The aim of the bachelor’s work is a composition of project documentation for the construction building of apartment building. The object is situated on the cadastral area of Slavkov u Brna on plot number 354/147. The apartment building is designed as separated, partition in three parts. Four storey part without basement and two parts with basement. There are ten apartment units. To each apartment unit belong one basement cellar. There is one parking area with fifteen parking places in total. The building stands on foundation strips. The construction system of the object is wall system. External walls are made of Porotherm brick blocks with thermal insulation from mineral wool. The inside vertical load-bearing constructions are made of acoustic brick blocks with mortar pockets. The horizontal load-bearing constructions are made of reinforced concrete slabs. The building is roofed with single layer flat roof.

The subject of the diploma thesis is the processing of a selected part of the project documentation for the construction of kindergartens. The proposed building is located in the town of Hrochův Týnec. The entrance to the building is designed from the north side. The plot is flat and has parking spaces for 19 cars. It is a two-story, partially basement building, in which a total of 4 classes are designed. Staff facilities and a kitchen are also designed on the first above-ground floor. The building's technical facilities and storage areas are located in the basement. The building is based on foundation belts made of simple concrete. The structural system of the proposed building is wall-based. All vertical structures in the above-ground floors are designed from ceramic fittings. The exception is the perimeter masonry in the basement, which is designed as monolithic reinforced concrete. The horizontal supporting structures are made of monolithic reinforced concrete slabs. The connecting structure in the building is a reinforced concrete staircase. The roof is designed as a flat vegetated roof with extensive greenery. The building is insulated using a certified ETICS contact insulation system. The appearance of the building consists of a combination of white facade paint and facade cladding made of resin-cement panels to imitate wood, which is chosen in the shade of golden oak.

Object is situated on the cadastral area of Město Žďár, number of builing plot is 1333. Builing plot is locate in bulit-up area. Terain is sloping. In the apartment building there are 4 above-ground floor and 1 below-ground floor. In the below-groun floor there are situated garrage standing, storage spaces and technical spaces. In the above-ground floor there are situated flats. Structural system of this builing is wall system. External wall be composed of vertically performe block Heluz. Object have a external thermal insulation, fasade is ventiletid with cladding of fibre-cement board Cembrit. Floor structure is designed as a cast-in-place two way reinforced slab. Staircase and lift shaft are designet as cast-in-place reinforced contstruction too. Roofing of objekt is composed of flat roof. Floor construction are designed as floating floor.

The theme of this bachelor thesis is realization of project documentation for new apartment building. The main aim is development of apartment building in Čejkovice, which will house four family with children. There are four maisonette flats, two of the have 5+KK disposition, garage and shared technical room. Two apartments are 4+KK, garage and shared technical room. The Building is designed as masoned with ceramic bricks HELUZ, based on the concrete strip foundation. Roof is designed as a roof truss made from collar beam system. Clay tile roofing Wienerberger is used as roof covering while the roof itself is pithched at 35°. The Ceiling above 1NP is designed as monolithic reinforced concrete slab 250mm thick. Staircase that leads to 2NP is designed as a wooden with wooden steps.

In the above-ground floor there are situated flats. Structural system of this builing is wall system. External wall be composed of vertically performe block Vapis. Object have a external contact thermal insulation Etics, fasade is made of mineral fiber – insulated of stone. Floor structure is designed as a cast-in-place two way reinforced slab and one way reinforced slab. Staircase are designet as cast-in-place reinforced contstruction too. Roofing of objekt is composed of double skinned roof. Floor construction are designed as floating floor.

In my diploma thesis I drafted a layout of a medical facility of emergency care in the town Kravaře. I focus on a choice of an appropriate structural design and processing of the design documentation for the construction in accordance with the laws, bylaws and the technical standard. The building is a standalone three stories building without cellar and with a flat roof. There are 16 medical units, a pharmacy and an optician. The construction is based on reinforced concrete foundation slab and walled with sand-lime blocks. The ceiling is constructed from cast-in-place reinforced slab. The façade is made of combination of ventilated façade with fibre-cement board paneling, insulation system and a glazed area with sunscreen. The construction is roofed with a warm flat roof. The openings in the external walls are designed as aluminum infills.
Apartment building on a sloped site

The aim of my master's thesis is a project of a new apartment building on a sloped site at a level of the documentation for the structure realization. The building is partly basement with four above-ground floor. Individual floors up recede and are roofed with flat roofs. The structural system of the basement part is made up of permanent shuttering and the above-ground part is made up wall of cross laminated timber construction panels KLH. The project of the building is in accordance with the development plan of Kopřivnice and with the current street built. The work puts great emphasis on layout including security of the construction in terms of statics, architecture, energy savings and safety at utilizing the structure.

The subject of my diploma thesis is the design of a home for the elderly, a home with a special regime in the form of project documentation for the construction. The house is designed as stand-alone and wheelchair accessible. The building is partly basement, with four above-ground floors. On the first floor there are social and operational spaces of the home for seniors and there is also commercial use. The other above-ground floors include individual client rooms and operational background. The construction system of the whole building is a transverse wall. The building is based on concrete foundation. The external wall is made of clay block and the floor structure is made of cast-in-place reinforced slab. Basement loadbearing masonry is monolithic reinforced concrete. The staircase is a monolithic reinforced concrete and a lift is in the mirror of the staircase. The object is roofed with warm flat roof. Other part of this thesis is an assessment of building physics and fire safety requirements.

The subject of bachelor thesis is the composition of project documentation of an apartment building at edge of city Bučovice. Apartment building is four-storey building without a basement and is detached building on almost flat terrain, consisting of several parcels, on the cadastral unit of Bučovice. The object is connected to the local road on the north side of the property. Between the object and the communication is parking for the user object, which has 17 parking spaces. The ground floor is divided into the dwelling unit and the technical facilities. Other storeys are divided into the two dwelling units and these units have balconies. The walls are composed of aerated concrete blocks YTONG, in combination with an acoustic internal sand-lime blocks and are based on concrete foundation strips. The celling is reinforced light-weight clay concrete LIASTROP. The floors are heavy floating. The roof is green warm flat roof. The whole object is insulated with contact thermal instulation from mineral isolation MULTIPOR and expanded polystyrene. The drawing part was drawn in AutoCAD.
Kidsgarden

This thesis solves the desing documentation for implementation of kidsgarden. The land is situated in the village Kramolna. Land is oriented to the southwest. The kidsgarden is detached as two-store building without basement. In kidsgarden there are designed three departments for children´s stay and multipurpose hall. The total projected number of children is 60. The building is founded on footings and covered with a flat roof. The building project is completed in accordance with layout, architecture and structural design and safety in use.
