatically decreased from 108 ha in the first half of the 19th century on 14 ha in 2015. Most of the wetlands have been converted to agricultural land - arable land (72 %), meadows and pastures (12 %). Wetlands succession was transformed to bushes (5,4 %). There was 5 % of the deaths of wetlands built and drained. Most wetlands have been transformed due to the pressure on the production function of the landscape in order to get more food. In the first half of the 19th century it was dominated by wet meadows, they had 684 ha. Despite the disappearance of a large part of the wetlands created new wetlands, which have 12.4 hectares. Most newly created wetlands are located in the cadastral area of Mutěnice. Only one wetland (1.68 ha) remained unchanged, located in cadastral Čejč. This wetland had a history of more land (25.15 hectares) and has been linked with Čejčské Lake. The main result of this work is to determine the trajectories of development of wetland ecosystems in the lowlands of Moravia. Descriptions of these trajectories have contributed to understanding influences on the development of wetlands. Results wetlands contribute to the development of knowledge in the field of landscape ecology. The results can be used to restore extinct wetlands and creation of new wetlands in the historic wet meadows. The information obtained can be used in landscape planning with regard to the protection and management of wetlands.

Suchardová, Lucie ; Urbancová, Hana (advisor) ; Lenka, Lenka (referee)
This diploma thesis is focused on the management of educational process in a particular organization. Knowledge, skills and abilities of employees are often the only source of company's competative advantage. Therefore, the issue of employees' education is becoming the key topic of company's management. The main goal of this work is to identify and evaluate the educational system in the settings of the DIAMO organization, a state owned company, its subsidiary plant of Mining and Refining, and in case of finding of possible problems to suggest the appropriate measures and changes in the educational process. This is achieved by the analysis of the company's internal documents, quantitative survey plus qualitative research performed in the form of interviews with the managers. The result of this procedure is the finding of existence of the systematic, repetative and effective educational process, whereas the eployees' attitude is predominantly positive. On the other hand, weeknesses are seen in the absence of some thematic areas of education, in some employees, who consider further education unnecessary, and in the fact that the key empoyees reach retirement age, and with their departure the company loses valuable skills and know-how. On the basis of these findings there has been suggested regular professional excursions for employees, improvement of internal motivation of employees to education via the individual approach of managers towards each worker, and securing the continuing of know-how by sharing the knowledge among the different groups of employees.
