Guesthouse Noiva

The subject of this diploma thesis is the design of a new building in the center of Český Těšín - an accommodation and recreational facility called Penzion Noiva. The guesthouse will provide not only accommodation for up to 36 people, but also the wellness center and the restaurant. In terms of construction, it is a free-standing building with two above-ground floors, ground floor, basement and two terraces. On the ground floor there is a lounge, a restaurant and its facilities, the director's office and a hall with a reception adjacent to the main entrance. The main entrance to the building is oriented to the west, where there is also an entrance to the restaurant terrace. The first and second floors contain 14 double rooms and two four-bed suites with kitchenettes. The basement is divided into two parts. One part of the basement contains the wellness center with saunas and a relaxation room. The other part serves as a technical background of the building where there are locker rooms for the staff, storerooms, and air conditioning rooms. The access to the basement for the staff is provided by a side staircase and a lift for staff. All floors are connected by a main staircase with a lift. The building foundations are made of strip foundations. The external wall of the above-ground floors and ground floor is designed from Porotherm ceramic blocks. The basement external wall is built of concrete blocks. Porotherm ceramic blocks also form the internal loadbearing and non-loadbearing masonry. The floor structures are designed as cast-in-place reinforced slabs. The roofing of the building consists of a warm flat roof with a parapet wall, and the screed to fall is made of thermal insulation. The terrace is located on the part of the roof, which is designed as a green roof. Balconies with aluminum railings containing glass balustrade are designed from reinforced concrete slabs.
Kindergarten

The subjekt of this diploma thesis is design and project documentation of a kindergarten in city Jihlava. New building is situated in the western part of the city HorníKosov. The kindergarten is designed for preschool education 48 children from 3 to 7 years. The building is without cellar. The building has two floors. In the 1st floor there are two separate classes with sanitary facilities and facilities for teachers. Two separate classes have a common dining room with kachen facilities and sanitary facilities for her employees. In the second floor there is lenguage class for 12 children, storage, directors office, office of speech therapy and sanitary facilities. The object is base on concrete foundation strips. The vertical load-bearing constructions are made of ceramics bricks. The walls are insulated with combination of contact thermal insulation system and ventilated facade with facade cladding of cement-bonded particle board. Ceiling construction is made of prestressed hollow-core slabs. Roof construction over single-storey parts of the building is designed as a vegetation flat roof. Roof construction over the two-storey part of the building is designed as a warm flat roof. Next to the object is situated parking slots for cars. Altogether is designed 13 places, which 1 is designed for disabled people.
House on a slope

The subject of the bachelor thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for building a house on a slope. It is an object with one basement and two above-ground floors. The family house is one apartment unit for a family of four. Vertical structures are made of Ytong. The peripheral basement wall adjacent to the soil is made of reinforced concrete. Ceiling structures are reinforced concrete. The roof is sloping double-skin with a slope of 30 °. The supporting structure of the sloping roof is formed by the Ytong system. The house is based on reinforced concrete strip foundations. The drawing part was processed in Allplan.
Production hall MONTGAS - realization of the gross substructure

The bachelor thesis deals with the realization of the gross substructure of the new production hall of the company MONTGAS a.s. in Hodonín on the street U Kyjovky. Part of this technological phase is the realization of earthworks, driven gravel FRANKI piles, driven reinforced concrete FRANKI piles, cast-in-place reinforced concrete foundation pads, sills and strip foundations, soil slab, base layers and reinforced concrete floors of the building including steel fibre reinforced concrete slab and cast-in-place reinforced concrete structure of the paint shop inside the production hall. It also includes damp proof layer and insulation of foundation structures. The content of this work is the technology of earthworks and all piles in the form of technological regulation. Construction costs are calculated in an itemized budget from student version of the BUILDpowerS software with a bill of quantities. The schedule is drawn up in the form of a schedule from student version of the CONTEC software. Plans are in place to ensure both quality and safety during construction.
Implementation of Subtructure of family house in Třebíč - Nové Město

This bachelor thesis focuses on a technological phase of laying foundations of a detached house using drilled micropiles. The foundation features in the given location are complicated because of thick layer of construction debris. The condition of sufficient load-bearing capacity of subsoil is fulfilled first by the deeper maternal rock. The main aims of the thesis are to prepare technological procedure for earthworks and for application of micropiles, to solve construction logistics, to plan financial and time aspects, to propose machinery, to inspect quality of building process and finally to guarantee safety while working.
Kindergarten

The subject of this diploma thesis is design and project documentation of a kindergarten in Velké Pavlovice. It is a separately standing structure with two floors and partial basement located in slightly sloping terrain. The building is constructed of sand-lime blocks with contact thermal insulation, supported by strip foundations. Ceiling construction is made of prestressed hollow-core slabs. This object is roofed by a simple, flat, extensive roof. This kindergarten is designed for 40 children divided into two sections which are located right in the 1st floor together with food delivery. The technical room is in the basement. The common room, multipurpose classroom and headquarters are situated on the 2nd floor. Disposition is proposed in accordance with operation of kindergarten.
Sports Centre

This Diploma thesis „Sports centre“ was made as a documentation for a building construction. The object of the sports centre is designed for 337 people and consists of two above-ground floors sports hall itself and joined one above-ground floor restaurant. It is detached building. Building is designed in slightly sloping terrain. The sports centre is located on the outskirts of city named Odry, within walking distance of residential buildings. The sports hall is divided into sections for athletes and referees, part for employees and parts for the public. The restaurant has own entrance from the western side of the building and is functionally connected to sports hall. The restaurant is further divided into units for the public and for the staff. The construction system of the sports hall is made of a prefabricated skeletal system based on baseplaces and a filling wall on the strip foundations, the restaurant is only bricked and based on the base on the strip foundations.
Detached house with project office

The subject of this bachelor’s thesis is a newly bulit family house with a design office. The building consists of two main parts. Both parts have its own entrance and are not interconnected. The first part of the building, a two storey family house, is designed for a family of four. The design office is a single-storey building intended for 6 employees and an owner of the building. The structure is based on strip foundations made of plain concrete. The walls and ceilings are made of the Heluz system. The perimeter walls are insulated with ETICS mineral wool insulation composite system. The building has a flat roof with an asphalt waterproofing system.
Rebuilding of family house at vacant lot

Project documentation addresses the single-family house. It is a terraced houses.The building has three floors. House is a no basement with flat roof and shed roof. The structural system consists of a vertical brick wall of ceramic bricks and reinforced concrete columns. Ceilings, beams and ceramic inserts. The roof is asingle casing. The construction is based on strip foundations and footings.
Static provision of castle

The aim of this final thesis was static protection for castle in Miroslavské Knínice. It was necessary to explore several respects and find signs of violation. Next analyze and propose suitable assurance of individual parts. Separe into the stages of construction and to consider the proposal in terms of ensuring the resistance of materials. Finally create a detailed documentation in the range suitable for performance. Based on engineering geology and visual survey was designed horizontal bracing prestressing cables at three levels. The first level "A" consists of a closed circuit of prestressed reinforced concrete passports, supplemented by the cross and construction of prestressed reinforced concrete passports. Next level "B,C" is used to secure the top of the building. Levels “B,C” are proposed using prestressed cable in spare cable channels.
