Rebcová, Anna ; Novotná, Magdalena (advisor) ; Fulková, Marie (referee)
Preliminary work: Student's professional identity focused on Primary Education in conjunction with personality development are the main topic of the thesis. The author would processed through authors' work called "My Cosmos, Your Cosmos, Our Universe" where she would utilise such methods of the Artographic investigation, by which she would reflect herself, her relationships with people that surround her, among other things it has influence on herself as well as on her path to teaching. In her opinion, the cosmos (or the universe) is closely related to space-time, but mainly to those other metaphorical universes of people around. Another influence could be seen in a fate that could characterise the actual realisation of a set of individual universes itself, which for its ever increasing variety is the same authentic, autonomous universe in which she could see the main purpose. The basis for the creative work and its interpretation would be Conceptual Art, Visual Anthropology and Visual Culture with an emphasis on authenticity (artistic) testimony in relation to his / her position in the social field and contemporary collaborative art. Experiential Games as a Stimulus of Philosophical Dialogue - Theoretical Analysis
BACHTJAN, Pavel
Experiental Games as a Stimulus of a Philosophical Dialogue. This work focuses on the evaluation of the use of experiential games as a means of inducing a philosophical dialogue, namely in the philosophy program with children. In its first part, the leisure time phenomenon is briefly represented as a space in which activities, that can fill the children's leisure time, are performed. The second part focuses on the definition of the term "play" and opens the view of outdoor education from a set of methods and approaches. It develops a view of the issues of education through experience and subsequent reflection. The theoretical layer of the problem is represented here by the models of experiential learning, which represent the initial framework for naming the basic principles that we can draw from the concept of experiential games. The conclusion of the second part of the thesis deals with overlaps of the experience game and indicates the possibility of further utilization and thematic continuation in the level of follow-up activity. The third part focuses on the concept of philosophy with children, the methods used, the optimal conditions for the development of the activity of the community of inquiry and, last but not least, the contribution in the form of personal development of the individual participants, as well as the development of the whole group together. In this context, the work reflects Kolb's model of experiential learning, puts it in touch with the observational style of learning, and also mentions the sociocognitive concept of A. Bandura. The conclusion of the third part deals with the overlaps of both concepts, analyzes the identical elements and the differences between them. On the theoretical level, it evaluates whether the two concepts contain framework agreement and whether they will achieve a positive appreciation effect through their interconnection.
Youth Training in Dukla Praha Football Club
ŠVEC, Martin
The main research objective of this thesis is to determine how the intentions of educational activities carried out by the football club correspond with observable reality. The theoretical section of the thesis deals with the educational environment in the context of a football club. Further analysis of the club documents and interviews with coaches to determine their educational aims. The empirical part of the research presents the results of observation as well as a comparison of these results with educational aims proclaimed by the club. We have found that the aims fully correspond with observed reality. The club prefers personal development of players and their enjoyment of the game to match results. The educational strategy in Dukla Praha draws on the assumption that education of a strong personality is crucial for education of an excellent athlete.
