Human in photograph in a leisure pedagogy

The bachelor's thesis deals with the growth of interest in creative activities within photography. The theoretical part deals with the concept of leisure, which is divided into subsections on leisure pedagogy, interest, animation and the leisure educator. It then focuses on the history of photography in the 20th century and the relationship between photography and leisure. It further discusses the portrait, which was a central theme for human photography, and photographing it in the natural light of a window, outdoors, or with studio artificial lighting. The practical part is devoted to an educational project that was organized in three photographic blocks in DDM with children aged 10-13. The method sheets describe the realized blocks including the theme, task, educational goals, motivation, technique, material, time allocation, course of the activity, assessment and reflection of the realized activity.

The bachelor's thesis Portrait Art in the Work of Egon Schiele is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part describes the important stages of life and cultural environment that influenced Egon Schiele. It also focuses on his selected artistic work, with an emphasis on portrait and self-portrait. The practical part is based on the findings of the first part, follows the self-portrait of Egon Schiele and tries to get inspiration in his distinctive style and technique. The aim of the practical part is a cycle of the bachelor's thesis author's self-portraits , accompanied by sketch material.

This bachelor thesis consists of a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part is divided into four chapters. The first chapter focuses on the basic characteristics of portraiture in the history of art. The chapture describes selected artistic directions and their characteristic properties associated with portraiture. The next chapture focuses on the life of the last lords of Rosenberg - William and Petr Vok. The third chapture deals with Kratochvíle chateau, its appearance and history from the beginning of construction to the present. The last chapture deals with the topic of visually impaired people. This chapture outlines the issue of using compensatory aids - such as haptic models for these individuals. The aim of practical part of this bachelor thesis was to create haptic models for the blind and visually impaired by portraits William and Petr Vok from Rosenberg. Both models will be part of the exhibitions at Kratochvíle chateau.

Annotation: The diploma thesis deals with the phenomenon of the portrait family galleries in the Czech Republic. Thanks to using the example of two important collections - Lobkowicz and Kolowrat, it will be shown how the ancestral portrait galleries were created, what was their significance. The thesis will focus on the evaluation of their installation, and their current state will be discussed as well. The thesis will also focus on the manner and form of presentation of individual works of these family galleries and will try to place them in a broader European context. It will be pointed out both to the client of the works, as well as the painters of portraits. The aims of the thesis will also be to evaluate in which spatial contexts the galleries were located and what representative role they played. Bachelor thesis The Picture of Woman in Portrait Photography in Magazine Letem světem in 1927 and 1937 examines different images of women in the picture magazine Letem světem. Using visual analysis methods, the thesis compares pictures of a woman as a mother, a housewife, a sex symbol, a worker or a sportswoman in 1927 and 1937. In the theoretical part, it explains the origins and success of picture magazines including the magazine Letem světem in political and media context of the time. In the second part, it describes various methods of portrait photography in the First Czechoslovak Republic, attitudes to the photographic process and, of course, contemporary female visual stereotypes used in the magazine contents and advertisements. The aim of this work is also to show differences between the image of a woman in the magazine and her real social and legal status and living conditions of the time, described in the first part of the thesis.

Ondřej Sýkora ABSTRACT: The purpose of this bachelory diploma is to present portrait photography as well as valuable masterpiece, which helps the Czech Republic police department to identify people. Nowadays the portrait photography is perceived by society as a fashion artistic issue and posibility how to preserve the family memories. A good photographer shouldn't have only esthetical feeling but should be patient, accurate and has a professional education in making portrait photography with the strictly determined conditions. A part of thesis is about the origin and history of portrait photo and its utilization as a masterpiece, as well as problems when the artistic portrait photography is changed to documentary photo for social utilization. Another part of thesis pays attention to problems of making the three-parts photo and its utilization to identify people. The final part of thesis is focused on value of portrait photography and how the portrait photography affects on a spectator and affects in esthetic way. Martin Šárovec's Private Metamorphosis

The thesis focus on the Czech contemporary painter Martin Šárovec (*1977). His art expression oscillates between expressionism and realism. He is interested in painting the human face, which under an influence of postmodern media culture mutates into different and sometimes scary portraits of today's society. He paints grotesque, psychedelic and labile snapshots with emptied icons of contemporary pop-culture. The thesis tries to find out the artist's life and art sources that reflects in his paintings. It also puts his work into the context of the Czech contemporary art.
