The theoretical part time describes the foundations necessary to develop a business plan. The analytical part focuses on analysis an marketing research. The last proposal part includes the proposal of the business plan for successful establishment of a company.

Faktory ovlivňující počet podniků v zemích v EU

The diploma thesis is solving a business environment and an influence of factors on the number of enterprises in countries in the EU. There is characterized business environment and some of the indicators representing its quality in theoretical part. There is created one main model which is solving the influence of factors on numbers of companies on an inhabitant in practical part. This model is based on a multidimensional regression analysis and there is used a method of ordinary least squares (method OLS). There are also formulated partial models according to a legal form, numbers of employees and newly created companies. The statistical data, which are related to companies and are used in diploma thesis, are chosen for a year 2014. The main objective is to determine which of chosen factors have an influence on the number of companies in member countries of the EU. The results are compared with the business environment quality indicators.

The diploma thesis is focused on clarification of tax evasion, shadow economics, measurement methods and possibilities of their reduction. The attention is also aimed at the topic of electronic records of sales, their main models, legislative adjustments and major reasons of implementation in the Czech Republic and selected countries. The aim of the thesis is examination of impact on individual countries based on the tax revenues, the number of business entities and the price level. Then the individual findings are evaluated and compared.

This diploma thesis deals with the establishment of a business entity, and at the same time provides an insight and methodology of the process of compiling a business plan and its application in everyday practice. At the very beginning of the work are characterized individual terms from the business environment and literature background. The following part of the diploma thesis focuses on the analysis of the business environment in which the newly established entity will do business. In the very conclusion, on the basis of analyses and findings, individual proposals and recommendations are set for how to compile a business plan.

Cílem této bakalářské práce je analyza ekosystémů, které jsou nejen domovem úspěšnych firem, ale také podporují vznik a růst startupovych firem. Tato práce rovněž zahrnuje manuál obsahující užitečné informace pro nezkušené podnikatele, které jim umožní pochopit základní myšlenky spojené se založením firmy. V poslední části jsou zmíněna některá místa v brněnském regionu, která podporují nebo napomáhají startupovym firmám. Obsah manuálu je založen na autorovych praktickych zkušenostech ze startapového prostředí a z různych akcí pořádanych pro začínající podnikatele.

This bachelor's theses deals with analysis of the entrepreneurial environment of the company ALBO okna - dveře, s.r.o. . With the help of SWOT analysis, passportisation and Porter's analysis of five rival companies an analysis of the entrepreneurial environment, in which the company ALBO okna - dveře, s.r.o. is situated, will be carried out. This theses also comprises the evaluation of opportunities and risks resulting from the given entrepreneurial environment.

Analýza vybraných faktorů regionálního rozvoje

The aim of this thesis is to analyze the impact of the companies, located in the de-fined area, on the development of this area (region), focusing on the factor of in-dustry structure and companies size. Impact of companies size is studied on socioeconomic indicators: GDP, unemployment and average salary. SMEs have been identified as an important factor for regional development. In order to make specific provision in terms of regional policies were created clusters based on the similarity of regions. Further was studied the development of sectors over time in terms of GDP and the number of people employed in South Moravian Region. Analysis of dependency and concentration were performed. The work includes assessment of business environment, which were evaluated by using the proposed model. An applied model showed that the best environment for business is in the Moravian-Silesian Region.

Změny v postavení zemědělského podniku v rámci agrobyznysu

Changes in the status of the agricultural company within the agribusiness. Brno, 2016. Diploma thesis. Mendel University, Superviser of thesis Ing. Ivo Zdráhal, Ph.D. This Diploma thesis characterizes substantive and structural changes in a agricultural company, active in primary production sector in the Czech Republic. In its individual parts it focuses not only on theoretical background related to the creation and shaping of today s agribusiness sector, but especially in its main section effectively declares the development of structural changes in the management of company. The thesis is processed in the form of case study, which under the terms of knowledge of the theoretical basis of forming the current agribusiness developments were examined in a company in a specific period of time. For effective reflexes were selected as the most important indicators, which are represented by crop rotation surfaces, per hectare yields and expenses, realized prices and average prices in the territory of both the Czech Republic and the territory of neighbouring states. As a commodity for which individual parameters were examined, three were selected crop (wheat, rapeseed, sugar beet) and one animal (milk). In addition to detailed analysis of these articles this thesis sets itself a goal of understanding the production ways which modern agricultural companies are going especially the form of investment construction of biogas stations, composting plant, Etc. Financial analysis in the separate chapter reflets economics of the development which has also been taken under the consideration Finally, the thesis focuses on the involvement of selected company Hanácká zemědělská společnost Jevíčko a. s. to a holding structure under the maternal company AGRO 2000 s. r. o. and on the influence the above mentioned indicators by this acquisition.

Comparison of startup ecosystem in Slovakia and in Czech republic

This master thesis deals with the comparison of startup ecosystems in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The goal is to discover which of these two countries has more developed startup ecosystem. The first chapter aims to define startup and illustrates its importance and development in both countries. The second chapter analyzes the characteristic of startup ecosystem, startup financing and supporting institutions in the 2 countries. The final chapter contains a comparison of the startup ecosystems in both countries based on my research.
