Pharmacists tend to be part of multidisciplinar teams, they help with decisions concerning therapy of the patient, monitoring, participating in the detection of DRPs and by that helping increase effect and safety of pharmacotherapy. Aim: The aim of the theoretical part of this thesis is to cteate summary of DRPs which occurs in antidepressant drug group, ATC N06A, and classify these problems using PCNE V5.01 classification. The aim of the practical part of this thesis is to detect DRPs in healthcare facility, classify these DRPs using PCNE V5.01 classification and asses their relevance and acceptance of interventions made by clinical pharmacist. The aim of this thesis was to analyze the administration of drugs to patients hospitalized by nurses in one of four studied health facilities in the South Bohemia region in the surgical, internal medicine and aftercare wards. Methods: This diploma thesis is part of an observational-interventional study, in years 2020- 2023. Observations took place in internal medicine, surgery and aftercare wards. Collection of data was held from 23th May to 26th May 2022 by a multidisciplinary team made up of a pharmacist and a nurse by direct observation method. A study looking at this issue reports that the most common errors occur when a nurse administers medicines in a healthcare facility. Aim: The aim of the thesis is to monitor medication errors of nurses during the preparation and administration of medication to patients and to analyse the prevalence of medication errors, determine their type, their relationship to other influencing factors, and their severity with respect to the patient's condition. As a consequence of this fact, an ever-increasing incidence of medication errors can be expected. Medication errors and the resulting adverse events can have adverse consequences for the patient and, consequently, for the entire healthcare system. The aim of this study was to analyse the whole process of drug administration by nurses in inpatient wards in a South Bohemian hospital. Methods: This thesis is part of an ongoing research project involving the Faculty of Pharmacy of Charles University. Observing and analyzing this process provide information about medication administration errors and the factors influencing them. As a result of observational findings, we can create interventions to improve the administration process. Aim: The aim of this work was to describe and analyze medication administration errors in a healthcare facility. Methods: The direct observation method was used for observation. Data collection took place in three departments (surgery, neurology, follow-up care) in 2021 and 2022. In both years, collection took place in each department on 3 consecutive days. Morning, midday and evening medication administration was monitored. An electronic database was used for recording. The diploma thesis presents a proposal for the implementation of basic security measures in a medical facility. In addition to describing the specific managerial and technical measures that the hospital must implement, the thesis also includes an information strategy and a proposal for building security awareness of the hospital staff. The thesis also describes the creation of a set of security guidelines, including a compliance manual with the Cybersecurity Decree.

The goal of this master's thesis was to analyze the drug administration by nurses to the patients hospitalized in the internal, surgical or aftercare wards in one of four health facilities in the South Bohemian region with an emphasis on medication errors and their prevention. Methods: This is a part of an extensive observational and intervention study, which is conducted between years 2020-2023. The thesis demonstrates the data acquired by a direct observation of drug administration to the hospitalized patients from 19th to 25th July 2021. The aim of this master´s thesis is to elaborate the project documentation of a new-built medical facilty for building permit, in the cadaster area of Prostějov. The building has six medical offices with facilities, pharmacy with the production of drugs and X-ray equipment. The building is simply-shaped, with two aboveground floors. The vertical loadbearing structures are designed from sand-lime blocks. The building is insulated by a ETICS with ventilated facade with green facade. The horizontal loadbearing structures and the staircase are designed from reinforced cast-in-place prefabricated parts. The concept of flat roof is an extensive green roof. The building is heated by gas condensing boiler. The building uses photovoltaics to produce electricity for save non-renewable resources. The building is ventilated using mechanical ventilation. In the third part, an assessment of water management was performed. The project was processed in ArchiCAD and Lumion.
